They checked the pressures, took out the one with lowest and check for flat and it wasn t. They did test drive and verified there is no problem. Placebo it was mostly but had to check. And they did not let me pay at all. They did not charge me very generously. Super helpful respectful honest fair and on top of their craft. Thank you Kansas Tire and God bless. Btw, thanks also for letting me nap in the office. Well needed. Highly recommended.

I had tires put on my truck & I called before hand to ask if they could do my tires being aftermarket Hostile 22x12 size rims that costed $1500 after all said & done but they told me they could no problem. I work 7 days a week so I had my wife take it in to get them put on then when I got home to look at them I noticed it have 4 scuff marks on all 4 of the outside face of the rims.. I called them about it & they told me to drive 40 minutes away so they could look at it so I did, just for them to tell me they didn t do it & there s nothing they could do within 5 minutes of pulling in & also told me there s no way they did that & their machines wouldn t do that but I have proof of before & after photos. I was supposed to take it back in the following weekend to have another $1000 of work done on it but there s no way I would take any of my vehicles back in there..

Definitely wouldn't take my worst enemies vehicle there even if my life depended on it they hire people that have absolutely no experience 18 year old kids with no highschool education just letting everyone know it's a total joke definitely don't recommend managementis a total joke as well

I when for a tire alignment after replacing Tie Rods. The Employee where super and friendly. Met my car appointment timely too. Great service! I would recommend for there good service and reasonable rates too.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Driving across the state, I got a nail in my tire. Found this place and I am so glad I did! They were fast and gracious. Fixed the tire and educated me on the process. Also, I got to hang out with Abby! Thank you for getting me back on the road!

This was truly one of the best places I have ever been!! Nicest people on Easth! Christians not trying to scam travelers! God bless these guys. If you break down near here, This is the only place to be! Thank you Tim for all you have done for me.. Jesus loves us all believe!

I called at closing time because I was out of town and my daughter was having tire problems. She was at work and needed some help. The person I spoke with went to her place of employment ( after hours) put on her spare and informed her of how bad 2/4 tires were. They were able to get her 2 new tires the next morning and fixed her right up! I am thankful they were able to help her after hours and had her car ready the next morning by 9:30 am! :)Service: Tires

Got there a little early. They got my car in right away. The guys are very pleasant and helpful. My car was done in no time. I have been going to Kansas Land since 2012. Had a slow leak in a tire and Kansasland tires was not only able to patch the leak but get me in the day I called without an appointment. The mechanic accidentally broke the sensor and they replaced it for free and made sure they got the low tire warning light to shut off before he was happy with the job. Always have fast and friendly services and would recommend everyone to get auto work done here.Service: Tires

Called Friday for an RV and trailer tire. Guy gave me 8am Monday appointment. But trailer tire wasn t due for delivery until after 10am. Luckily guy that was working Monday got us taken care of.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've been a customer of this business for several years but recently visited for a new set of tires. They had a management change over a year ago and I really liked the old managers. I was very pleasantly surprised that the new managers are just as awesome! Great and timely service, great price, and very friendly! Will continue to be a repeat customer. We broke down on our way thru Norton on a Sunday night. Went to Kansasland the next morning and they worked us in and we were back on the road by 12. Great people to deal with and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them for anything you need!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

The staff here was very friendly and got everything done quickly. The prices were what you could expect from a business in a remote town, but not horrible. The tech that worked on my car was super attractive, and also very friendly. If I'm ever in KS again, and need vehicle repairs, I'd definitely go here.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I was on the road and started having trouble with the front wheels / tires on my vehicle. I arrived at the shop early on a Monday morning. They immediately took it into the shop to look at it, diagnosed the problem, and got the parts to fix it...which were miraculously available in little Norton, Kansas! I was on the road again by noon! Very courteous, professional, and competent staff!

We went in after blowing a camper tire and expected it to take an hour or so to get the right size, then have it mounted and balanced. Tim had assisted us. We went in to see if they had the tire we needed. He actually came out to the truck to check and make sure we had the right size. He found one in stock and told us to drop the old one at the door. We let him know we had to run to another store real quick. He said he would have it done by the time we got back. After we returned, we paid for the tire then before we could pick it up, Tim grabbed it and had it in the back of the truck before we could object. We were blown away by how friendly, professional, and fast the service was. We live 4 hrs away in Colorado and would drive here next time we need tires for the customer service alone!Service: Tires

Our crew was traveling through town and the tires on the trailer started rubbing they took it to Kansasland and to have the tires replaced they were honest and did not try to push any unnecessary service just got us back on the road! Definitely recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very great business! Everyone was extremely nice except for one of the employees who was horribly rude to us because there were wooden trucks near the toy area and our kids played with them. There was no sign indicating that they weren t to be played with and they were in the reach of a 2 year old. When we apologized he was still rude. We then apologized to another employee and they were very nice and said that they also do not think the trucks should be out and about in reach of the kids. Still giving 5 stars because of the great work and the over whelming kindness from the other employees. Will use this business again!Service: Wheel alignment

Extremely friendly owners. Our car broke down and their hospitality was beyond comparison. We were starting our vacation to see family in Colorsdo. They allowed us to leave the car there until we could haul the car home after we were done seeing family.

We are on a road trip from Minnesota to Arizona with two young kids, and got a flat in Kansas. We just so happened to be a few miles from Kansasland tire they got us right in, repaired the tire, and got us back on the road! Thank you!!!! We are so grateful!Service: TiresService: Tires
