We had an excellent experience with Platinum. I would recommend them for bodywork. Scott gave me an estimate and repaired our car within the time frame that he quoted. They repaired damaged areas with new parts which gave us some cost saving. The completed repair came in under the originally quoted price. They did what I asked them to do which I appreciated. It was a good experience, and I will recommend them to others.

Scott knows how to treat his customers! I have taken 3 vehicles here for work and will continue to take my vehicles here. Not only do they know how to treat you right, they also do thorough work done right the first time. They are easy to contact and any interaction I have had with ANY of the employees has been pleasant. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

A+++Scott and Ruben were nice to deal with and worked with me on meeting a price I could afford! All the employees I talked to were professional. They did Excellent work, and in a Timely manner.They surprised me when I went to pick up my truck, they washed and vacuumed it for me!!I would recommend this place of business to my friends.

My experience at Platinum PDR was great! They took care of contacting the insurance company and staying on them about getting my vehicle done in a timely manner. I appreciated the staff that was very welcoming and treated you like family.

Recently took my vehicle to get some work done and let me tell just say I will be back for some more work. The environment and positive energy my wife and I received was best of the best. I definitely recommend them if you need work done, I promise you would not be disappointed.

My car was in an accident . I was referred to Platinum. As soon as I showed up I had a good feeling about this place. The customer service is top notch. The guys that work here are phenomenal. I always take my car here. The people are friendly, very knowledgeable, and don't try to rope-a-dope me into things I don't need.When my van was breaking down, their mechanic was straight up me. Telling me that he could fix the various problems, but by the time he was done, it would have been more cost effective for me to buy a different van, and that even if he did fix it, my van was just too old, other parts were going to just keep breaking.He even gave me recommendations on make and model to look for. Not only for the easiest to fix if something should go wrong, but the ones least likely to break down quickly. He saved me a lot of money, long term.

Had the hail damage repaired and a new hood painted and installed. Work was done in a couple days and it looks amazing. No hassle, they worked with the insurance company all I did was drop it off an pick it up. I definitely recommend having Platinum PDR do the work on your vehicle. We send the other truck in next week to have it repaired. Great company!!!

They did a fenomenal job cleaning my girlfriends vehicle. It had so much hair and dirty things. I'm surprised they did not charge me more. It's totally worth the a la carte orders if you just need some details done

We had a great experience with Platinum PDR Plus Paint. We had hit an animal that tore up the front end of our son's car. Called Platinum PDR, they were professional and efficent and exceeded all expectations. They worked with my insurance and got the job done quickly and correctly! They even detailed the vehicle, witch was worth the cost in itself! We are very happy, highly recommend them, and we will call them again when the need should arise! A++ Service!

Our Buick Enclave was attacked by a deer which caused extensive damage all along the passenger side of the car. Scott and his crew not only repaired the deer damage, but also removed a number of hail dents. All of the damage was repaired in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Platinum PDR Plus Paint for any car body and paint work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have a door ding on a rear wheel well that I wanted repaired before winter to avoid rust. The first local body shop gave me a quote for around $400. I went to Scott to see what he would charge - about $225. That s quite a difference. As we were talking he told that because the flare is plastic I didn t need to worry about rust. We agreed it wasn t necessary to have it repaired but that I could get some touch up paint from the dealership. Thanks Scott for your honesty!!

Bottom line is they treat you like family. I had some pretty extensive hail damage repaired by the professionals at Platinum PDR and I was extremely satisfied in the results. They helped me work through the insurance, car rental details, updated me on the progress, promptly answered any questions etc. Give these guys a call and they will take care of you and take the stress out of the repair process.

If you are looking to get your vehicle detailed I would high recommed Platinum PDR. It's all day job, but it's will worth the wait and price. They did amazing job on my vehicle so in love with it. And they're very friendly.

I was scheduled at nine am to have an estimate done on the body repair and paint. I got there five minutes early went into the office and waited for 15 minutes and no one showed. Thinking I was at the wrong place I drove around to the back of the building and went looking for an office where a worker had met me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was supposed to have my car estimated for repair and new paint job. He than called the person I was supposed to meet with and the worker ended up taking pictures of the car body and my phone number to give me a quote. It's been over a week now and the quote has never been finished. So not hearing anything about the quote I called the number again to see why I didn't get the quote. I asked him on the phone how much to expect for the color I wanted was 10,000 not including the repair. Than I asked how long the repair would take because I use my car for work and they told me a month. I called Macco Body repair and paint after getting off the phone with PDR and Macco gave me an estimate of between 1900 to 2600 over the phone and online and told me to bring it in the morning to make sure the estimate is accurate. Macco told me the soonest the car repair could be finished is in 3 hours. Theres not even a lot of damage for PDR to charge 10,000 just for only the paint. I have only four panels that need removed and replaced than the entire car paint. Money isn't the issue with this repair due to my insurance paying for it. Just the disrespect to waste over a week of my time and still not have the estimate finished is riduclous when I've been wanting to get this in the shop to start the repair process by the end of the month.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repaired undercarriage damage and front end damage due to hitting an animal. Did a great job on repairs. Car drives great after repairs to power steering damage in accident as well.
