Sales, finance, customer service top notch!! Our salesman Edgar was amazing!! Took his time to show us everything about the truck and features! Finance manager Alex made the paperwork easy and was all prepared! Less than 15 min with everything!! Will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases!!

My water pump went out in my new vehicle. Conklin Ford replaced the water pump under warranty, gave me a ride to work, and got the work done in less than a day. They were honest with me and did good work. Another dealership said it would take all weekend and would charge me for the diagnostic. Conklin Ford diagnosed and repaired promptly and all was covered by the Ford powertrain warranty. Excellent customer service and work. I will conduct al of my business here in the future!

Connor was great, didn't try to push or talk up a deal. Just let me ask my questions, brought around the vehicles I wanted to see, and gave the exact insight I needed to pick the vehicle I needed. Jamie in financing made the process simple, quick, and without a bunch of unnecessary hassling. She explained every detail of the coverages and packages I was purchasing as well as making sure I completely understood them. From start to finish, the entire process was fast, simple, and the easiest experience I've ever had getting a vehicle.

Service Department was a pleasure to work with. They actually cares about helping me with my issue. Took my truck to another dealer and they pencil whipped it saying there was nothing wrong. Brought it to Conklin and they spent 2 solid days diagnosing and solving the problem while still under warranty. Will come here first next time. Not to mention they could get me in within a few days rather than weeks at another dealership.

I had the ford service department replace my brakes this last summer (rear)and fall(front). After replacing them I had a gradual development of vibration when slowing down. I brought it back to them to check because of their websites declaration of brake warranty. They have since added $2600 dollars worth of needed repairs, basically saying all brake components need to now be replaced. They also in my conversations said they would warranty the parts they installed and then backpedaled and declined to warranty anything. I regret having them service the truck at all now.Edit: They came back and agreed to warranty the parts that failed. I'm only paying for replacement of the rear rotors. I have adjusted my star rating for that purpose.

6.0 diesel. I d have to give them a good review due to the communication. We both worked in a timely manner together and got it situated as fast as possibly and they found a broken wire I would ve never found. Hats off to the tech workin on my flatbed. Granted the price was a little much but I still paid for what I got and my work truck is running again so no complaints from me.

Updating my review from 2021.When I originally bought the car it was a seamless process.Now when I go to get general oil changes and maintenance on it they are trying to upsell me on cabin filters, coolant flushes, etc.When I got there they said they wouldn't be able to replace the door latch even though they had weeks in advance.Of course they are able to replace the brake hoses.Today they told me they wouldn't rotate the tires because the front tires were worn down and they were not like that because they have less than 30k miles on the tires. They attempted to sell me two new tires for over $400.00 and we're very shady about it. I will be glad to change my own oil, rotate my own tires, and replace my own tires because this whole process is a pain.The only easy part was picking up a rental. I will be calling shortly. Because none of this makes sense.

Alex and Edgar were super helpful helping us determine which model of vehicle we wanted and needed, and allowed us to see what fit best for our family. We ended up going through the ordering process to get the best fit and they were helpful through the entire process from test driving to completing the sale and getting us acquainted with our new vehicle! Jamie was super helpful with all of the paper work!

The car I was borrowing had a battery issue that left me stranded on the side of the road so I was feeling stressed. Conklin employee, Jason Mosqueda stopped and offered me a jump. He followed me home to make sure I got there safely without getting stranded again. I am grateful that he was willing to take the time to lend a helping hand. He represented Conklin well!Thanks Jason! I truly appreciate your help!

Bought a used truck from them 3 years ago and have only put 25k miles on it since. With the last year we have spent over 8k dollars trying to fix it. The timing chain started going, so we had that replaced. Next the transmission and cat system went out, so we had that fixed. Now the whole time these problems were happened we have had a loss of power and acceleration on the vehicle. Took it to a mechanic and there is nothing they can do since it is not throwing and codes when hooked up to the computer. I thought maybe the ECU is going bad so I bought another one but I can't install it because you need a computer to relearn the keys for the vehicle and you need to have 2 keys, which this dealership only gave us 1 key. With all this happening with the last year, I truly believe they willingly sold us a lemon.Buyer beware of this place. I will not deal with this place again or buy a ford truck. Be warned! If I could give 1/4 star I would.

