This guys are thieves. Towed my box truck and gave me a total price. As soon as we got to the delivery location which was a hotel, driver threatened for me to pay more money to them or they ll leave the truck on the sidewalk or impound it to their yard. The owner himself is extremely rude! I would never use them again even if they re the only towing company left in this world.Service: Car towing

I have had work done by Lonnie and his team several times over the years. I don t keep going back to him when I need a vehicle fixed because he s my brother, I continue to give him my business because he s excellent at what he does and expects the same level of excellency from his employees. Everyone at MCR & MCR Towing is very capable and friendly. If you ever need a tow, recovery or roadside assistance and want to be taken care of promptly and at a fair price give MCR Towing a call.

I needed a tow last night, west of Hiawatha, after hitting a deer. MCR called me right after it was dispatched, let me know what to expect, and showed up right on time. The driver was very professional, courteous, and personable for the long drive to KC. Very happy with the experience and will definitely call them directly if I ever need help again (especially since my insurance told me they'd reimburse any tow, so I should've called MCR first to get them heading my way, then dealt with filing a claim second). Very appreciative of how knowledgeable & helpful the driver was in understanding the situation and explaining the options I'll have next time.

THE best service.Great communication, honesty, advice, and delivery of services.Lonnie was amazing for our family!In a tough situation where my wife and 2 young daughters had slid into a ditch\snow drift during bad weather at 1am still 3hrs from home and myself being 5hrs from them.He not only provided clear advice on the situation and the winch out, but had an assistant go with him and then drive her car to her and the girls at their hotel so they would not need to travel with him and be out in the cold during their work.They very clearly value the customer and community, integrity, and doing what is best in regards to all three.If you should need wrecker services and are close enough to MCR that they show up in your search results, definitely go with them 1st.Thank you again, Lonnie, for your great assistance with my ladies!

MCR Towing and Recovery is exactly what you need if you ever find yourself in a pickle! They are highly trained professionals that will take care of you and your vehicle! I can t say enough about their ability to get the job done! I recently got to use there service for a HEAVY DUTY TOW Hands down best service I ve gotten.Quick response, caution and safety is very strong there not only for himself and his equipment but YOU and YOUR equipment as well. Its not just a quick snatch and go and get paid he listens and is very helpful of things if not familiar with the area.If in the Morrill, KS area call them up they have light duty tow and they have a NEW HEAVY DUTY TOW RIG. very nice and very respectful family owned and ran business. Sorry for dragging you out of bed Lonnie but you did an amazing job and was glad to be able to use your service will be using in that area again for sure.If want someone that s proud to serve the area that has years of experience with body work and towing this is the place I can t do pictures of the new truck because it has yet to be finished with the stickers but very nice company to use clean organized and most importantly RESPECTFUL can t wait to see the updated look of the truck when it s done.THANKS Again Lonnie

If you ever need a tow in the Kansas area, I highly recommend this company. We broke down outside of Topeka late at night and being from Texas our options were limited. The driver, Justin tried so hard to accommodate our family of 4 and just couldn t do it in his truck but came the next day and helped us out. He was so nice and made us feel very comfortable.

I had a wheel hub give out on my truck, and they were able to tow both my truck and trailer to the nearest dealer. Highly recomend.

They showed up in a timely manner. Only thing I can complain about is spending $500 for towing 10 miles. My trip one way alone (735 miles) only costed me $400 odd dollars so seems pretty steep.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Motorhome brokedown on a Saturday night, no service facilities open, Lonnie came up with a RV spot to park the rest of the weekend, picked me up Monday morning towed me to Koch Auto and Truck Service, just can't give enough thanks to Lonnie and Jason, both very Professionl, very safty minded, Customer Service beyond.
