I was in need of some work on my truck and I took some advice from a co-worker. Best decision I ever made. Celso has reasonable prices, top notch service, no long waiting to get your car back and a really nice guy. If you go there in the morning, the number of cars lined up will tell you all you need to know about this place!

Had a radiator leak and every other mechanic including Midas said I had to replace the whole radiator. Celso found that the small cracked part of the radiator was actually replaceable and had the new part within a day. He fixed the leak for 1/5 the cost of Midas and saved me hundreds.

Had my truck towed here because it wouldn't start fixed it but less than 2 weeks later same problem occured. When I got it back the second time it had no gas in it (had half a tank when it went in), the brakes locked up, drivers side door handle was broke and my alarm was messed up. Took my daughter's car in here to diagnose it after having taken it to another car repair shop ...The other car shop had replaced the coil and said it needed a new transmission... and within 15 minutes celso had checked it and discovered the main problem.He was kind and listened to what the problem was. I highly recommend this shop for your car repair

UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE CELSO! After following up with him 4 times, he finally made a special appointment with me to check my car issue at my home. He didn't show up, didn't have the courtesy to call or text to cancel the appointment. I just waited and waited. Had to tow the car to a different shop all because Celso was a no-show. UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE HIM!

I've used Celso's Honest Auto Repair a couple of times now for maintenance and also a repair to a wheel hub. Oddly enough I had been having an issue with the loud sound of a bearing going out (wheel hub) for quite some time, had taken it to Olathe Toyota and paid a $99 diagnostic fee to have them tell me nothing was wrong (did they even try?) and within an hour of me dropping my Highlander off at Celso's, he is calling me telling me exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix the issue. The shop might look disorganized and rough, but don't let that fool you. Celso's a great guy, knows cars, is honest with his business dealings, and more reasonably priced than the dealerships. Can't ask for more than that. I'll be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are the bomb! Got me in when nobody else could, no heat in my Jeep. Very honest people. Will be bringing my Mini Cooper into them for a Serpentine belt. Nice to deal with honest people!

If I could give Celso s shop MORE stars I would! They TRULY live up to their name. Celso took my car in when no body else would. As someone started the job and didn t finish, left me in a bad situation. Celso s honest auto repair is a life saver! They couldn t have been more friendly, caring and HONEST. I brought my car in because I was feeling vibration in the front end when braking at highway speed. I called the shop just minutes after they opened and was told to come right in. Although they appeared to be busy, they got going on my car within minutes, and had a diagnosis in less than half an hour. I was taken back into the shop and allowed to examine the damage (which in this case was not visible, but it helped to explain the diagnosis) and then given an estimate. They finished with the repairs before lunch time and the price was right. Overall I felt really good about the experience. I felt like they were very honest and transparent. In fact, I was impressed enough that I have since returned for another repair. I am satisfied that I've found my new mechanic. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I had gone to my old mechanic for 4+ years b/c I lived right down the street from them, convenience and friendliness kept me around. All the while I was being ripped off everytime I brought a vehicle in.So I Google search Celsos Auto Repair. I needed spark plugs as well as ignition coils replaced. My old mechanic priced it at $958. One call to Celsos they were able to quote me at $538!!!!Took my car in to Celsos they were done within a day! Great service, car runs perfect and the job I needed to get done got done at a price you can't beat. I'm telling all my friends & family to go to Celsos b/c these guys did a great job. Too bad, cause they do good work. However, I called on Monday, to fix brake problem that really needed attention. They said Friday soonest could get to it, so dropped it off Thursday night, explaining needed car back to make $1,000 driving for Uber over weekend. They never called, not answering phone Monday so dropped by to check, confirmed they never looked at it. No access to car for four days for no purpose.Cannot use them anymore, guess they are blessed with being too busy.Service: Brakes

Celso's Auto Repair was one of the best car maintenance visits I have experienced. This is the first time I took my car to a private repair shop instead of a dealer. The crew completed all the maintenance items and checked others the make sure they were still in good working order. I saved over 50% on the work. I recommend Celso's Honest Auto Repair for all your auto repair and maintenance.

