I've got a flat steer tire and ordered their service. Two hours waiting and arrived mechanic without low jack. Tried to solve this problem for couple hours, called to his manager and could't do anything. And after that they charged me $659 and leave me on the roadside offered ask to the towing for additional $1000. Then I've ordered Love's and everything was done.Don't recommend.

Great place to get tires! I limped over here after a blowout and was received with friendly service and a quick team of mechanics to get me rolling again. They followed the special instructions my company had to the end and I was out of there in no time.I m glad I found this place, this ll be my local tire shop!

The mechanics and employees were great. The prices they re forced to charge made me feel like I fell among hungry wolves.I had show them the busted hose, as this happened a mile away and I was able to loose and lower my top clamp and stopped the leak. Still $145 diagnostic charge. Well over $400 for 5 inches of hose and only 30 minutes to swap it out left a pretty nauseating feeling in the pit of my stomach. Plus reused my clamps because they were in good condition, and I supplied the coolant as I had about 6 full gallons in my trunk.The workers here were ok, just this company really pushes the envelope on fair and honest charges. Won t use at all unless very desperate.

I drive a normal sized truck all over creation for work. This is a friendly, well-stocked establishment with plenty of road supplies. Haven't dealt with their service so cannot comment, but the only suggestion I have is that the standard unleaded pumps can be a little glitchy and could use an update. It's never ruined my day, just a bit tricky sometimes.

Everybody was nice. The mechanics are real not some guy just there for the money. They told me what the price is going to be up front.

Friendly but did not fix my problem with my trailer lights. Paid $180 then went down to crossroads trailer and paid $55 and they found the plug in the trailer that had bent pins. No special tools were needed. He just unplugged the wire looked at the connector and made an adjustment on the pin.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Run...far far away. We had a gas leak by our RV generator. Pulled into Rockys and they wanted $200 just to tell us we had a gas leak by our generator (which we knew) We stayed, had it fixed (which took a few minutes after they ordered the part) and rather than give us even a partial credit from that $200 like most service companies I've dealt with if you get the repair done at the same time, he charges us another almost $200. Insane!!! I would never go back nor recommend them!!

I was in a rush because my wife needed to be back at work but the tire was low. The guys did not hesitate to get me in and out and check all my tires all the way around. Great guys great service 10 of 10 would recommend.

went in for a flat tire repair at cheyenne wyoming all they did was put a patch on tire charged me $154.00 to fix it $66.00 just for labor in 35 years driving a truck never paid that much would never go back there for nothing no wonder shop was empty

Do not use these scammers! Contacted at 6:00am. Recieved message at 7:00 stating someone was on the way. At 8:00 someone called asking my location. At 9:30 he showed up. At 9:45 he said he did not have a computer to diagnose problem and could not help. Recieved bill over $1000. $100 service fee. 90 miles to and 90 miles from me at 1.50 per mile. And 180 per hour for 3.5 hours. Please call someone else! Hope these kind of business go under.Service: Transmission

They knew what was causing the major leak and loss of antifreeze and fixed it right away and way better than waiting in line for trucks, as other companies were quoting two weeks before repairing, and these guys even had Roadcall in between jobs at the shop. I am getting my next load and hopefully I won t ever see these people again, but if I have any problems I hope they are near cause I will definitely choose ROCKY MOUNTAIN TRUCK CENTERS of Wichita Inc.Service: Air conditioning

Brain was very knowledgeable and helpful. From the office to the mechanics we re down to earth, kind and I felt very comfortable. Trucks always need work . Had a tire change my boy Mason did a great job asked him to bring me a coke and some chips he went out his way to do that because a brotha was stranded great customer service the manager is also wonderful if you ever break down around Newton Ks give em a call.

R&R upper radiator hose.Nice staff and good mechanics.Like others have said, it is a bit on the pricey side but that would be the corporate office I recon.But got the job done and Im rolling again. Without having someone keep my truck all day or longer.

Truck batteries died on me. Bought them at the truck center next to pilot.Rocky Mountain truck center was able to get my batteries to my truck (free) and got me back rolling.Awesome!!!!

Was at the gas staion across the street who's air pump was not working. I asked if inco I ld get some air and without hesitation I was helped. Saved me in a pinch.

I had an alternator go out on my 2007 Kenworth T2000 while in transit and the batteries were draining fast. Pulled over and googled the closest "Big Truck Repair Near Me". Thank God I did. Rocky Mountain Mobile Truck Service Inc in Newton, KS. I was able to limp to the shop and these guys SAVED me an arm and a leg. They sourced the part cheaper than the dealer(which had none on hand) and had me up and running within hours and at the estimated time. All of the employees there were very professional, courteous and friendly. Mike the Lead Service Tech deserves a pay raise, I give credit where credit is due. He also completed a full diagnostic check on the charging system to ensure that no other issues existed. You will be getting all of my business, whenever I am ANYWHERE around the area. Thanks guys! Awesome Job Everyone!

My company has used this place twice and hopefully never again. They show up hours late and when they do show up they don t have proper tools and then it s even later to go get the right tools and I m not talking specialty tools. I m talking like air chucks and wrenches. They cost me hundreds of dollars because they run me out of hours.Service: Tires
