I had a great experience with Midway motors. Eric was the dealer who helped me. He knew from months ago, that I wanted a very specific and uncommon vehicle. The moment one became available he contacted me. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the extra effort he went through in getting me all of the detailed background information that I wanted. As well as working after hours to make sure everything worked out.The car is fantastic, and everything I wanted. They gave me good value for my trade. I highly recommend going to Midway motors. Ask for Eric Carabetta. He goes the extra mile.

Eric C. at Midway Motors was extremely helpful, honest and friendly. I'd never financed a car before and was approved through my bank and he and his team help me check off the boxes on their requirements for a car. Eric never pressured me and actually helped alleviate my stress over the process. Anthony M. was also great to work with there. I highly recommend Midway Motors over any other dealership!

My husband and I had an awesome experience today with Mike he was very knowledgeable and professional and the atmosphere was great in the business while we waited. No one was pushy or rude and nagged us to buy the vehicle!! I sure hope when it comes time to buy my next vehicle that I am able to do my business with them!! I was very thankfull for the service I received at Midway Motors Newton KS. They listened to what I was looking for. Was very patient with me while I worked through my decision on my vehicle purchase. I love my new Vehicle!! I do also feel like I will be in good hands with keeping my vehicle running good. I had a good experience. Eric was good and honest and found me the car I was looking for, and when Jesse the manager had to fill in for Eric cause he had an important meeting he took over where he left off easily and with little effort, and gave me a great deal and good service. Will be 5 stars if they fix what I'm asking to fix but overall great service

I decided to sell my truck after a recent purchase of a mobility van. Mostly because I didn t want to make 2 vehicle payments. I posted my truck on marketplace and noted it had a lean. I had several inquiries but the fact it had a lean made some people feel leary about purchasing it from me. Trust me I totally understand. I felt the same about this negotiation with Eric. I will wholeheartedly admit I probably bugged Eric way too much about my emails I was receiving about the loan needing paid, we made the deal to sell when I had a payment due. Everything Eric told me happened as advertised. I received confirmation from my lean holder Friday that everything had been paid with no late payment on my credit report. For the first vehicle I had ever sold that still had a lean this whole transaction was very easy and if I had another truck they wanted I would definitely talk to them. They made it easy when I didn t really want my truck to go. So whoever gets it I hope it brings the same joy it did for me! Thank you Midway Motors, actually Eric, for dealing with my worries and making this a really enjoyable experience!

Car shopping is a giant headache and I was dreading it, but Joeable made it easy as pie. He found me exactly what I was looking for. Just had to sign a few papers Chelsea whipped up and we were done. Everyone there was friendly and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Really appreciated such excellent service!

I hate buying cars. It takes forever and you always feel cheated. However, I didn t feel that way here. It still took a long time but it was a pleasurable experience as it could have been. Everyone was nice. No haggling or tricks. I had a payment I had to meet and they kept everything within those guidelines. Joseabel was the guy I dealt with. Great guy and was patient. I really don t like buying cars. Chelsea worked on the finance and got me where I needed be on the payment. I highly suggest talking to them if you need a new/used car. They will do you right.

Mike.....was very knowledgeable about the 2022 Ram diesel pickup we chose to test drive. He answered all our questions & communications was great.Almost didn't buy the truck do to the amount of time it took them to accept our offer, but they finally came around & we did drive the new to us pickup home.

Top notch dealership! Trevor was more helpful than I could have hoped for. I haven't bought a new car in over 20 years and was in a tight spot from having my old car totalled in an accident. I gave him my list of things I needed in a new vehicle and my price range and this man brought a car to my house for me to drive until I could get to the dealership on Saturday to make a purchase. He made the whole process smooth from start to finish. These guys are knowledgeable about their inventory and Trevor helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Chad helped me with financing and was very upfront about everything I was signing and took away all the worries I had about the process.I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a pre-owned or new vehicle. Amazing service, great warranty and the prices are WAY more reasonable than anywhere I looked in Wichita. Thank you guys for a really unbelievable car-buying experience! I felt like I was listened to and treated more than fairly. You're definitely our family's dealership from here on out.

Everyone at the business was friendly as well as courteous. There was no hard sell. I consider myself to be a experienced and knowledgeable buyer. Trevor Beisel was the primary person we dealt with. He was always eager, and patient to accommodate any questions / issues we had. Also, Trevor arranged our financing, and facilitated a equipment change we wanted.Anthony handled the contractual and financial agreements. He made it a enjoyable experience, as much as anyone enjoys acquiring financial obligations.All in all, it was one of the most satisfying vehicle buying experiences I have had. Highly recommend.

Gabe Lujano helped me get out of a bad situation and get into a truck I ve always wanted, he fed me all the information wether I wanted it or not so I could be the most informed buyer. He gave me little perks and accessories for my truck on top of the deal just to make it better. Midway motors will do everything they can for you unlike other dealerships they d rather do right by you so you and your family come back rather than make a quick profit off of you. I bought a mustang from them and I got screwed. When I bought it it was cloudy so I couldn t see the drivers door was a different shade. And there is a lot of hail damage, then the rear end starting leaking and making noises I have messages from the previous owner who is actually a tech at the dealership and he was like ( it wasn t making noises when I drove it and I used cheap rock auto parts ) that was literally his message. And then they screwed up my title and took for ever to get it to me. I ll never buy from them again horrible. I paid way too much for the car with the damages. And now I m stuck with a car that I m upside down with.

I had been searching for a good car at a good price for my family and my business for several months. I got in contact with Eric at Midway in Newton, and have been texting him for weeks to try and figure out all the moving pieces involved with financing a car with an out of state bank. He and his team took excellent care of me and my wife, and we couldn't be more happy! I was also in contact with other salesmen at other dealerships, and Eric was hands down the easiest and nicest person to work with. He treated us with kindness, respect, humor, and shared his wisdom with us in regards to the car buying process. I continued to change my mind about what car I wanted, but Eric just hung in there with me and allowed us the time and space to make the best decision for our family. Will be buying another car from him in the near future!

Took an Encore for a needed repair, the repair was made on time and on budget, cool. I asked they go ahead with an oil change. They did, cool. Got home and the oil dumped out onto driveway, I looked under snd the drain plug was cross threaded. Called for an appt to get this fixed, they said they will. I live @ 15 miles away and didn t want to drive it in this condition, they said they will contact me snd arrange a tow. Let s see how this goesUpdate: They towed my vehicle as they said they would, even offered to send someone to clean up my driveway, nice!While there they found another minor issue, and fixed it at no charge. Went to pick up the vehicle, started it up and the check engine light immediately came on. Sooooo, they drove it back into the shop and found another problem, showed me what the deal was, and fixed it at no charge also.So to be fair, a couple of things besides original issue popped up, and I do not think it was anything related to their workmanship (other than the cross threaded oil drain plug, which is still a head scratcher), but I worked with Bill, Cody, and Matt, they were all polite and professional, got my problem(s) resolved and was extremely fair about it all.So changing my star rating to a 4 (I wish there was a 4.9 option)

We purchased a very nice vehicle from Midway. The folks that work at Midway are so friendly and helpful. They helped with all our questions and set the car up for us. We have went for service at Midway in the past and now with a newer vehicle. Was a great experience all around. I will go back for service or another vehicle if needed.

I can t say enough good things about Midway. We have bought several vehicles from them over the last 3-4 years. They are professional but also very welcoming. I work with Trevor and Anthony. Absolutely would not buy from anyone else. Also, the service department is awesome. I had a fuel injector go out in my 15 Jeep this year, the service department had it in and fixed within 36 hours after I first noticed the issue. They all are great people!