Great place to have your vehicle repaired at an inexpensive price. Had a clutch replaced on our daughter's Mini. They did a very thorough job using OEM parts for quite a lot less than any other place that I checked in a 75 mile radius. The Mini now drives so much better than when we first bought it. So happy we chose Celso's

My car was having an issue with a loud squeaking noise coming from under the hood and needed it checked out. A friend of mine recommended I check this place out, so I called them to see if they could give me a quote on the cost for repairs and whatnot, plus brake inspection.I suspected that the serpentine belt was the issue, but when I took my car in and had them check things out, they said that there was also an issue with the water pump and idler pulley, which are part of the belt system. I really appreciated that they showed me what was going on instead of simply telling me, and they kept me updated on what repairs would cost before just going ahead and working on the car. What would have cost me $1000 at any other repair shop only cost me around $470, and that included labor costs. They also mentioned a couple other things that weren't urgent or anything but would be good to keep an eye on.These guys will make sure that you know what's going on, and they charge so much less than other mechanics. Even when they're busy, they will make time to fit you in within the next few days. I'm going back here if I need more work done on my car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I always get the run around from other shops when asking for a quote, Celsos' is truly the most honest and forthright auto repair shop I've dealt with.They give the best price and the best quality work. They even were willing to show me what was going on with my car, before they actually did the work. I will never go anywhere else for work on my car(s).

The best auto shop in the area by far. Celso and his crew do excellent work and at a very reasonable price. They are honest and straight forward. I have never been pressured by them to make unnecessary repairs to my car. Celso is very professional and takes pride in his business. If your vehicle is in need of repair or maintenance, I would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent quality service from a professional who knows his stuff. I was able to get a massive oil leak fixed quickly and for a fair price. It's always hard to find a good reliable mechanic when you move to a new area and was glad to have found Celso!

Being a mechanic myself, I rarely take my vehicle to the shop unless I absolutely have to. I had to this time. I needed to have front struts replaced on my truck and the bolts attaching them were frozen in. I took my vehicle to Celso's and they were up to the challenge (and I knew what was in store for them). This was on a Saturday and they were done by the end of the day. They charged what I considered a fair price. A few days later, I noticed a large amount of grease all over the passenger side wheel well. Apparently the outer CV boot got damaged in the process of replacing the strut. I called Celso's up and they were very apologetic and told me to bring my vehicle back in as soon as possible. They had the CV boot replaced the same day. These guys really know what they're doing and stand behind their work. They even let me know of some potential issues I should be aware of for the future. I would not hesitate to take my car there again. They have a good reputation and its well deserved. Thanks Celso.

Good, fair and kind service. Celso and his mechanics quickly won the whole family over and now works on all of our vehicles. I loved that he came and showed me (while my car was raised) exactly where the problem areas, making the decision for additional service easy.

This place is AMAZING!! I was referred by a co-worker that stated her dad had been a long time customer and that she was too. So I tried them out and they are so great. They have unbeatable prices and are very timely. My car took a little longer than expected and they gave me a car to drive. Was it brand new, like car dealerships? No, but it was a car that got me from point A to point B. This place can not be beat with the service they provide!!

Very easy and friendly to work with. Easily the best prices for the same work other shops rip you off for. $340 for new rotors and brake pads. Pads were Toyota OE. Quotes from other places for same work was 525+ Will take our cars to Celso s from now on!

Celso's is an amazing and truly honest auto repair shop. We've used him twice now for repairs on our car, he diagnosed and explained the problems to us and provided us with a written estimate of the parts and labor costs upfront before doing any work. His costs on parts and labor are extremely reasonable and he even checked multiple suppliers to find the best price on the parts we needed. I highly recommend going to Celso before you go anywhere else.

I am a student and seeing all the positive reviews took my Chevy Cruze for changing the valve cover gasket causing oil leaks which is a common problem across Chevy cruzes. I am writing this review with profound disappointment and sadness. The initial gasket replacement by Celsos was a complete failure and we were charged quite a sum. On taking it back they proceeded to replace the entire valve cover with neither getting our approval nor informing us. Needless to say there is oil leaking from the valve cover and the gasket and is worse than before. Celso in person might be a good man but the services received was disappointing and being students, it feels very disappointing to see the hard earned money going to waste. We ended up paying $280 and yet the problem remains and in fact is worsened. In this difficult times swindling innocent customers talks about their honesty. Never to trust positive reviews again. I hope such services get their due and they too suffer a similar plight they inflict upon othersService: Engine repair