Excellent service. I love going to a dealership that isn't trying to push me into anything. They simply showed me the vehicles in my range and let me take my time testing and choosing my perfect vehicle. I'm absolutely in love with my new car and I'll definitely be returning here in the future.

Always prompt and friendly. They do a great job at a reasonable price. They get you in at the time of your appointment, and I love that they have a clean, comfortable, lounge for you to wait. It is even stocked with snacks and drinks, with comfortable chairs and a tv. It makes the wait very enjoyable. Even if you re just having a small service such as an oil change, they include a complimentary car wash! Every single person you encounter from the initial appointment call, all the way through till you check out, is very friendly and helpful.I would recommend them to everyone. The price is reasonable as well, which shocked me after receiving such great service. I will never go anywhere else.

I can not say strongly enough how wonderful I was treated the minute I walked into this dealership. They made my experience of buying a car so nice and easy. This dealership should get a 10 star rating on how they treat customers wanting to ask questions, looking on site inventory and purchasing. All employees were friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. This was a great experience buying a car at this dealership. Thank you all.

Great experience! Respectful, helpful, easy going, and not pushy at all. I have bought several cars or truck but this sells guy (John) was so amazing we bought two! 10 out of 10! Side note everyone was great all friendly and helpful staff! You will be very happy buying from Conklin!!

We have dealt with several different dealerships and Conklin s was by far the friendliest one. We called to check to see if the van we wanted to look at was still available. We informed them that we had about an hour or so drive to make and that we didn t want to drive that far and find out they had just sold it. They actually held the van for us to see which we ended up purchasing. Our salesman Cal was extremely friendly and very helpful. Jaimie was great to work with on getting the paperwork done. We would highly recommend this dealership.

I brought my expedition to have a couple recalls completed. I made the appt online, which was really convenient, a month in advance to make the appt. Later that day a service rep reached out to verify what I needed for the recalls and stated they would get the parts needed. I received two reminder emails leading up to the appt which I appreciated. I brought my vehicle in and was greeted right away! As I was waiting in the lobby for the repairs to be made, a service rep came to notify me that they did not have the part for one of the recalls. The service rep was very nice. Unfortunately, there was no real answer as to why parts were not verified they were available prior to my appt. I was assured with the first initial phone call that they would be able to have the parts needed for the recalls. This was just an inconvenience on my part. I would recommend a process the verifies parts are available for next day appts so this issue doesn't happen in the future to others. Other than the lack of parts and complete work, my experience was very nice.

I had a recall on my 2018 Ford Edge. I called Conklin and the parts needed were not available but within a few days I got a call that they were in. When dropping my car off I was so impressed by the offer of a ride to pick me up and bring me back to get my car the next day. I had arranged another ride but the offer was so amazing in today s busy world. My car was done the next day and when I got there it had been washed and also swept out. I will without hesitation go back there in the future!!

I took my car in Wednesday for a recall. I called Tuesday morning and asked how long the service would take as I was trying to arrange a transportation so my two children (under 3) wouldn t have to sit in the waiting room with me. I was told the service would take approximately 1 hour and would most definitely be done by 12pm if I dropped my car off at approximately 9am. I show up Wednesday morning around 9am and hand the lady my keys she asks if a 5pm pickup time would be okay? To which I reply I was needing the car some by noon if possible, I called yesterday to make sure of this. She says well I m not sure who told you that because I m pretty sure this is more than a 1 hour job but we will do our best in a snarky voice. I say okay and leave. After leaving I arrange for different transportation thinking that the car would not be done by noon based off my conversation. I then get a phone call that the car is out of alignment in the front and they ask if they can align it. I tell them yes and get a phone call around 11:15am the car is finished. I do appreciate the quick and as far as I know efficient service but it was definitely apparent there is a communication breakdown.

Great experience. Marilyn is fantastic! Made me feel like more than a commission. Buying my first auto after the death of my husband by myself was intimidating but I felt at ease quickly working with Marilyn. She was able to assess my needs and wants, guiding me to a vehicle that was right for me. Thank you!

Everyone at Conklin was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They got my car in a little earlier than my appointment was scheduled for and it took less time to fix than they had quoted. Even though I didn't buy my car there, which I wish I had, they still treated me with total respect.I will be going back if needed and will recommend them highly.
