I broke down and had to call AAA for a tow. They sent ABC Highland Trucking & Towing to get me and they could not have sent a better company for my towing needs. They delivered 5 star service for sure. I have a VW powered trike, which can cause issues for towing and they handled it like a champ! While I was headed back to KCMO (home) from colorado, I stopped at the rest stop in Colby, kansas. When I went to start my car, My starter had gone out. I put in for a tow truck through my AAA app, the tow truck driver arrived within a reasonable time. Was very helpful, and willing to work with me on the payment. He took my family to Russell,kansas. where we met up with his co-worker/ wife she was pleasant too. She brought us the rest of the way to Kansas City Missouri. They're the best tow truck company in that area,I had called two other tow truck companies in that area. Before ABC TOW showed up. one told me it would 2 to 3 hour wait. The other COMPANY wasn't even willing to come check the battery.

Stacey and her daughter saved my husband and I today! Not only did they come to our rescue, but they went above and beyond with their hospitality! They took us to the closest dealership, helped with transferring all our belongings from the old to the new car, and ensured that we were driving away safely in our new car!
