My SUV died and Lam knew the issue right away. He recommended taking it to the dealership because of his invaluable experience with these issues. He said if they won't repair it for free bring it to me. Even though my vehicle had over 155,000 on it, the manufacturer paid for it. I have a new engine because of Lam. He has had many years of professional experience at this same dealership before going out on his own.

Terrible experience! Went in to have new radiator and CV axle installed $ 1,828.20 total cost. And total loss on my end. The radiator and CV axle were not installed correctly. And omg if you call him to let him know the issue wasn't fixed be ready because he'll argue with you like no tomorrow

I msg'd him about a car for sale. He msg'd back later to be there between 9 & 5pm. We drove an hour&30 to come see the car. Msg'd him we are headed out, msg'd half way & when we got here. Called the number on his building, no answer & left a voice msg. He's not answering his msg's either. 45 minutes waiting, still no one is here or answering us on anything. Looked at the car. But clearly it's not for sale any more or he would show up. We waisted gas and time. Gonna go see a car in Nebraska now since we were duped on this one. Had cash in hand too... Thanks for the experience..

Drove an hour and a half to buy a car from him just to have him stand us up. He took the review off that my husband left. So who knows how many times this has happened. See us @ Dark&Silent on TikTok to see what happened..
