Sales department was very helpful and easy to work with! Gave me a good price for my trade in and some perks on my purchase to sweeten the deal! Would have been in and out in a very short time but had to wait for finance department for a long time. Understandable that would be my only suggestion more help for the finance girl!!! Overall fantastic experience! Would recommend 100% I will return for my next purchase!

Very easy to work with, we were given information we needed. Sales rep was honest and straightforward. We were able to work out a decent deal including paintless dent repair and ceramic coating of the vehicle. Overall, by far the easiest car dealership I have worked with.

My salesperson was great! However the financing department has very poor customer service skills. The 1st finance representative basically told me my sale wasn't that big of a deal because I wasn't buying a $60,000 car. The 2nd finance representative was friendly at first. Once she realized she couldn't get us to buy a bunch of extra stuff for our new vehicle she would barely even speak to us and the friendly demeanor disappeared.

Highly recommend Conklin Cars. Cal has sold me two cars over the past 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable in all Jeep knowledge as he s certified. So friendly and so kind. Alex is super helpful as well with the closing information. Will buy all my jeeps from Conklin!

I was stuck in Walmart parking lot with an 11 month old at 7:30 am.My car was dead. I called the service dept and they were very kind and helpful. She stayed on the phone with me as we troubleshooted and then sent Jason out from the service department. He too was so helpful. He ended up jumping my dead battery and made sure we were on our way before he left.I was very grateful and have told several people of your help and patience.

High quality experience start to finish. Edgar our salesman was excellent, and very kind. Jamie in the office was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Several other employees stopped by as we were waiting to shoot the breeze as well. Bonus points, they let us bring our dog inside as we waited for our turn in the finance office. Frank really appreciated that. 6 stars for this place. They all deserve a raise!

Brought my 2009 Tahoe in with a new GM Engine and Transmission to have a torque converter noise diagnosed. The service department had my vehicle for 2 weeks with very poor communication and when they did communicate, stated they could not duplicate the noise. I finally came to pick up my vehicle for the weekend to use for errands and as I was leaving the dealership, still in the parking lot mind you, the noise that I ve been complaining of reared its head. I immediately turned around and went back inside to ask Nick my advisor if he or a tech could go on a test ride with me for a moment because the noise was currently happening. Nick told me that he couldn t make time to go around the parking lot with me because he had too many R.O. s that he needed to call customers on. After I politely but firmly requested he make time to spend 2 minutes in the parking lot to hear the noise they haven t been able to hear for 2 weeks, he said he d go see if the tech had time. While Nick was gone, the advisor for Jeep/Dodge/Ram that sits next to Nick said, and I kid you not, he said to my face that the tech has no interest in working on my vehicle, it s old with a GM Powertrain warranty, and the tech wants me to take it back to who installed the engine and transmission. He actually told me to my face that my vehicle was old and he had no interest in working on it. To my face. I was appalled to say the least. I promptly walked out and never plan to return with any of my other vehicles. And any friends/family I have will be strongly discouraged from visiting the service department at Conklin.

I have always been treated in a positive fashion and the good folks at Conklin answers questions with patience and a smile. I am always happy with service when I take my vehicle for routine maintenance or other issues. The organization operates efficiently and all employees I have met have been been friendly, kind and helpful.

The job was done well! Oil change and filter, front sway bar bracket and bushing replaced on one side. Labor price is a killer and I was told they were replacing both sides so it would be all good! Other side was good, so I m glad they didn t do it!

My key fob gave me a warning of low battery. I am 500 miles from home with 600 more to get to our grandchildren for Christmas. Our motel host directed me to Conklin Cars. I was warmly received. Nicholas Newfer replaced the battery for no charge. I am so grateful for their prompt & generous service. Many Thanks

It was good except for the service manager told me of a way to save money after I was completed with the service for next time instead of using the info. This time!! It was a lower grade oil with a special addition from gm to make it better. Would have saved me about $50.00 not happy. I ask for some help with my pickup Andtoid auto system but he tried ,but couldn't help. He didn't know how.

I d be careful here. They would not let me take a car to be examined by an independent mechanic as they couldn t have it off the lot for 8 hours. My feeling was they knew I wouldn t buy it due to what the other mechanic would find. No other reason to operate like this.

So the good part of my experience is that they got my oil change done faster then normal.The bad part of my experience is that out of 15 loaner cars Conklins has, they didn't have any available for me to use during the time my Chevy is in the shop. So I had to wait during at a Conklins, while my Chevy was in the shop. Despite the fact that I had specifically asked for one ,when I made my appointment online.I also had to had to remind the service manager to vacuum my floors, since the receipt said it was done.. I hope to receive better service in these issues next time I go to Conklins for an oil change !!

I love these guys. They always take care of me when I need my company vehicle serviced. Last week they even got me in last minute so I could get my oil changed and tires rotated before a long drive. Everyone is super friendly and they have complimentary Starbucks coffee, bottled water and snacks in the waiting area. I never go anywhere else!

I bought a 2005 corvette and it broke down 4 days after I bought it and they immediately covered it 100%. It ended up with an oil leak around 35 days after I bought it and they covered 50%. Which was amazing considering the warranty was only for 30 days and was only supposed to cover 10%. Will definitely be a Conklin car buyer!!

Our experience with Conklin was awesome!!!! Edgar Delgadillo was a Great salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful. He responded quickly to all my questions and made our purchase very smooth. I never felt pressured nor did I spend hours at the dealer. He made it very convenient not being from town. Thanks Edgar and staff that assisted, you guys have a great team and what can I say a Fantastic Salesman!!!!!

It had been a while since I'd been to Conklin Service center at Newton Ks. I was greeted by a really friendly young lady and gentleman. Tire rotation and checking out a slow leak in one of the tires was on schedule. Within the hour I was on my way. Very very satisfied with this service and will be back!
