Ridiculous! They sold me the wrong part, I called them and was told just bring the caps up and we will make it right. Got up there and they wanted me to bring the whole part back. I would have done that if they would have specified that when I called! So I said give me the right one, I'll put it in then bring the other one back but nope can't do that!Just making me jump thru hoops to fix their mistake. This is why I buy my parts at O'Reilly in Fredonia.

I had arrived today at 5:26 pm to pickup a part that was deemed "ready for pick up" was very needed, plus I had already payed for. Instead of me being serviced for what probably would have took seconds, I was unprofessionally waved off by a woman inside holding the door tapping her invisible wrist watch as if they were closed. Regardless the store was locked up at 5:27 pm, maybe you should specify you close at your employees convenience for business hours. Not the actual scheduled business hours that are posted apparently, now I'm just sarcastically excited to drive on my potentially dangerous brake pads at 4 am to work. Thanks Guys

I can always seem to get what I need from there...Napa of Neodesha has helped me out of some very tough situations! I recently purchased large timing chain set for my truck from Napa and yes price was up there with all the others but this timing set was top of the line and I had no problems at all my truck is up and running as good as it did new! Thanks again Napa
