Norton auto supply/ Carquest employee's are always very helpful and friendly to everyone. Their parts are a lot cheaper and longer lasting than Napa. Most of their parts are Canadian made which is better parts. You can't go wrong with their parts. I've been a customer here for 8 years. I'll recommend it for everyone. I've also been a customer of Carquest for over 25 years.

My daughter bought a new battery from Carquest in Norton and they refused to install the new battery for her even though their Carquest website states free battery installation with purchase of new battery.

It's a good place for auto parts. They are very nice. I'd recommend this place to everyone. It's a lot more friendly than Napa any day. And a lot cheaper with better quality parts.
