Jennifer at the Olathe location was great to work with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was very patient when I had any questions (which was constant). Even while she was wearing multiple hats during the day she was also transparent about the good news and the bad news in terms of what they found which I appreciate as it made me confident they were wanting to do things the right way. They worked with me on ensuring we got the right parts while trying to keep costs down as much as we reasonably could. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions to others based on this experience.Services: Electrical repair, Painting

Our van was hit. The driver s insurance company (probably overwhelmed by claims) took forever to get back to us and when they did there were major miscommunications between each other. But Ken from Crash Champions knows the process better than the insurance companies. He called them for us multiple times, explaining to them things they should have known already- releasing so much stress for us. All the staff were extremely patient with my many questions and kind. I have used Metro in the past for several years and was very happy with the service they provided. I called them requesting to come in for an estimate. When I told them the car was a Plymouth Prowler, they flatly refused to even look at it. I explained it was some bad scrapes under the front due to curb rash, nothing serious. They still refused. I cannot understand why they are so closed minded about this vehicle. It looks like I need to find another shop for any future work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would give them more stars if I could. Their work is perfect. Staff is no nonsense and gets the job done on time. In fact they were finished sooner than they estimated. The car was returned to me cleaner than when I got it back from the detailer.

Highly Recommend Metro Collision Repair, Inc.! I had put off getting a side panel/bumper replaced because I was afraid of the cost and the hassle. Finally broke down and went to Metro on the advice of a friend. Within less than 36 hours, I had my car back, repaired (better than new) and spent 1,000's of dollars less than I had expected. What was supposed to be a 3 day repair has now been 2 weeks. No phone calls. I have to call them to find out what s going on with my car. First it would be done Wednesday, then Friday, and now it s Saturday and I ve heard nothing. Place has gone downhill since Dennis left. A large bird (possibly a bald eagle) decided to end its life using the right headlight of my vehicle. He accomplished his goal, as well as taking out my headlight and leaving a ton of damage. Since I couldn t sue the bird, I had to file a claim and they referred me to Metro Collision. I am so grateful they did. Metro did an awesome job fixing my vehicle. It looked brand new after they were done! It also smelled brand new bc they were kind enough to clean and sanitize my car after working in and on it! They are so kind and true to their word. We have had to use Metro a few times for vehicle repairs, and they always go above and beyond and deliver top notch work. They don't claim to be the cheapest, but they are definitely the best when quality matters. We recommend Metro!!!!

While it took a little longer than expected, the initial communication was pretty good, customer service is fantastic, and the work was F'n Awesome! Spoke with Valerie from this business, called (3way) with my wife asking when the vehicle will be done , we had already received a message that it be done the 7th, she advised that it wouldn t be done , but never called or messaged to advise us of this news, at some point me and my wife were speaking at the same time , realizing that we can t communicate this way I shut up , at that point Valerie tells my wife she needs to quite down, my wife explained my husband is no longer speaking , why are you speaking to me this way , Valerie hangs up , call back no answer , called again spoke with boss he was polite advised of ETA for vehicle to be finished, my vehicle at this point my vehicle has been there 2 weeks , to be honest I don t think they care you hear black voices and all customer service goes out the window , we re hard working people working on our degrees, why do we deserve to be treated that way. We just want to be treated like human beings , is that to much to ask for. I m dropping GEICO insurance customer service is 0.

Due to the fact that my vehicle has an invisible target on it that I cannot see, I've had the unfortunate experience of having it in the shop 5 times in the past 4 years. Metro has always done a fantastic job, keeping me informed of progress and even going "the extra mile." On my last repair, two tires had to be replaced. The insurance company pro-rated the cost, but Metro did not charge me the difference. That's a GREAT shop. I refer all my friends here.

SO helpful (and honest!) in getting my car fixed after someone swiped it in a parking lot. They even removed an existing dent on a seam so well, you can't even tell it was even there. Fast turnaround, too! Would highly recommend.

I was recommended to metro collision but a friend and they didn t disappoint!! Denis was amazing from start to finish, always calling and updating me. I m a poor college student and Denis did his best to make my car safer and back to normal while also trying to save me some money!! I took my car to Metro Collision after I had been rear-ended on the highway. My entire back, left end was smashed. They replaced the bumper, left tail lights, trunk door and trunk interior and the back left panel. It looks like new! They were so helpful and went with me to inspect my car afterward to make sure I was happy with everything.They are highly rated by our insurance company, USAA and we completely agree that they are a great group to work with.I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Metro! The staff is very friendly and professional! My car has been with them three times now, due to unfortunate circumstances with my poor vehicle. They have always done outstanding work and are very fast! They are also a certified Honda collision shop, as recommended by my car dealer. You won't be disappointed with Metro!

Went to multiple places to get an estimate on our car after being hit by a drunk driver. Every other place we went to the employees were very friendly and helpful, they gave us an estimate or info on a better place to go.When we went to Metro the guy was rude and refused to give us an estimate because our car was totalled in his opinion. Even when we told him we needed the estimate for insurance purposes he still refused and told us to stop wasting his time.

I brought my car in to have some body damage repair and they repaired it in a week. I was happy with the speed, car looked great.Found out a few days later horn doesn't work.Tested the horn after the accident, before repairs.Brought the car back."We shorted it, we'll order a new horn, we'll replace it."Cool. Sucks that you have to take the hit.Horn came back, replaced it quick. (Car smelled like garbage)Checked email.Didn't take the hit, billed my insurance.Incompetent mechanics trying to get their incompetence paid for. Low brow.

The passenger side front door, front fender and front bumper was replaced and painted. The repair is performed very skillfully. The paint match is perfect. The door and power window electrical switches work as good as new.

Unfortunately we have needed body work three different times in three years. Fortunately we found Metro Collision the first time. Not only do they do good work, they are easy to work with. If this weren't enough, today they went above and beyond to get our family vehicle back before the weekend for our convenience. Highly recommend!

Superb greeting. Hoping service is a straightforward and simple. Got the run around alot with calling about. I know the general idea of what's needed, just need to know if it's fixable. Many repair centers said insurance only or contact dealer. Such a headache.Metro answered, offered to look and give me a idea if they could. And no appt!!

My vehicle was in for repair after an auto accident. I'm not 100% sure what all was done. They were professional, friendly, easy to work with and it was so nice they handled all the communication with the insurance company about repairs.
