This is supposed to be a Meat Galore pizza. There was only 2 very small pieces of ham, the only other meat tasted like hamburger, no Italian sausage, and not much of that. The dough was not done, and there was so much sauce that it was difficult to taste anything else. There was plenty of cheese, you could hardly chew through it. Never again do we order pizza from Casey's!!! I wish I could have given a lower score.

The new staff is SEVERELY lacking. You should have paid/treated your last round of employees better. Kitchen staff couldnt be bothered to mix canned refried beans and taco sauce to make taco pizzas. Instead, complained about other staff not doing it and said that's why taco pizza was out of stock. Supreme pizza with only mushrooms, black olives, beef and pepperoni. Pepperoni is shriveled from being put on top. Dough in the middle is RAW. 2nd pizza was just a cheeseburger pizza with cheese instead of ketchup/mustard sauce, add pickles. Yeah, its discontinued. Call it a build your own if you have to. Previous cook had NO issues with this. Pizza had so much cheese sauce on it that the dough is RAW. The only noticeable topping is the pickles I asked for. It seems like that's the only topping on it. Why is the sweet tea watered down most of the time? That is NOT how corporate sends it. This is the only location that struggles to make tea. What a massive waste of money. Most expensive dog food I've ever bought.

We stopped for drinks and a Bathroom Break after leaving the Sugar Mound Festival. There was a line to the door for the restrooms and a line to the back of the store for the registers. To be that crazy busy the store didn t look bad, and kudos to the employees for working on stocking and wiping counters during the chaos while still being friendly!

Poorly managed, terrible customer service. Town needs other quality options this place is a joke from top to bottom. Never have milk, most sodas are never stocked. When you ask they always say they just haven't stocked them yet.

Hired help behind pizza counter is wasting your payroll expenses /costs. She could not answer simple questions about pizza pricing. We had to explain to her what the promotional sign was advertising. The other two employees at registers were two busy B.S.ing to assist with questions. So we left!!

My cousin was working there when a fallen fire fighter had died happend to be what he considered a uncle they fired him because he was not able to show up that morning because he spent all night crying over a family member s death. All your manager could say that s not a good enough reason to take off work! Pathetic I know this is a small town but you don t need these types of people running your business!!!

Due to lack of other retail shops like Wal Mart or Target.. etc, this store seems to be more expensive on certain items. But when you weigh paying for extra gas to get the items cheaper and or bigger variety of items... Not sure there would be that much difference in cost.Casey's is a one stop convenience. Store of course... So it does what it is intended to do.. and one can almost always get the expected service and or goods at all the stores

Clean & fast, and the food is fresh. The staff work hard here to make sure the customers are happy.

They are out of pop cups. You can bring in your own cup now.Here in Mound city.

If you love "Vitamin G" (grease), this place is for you! The pizza is a bit on the expensive side too... sometimes it is worth it, sometimes not.
