Great experience! I needed an oil change and I am glad I went to Newton Fast Lube. Brandon, Jonathan, and Ryan did a fantastic job. They changed the oil in my vehicle with my choice of oil, did an overall check of the fluids, belts, wiper blades, vacuumed my car, washed the windshield, and checked tire pressure. They were knowledgeable, polite, thorough, quick, and priced reasonably. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Highly recommend in and out in about 20 minutes got a standard oil change and they cleaned my windshield put air in my tires and checked all my fluid amazing group of people working there keep up the good worker guys what highly recommend

Went there for the first time to figure out what fluid I needed, he was really helpful answered my questions and was nice enough to top me off on my transmission fluid. When I get the extra money ill be going back!

If you want to be in and out with proper care. This is a good place. Filled all fluids and tire pressure.

A heartfelt shout out to Brandon and Zach! I nursed my car in there to get some transmission fluid and they were knowledgeable and were able to access the filler plug which is not conveniently located on this vehicle. I've used them before for oil changes and they also check other fluids....radiator coolant, brake fluid, windshield wiper etc. and do a top off of them all. They truly have the customers needs at heart and don't try to "sell" you on unneeded services! I super highly recommend them!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Says on paperwork that windshield should be washed, and vehicle vacuumed. Neither done.

I'm only giving 2 stars because past experience has been great. Today, however, completely ignored. Whenever I have pulled into their lot before one of guys has always walked over to me got my info and said there'd be a short wait while they finished those ahead of me. Today, no one came to speak with me. They were working on a couple of vehicles, I get that. Never in the past has that stopped them from acknowledging a customer. I have been using Newton Fast Lube for years. But after being completely ignored for almost 20 mins, I left. I had an errand to run in wichita. So I found a Valveline place there. It took 25 mins, including wait time. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Also found a $25 off coupon online! Looks like they will continue to get my business.

They were very fast, courteous and professional. I watched them check everything through the door (Fluids, wipers, tires...) and they showed me the air filter which was quite dirty so I had them replace that as well. My car takes more than 5 quarts so it required additional cost which I was informed about before they started working. The total time was about 30 minutes. Overall it was a great experience.

Yesterday I walked into this shop and asked for help to change a flat tire. The staff here immediately came to my rescue and totally saved the day for me! There is something to be said for any business that helps people even when it s off the clock . Good people work here, I d trust my vehicle with them for sure

My car always has problems, and I bring it here every time and they always take care of me. The employees are awesome, and very courteous. They dont charge me an arm and a leg for little things, and are super knowledgeable. I will be bringing my car here for oil changes and other little issues every time.

I have been to this establishment several times. The last two times I have come here, I have been visiting a tire shop the next day! I took two cars in the previous visit, both required tire replacements the next day. I thought it was just a strange coincidence. I went again to them two days ago and low and behold I had a completely flat tire the next day! I rarely complain about things, but for a single mom this is debilitating. Be careful taking your car here for an oil change.Services: Tires, Oil change

Been a customer here for over ten years until last Monday morning when I took my new car in for its first oil change and was totally offended. Iwas approached by two men and one didnt seem to be able to speak or answer my question as to what type of oil should be needed and when I asked the second huge dude he replied that "if I was going to treat them this way then I could leave" They lost a customer and my entire family.

Fast, friendly, efficient, no appointment necessary, priced right, decent hours. One of the few places in town that you can absolutely count on getting a Car Wash. I've never seen it Broken, Out of Order, or constantly changing owners and hours.

It was my frist time coming here to get my oil change an i gotta say I would give it 20 stars if I could!! They changed my oil at a very good price were Extremely quick got me in an out in 20 minutes. They also went out of their way to actually vacuum out my car for free! I couldn't believe it i was so pleased. I'd definitely recommend going here for your oil change in newton. Ill be back!Service: Oil change

I went to get a basic an oil change around 4:15 today. Staff on chift did not ask me which type of oil change I was wanting. When I asked him about the fuel filter services they were not very sure about what it comes in the package deal. Staff didn't ask me if I needed a replacement on my wipers or my air filter. When they finished changing my oil staff did not vacuumed the front of my car. All these things I mentioned are always done when I go there but today did not happen, I was very disappointed. Plus all the things they put on the service check list as completed were NOT completed. Makes me wonder what else they don't complete. it's a shame because I usually go there to get my oil change but I don't think I will after today.

Had me drive in and get into the office before telling me the credit card machine didn't work so I'd need cash. Already knowing I have a disability tag, my oil was already being drained. I had no choice but to hobble/ shuffle into Dillons for cash. About killed me to do so. I was so not thrilled with this.

They do the job well. Only negative is that they are a bit more pricey compared to other shops. But they do the job well and don't cheat you.

I stopped in to have my oil changed and the tech asked me what kind of oil, I told him whatever the manufacturer recommended. After my work was done he informed me that my $42.99 oil change was $105.00!!!! He proceeded to tell me that full synthetic was recommended. HE DID NOT INFORM ME BEFORE DOING THE WORK OF THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE!!! His response was "sorry". Not only that, most places give you a vacuum out and toss any obvious trash away plus, reset your indicator light!!!! THEY DID NONE OF THAT. What I wanted to say was please take your $105 oil out of my car and put my old oil back in!!! NEVER AGAIN.8/10/2018 - I would like to say the manager of the store was quite responsive to my issues and has addressed them, for that I would like to say thank you.

The gentlemen that work here are very professional when it comes to their job. They explain everything thoroughly and the oil change and services they offer are very quick. I recommend coming here.

Beware, they do not check everything yet the sheet they give you on check out says that they did. Didn't vacuum, when questioned they just said sorry! Didn't offer to do it or anything else?So, if they didn't do this, what else did not get done? They seamed more concerned about selling me something than just doing the basics. Will go to dealership next time as I found out its cheeper.

This shop is THE best!!!!! My husband and I were traveling through the area and had vehicle trouble. The guys at Newton Fast Lube were able to fix the problem and get us back on the road in a timely manner. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional!!10 stars for sure!!!!

I decided to give them a try. I pulled into the lot, and was looking for a place to park so I could go in to ask about the wait. Instead, one of the employees waved me in, and bada bing, it was done.
