I went to open source Autos to buy a truck The employees and the owner was very nice and helpful I ended up buying a diesel truck that might of ended up being to much of a truck for me plus some unexpected happen with the truck I called open source Autos and voice my concern the owner as me to bring the truck back to them and they will make things right I ended up getting a different truck that I'm loving I will recommend this auto dealership to anybody

We ended up here under a wild set of circumstances. Deer+truck=bad.We needed a second vehicle, my husband wanted a truck and our credit wasn't awesome.Things looked pretty bleak.Terry was our sales representative and he was great. There was no pushiness, no pressure and loads of patience.We have a truck, payments we can afford, and will absolutely recommend this little place to anyone looking for a used vehicle.Thanks for taking the stress out of our holiday season, Terry.

Great car buying experience. Highly recommended. No pushy salesmen, great customer service. Good selection of vehicles priced high to low. Financing avaliable. Don't let bad credit keep you in a clunker. If you go there, tell them Josh Tulley sent you.

Bought a hummer from them and it was nightmare since day one .keep breaking up and supposed to have warranty if it s something goes wrong with it but Kurt the owner won t return my email or texts. I have spent over 3000$ fixing it and still not done. Awful experience.. still needs to spend another $1000. Make sure if you buy a car from him take the car to the mechanic first to make sure it s ok so you won t be in my situation.

I love Open Source Autos!After several months shopping for cars, dealing with large dealership sales tactics and finding many cars with known issues, I found the perfect dealership that only carried quality vehicles. Open Source Autos operates out of a nice well kept lot/building. Staff was no pressure and worked with me on financing. I was able to purchase my SUV totally online after visiting lot day before. They were professional and delivered my vehicle to my job that day. And to my surprise the sales agent that delivered my new ride looked as if he just stepped out of business school. Was a complete joy to work with these guys. Thanks Kurt!

Purchased my vehicle through OpenSource Auto's this week without any problems at all. Terry and Kurtis gave me a pleasant experience, no pressure and easy going. The atmosphere was fun! I recommend this dealership 10/10!

I was very impressed with my experience with Open Source Auto's non-pushy sales tactics. Terry did a great job with his sales tactics and didn't hound me like some of the other car salesman at other dealerships . He worked with me until I was able to get the money back from my insurance provider and he worked with me on a price that was in my price range. I told him my price range and he didn't try to sale me anything over that price like all the other dealers trying to get more money from me than I had to spend. It was very irritating when you tell salesman that I couldn't afford it they would still keep on and even try to sale me something even more pricey like I was lying to them or joking. Anyway thanks Terry and Open Source Auto's for my new car.

This was my first and only experience with OpenSource Autos. Terry was very kind and helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. I never felt pressured or bothered by sales tactics, which always turn me away. Kurt and his team went above and beyond in a very timely manner. They exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely check with them first on my next vehicle purchase.

Got an Avalanche Chevy from these guys back in May and I was excited but had a few issues with it after about a month but the GOOD thing is, is that they took care of the cost UPFRONT and paid for the new transmission and other issues since I didn't have the big lump sum to get the truck fixed. I'm currently on a affordable payment plan for the repairs. They have been a tremendous help with any issues I've had with my truck!! They are good ppl to do business with!!

At this time, I have purchased only one car from this location but the user experience for me was so amazing, I will definitely look to them first for my future purposes. The vehicle I ended up choosing had a better price than any other of the same make that I could find online and it drove well from the start. I encountered a few small problems early on and they footed the bill and handled all the extra things like finding a location and getting the kinks worked out themselves. I ordered from another state and the buying process was possibly more simple than any other I had been through despite that fact. I was kept up to date on any goings on while waiting for repairs and they conveniently text and email their statements to you so you have multiple ways to access information if you stay too busy for extended phone calls. Would have been best if I did not have any problems so immediately. Kurt and Terry are some really nice guys to do business with and know their stuff.

OpenSource Autos had exactly what I was looking for A beautifully maintained Ford F150 Lariat at a very fair price (certainly less than what a large dealership would charge). They carefully select what they bring on to their lot. Their friendly, knowledgeable team made the buying process easy. I highly recommend them.

Kurt and Chris did a fantastic job for me on my truck purchase. They even handled the minor repairs I requested to be done in order to make my purchase. Very easy to work with, and I felt like they took care of me every step of the way. I definitely recommend them for your next used vehicle.

Easiest process of buying a car EVER. They only ran my credit one time, unlike other dealerships. They worked with me, I got the car that I wanted. What I came with was a lot to ask for and they really helped me out. Terry and Kurt are awesome, dealerships don t care, but I could tell they are definitely out to help you And not out to get you. Highly recommended!! Can t ask for a better car buying experience!!

We had the best experience with OpenSource Autos. They had the most selection of used trucks we could find anywhere. We ended up having frustrations with our pre approval and they helped get new financing that was closer to what we were wanting. When we showed up to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck they had someone there making an extra set of keys and fixing the button that was messed up on the only set we had expected to get! Very impressed and everyone was so friendly!

It was the 3rd car lot I went to and I found a 2012 Silverado extended cab and the color I wanted I was greeted by Terry as I looked at it and he asked if I wanted to test drive it...I took it for a drive and when I got back I told Terry I wanted to buy it..he had the car fax records ready for me...and my experience their was super great...I highly recommend you to see what they have available and you sure love the "no pressure sales"...I sure did.have have on the lot

My daughter and son-in-law bought a used truck from Open Source after an extensive search for a vehicle. The Open Source salesmen were great, friendly and not pushy. They had a good selection and prices and were open about any defects in the trucks ( cracked tail light in one). We got financing from the bank but Open Source also had financing options and did not penalize us for using the bank . Another auto dealer would have charged $800 if not financed through them. I would gladly go back to Auto Source for another vehicle.

Chris the general manager was great to work with, very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good used car to visit them. They have an excellent selection of cars and trucks. If you run in to trouble even after the sale, they are there to help.

Kurt, Chris and Tricia are absolutely awesome! Open Source Autos is nothing like typical "used car dealers". They are all extremely nice, non-pressuring and they worked so hard to get my family into a quality vehicle that fit our needs for a more than fair price. They truly treated us right in every way. Would not recommend anywhere else!

Overall a positive experience. Chris and Kurt were very prompt with responding to emails, texts, and calls. I sent my first message Thursday morning, and by Thursday evening we had negotiated on price and financing was secured. The only complaint (and reason for 4 stars) was that the car had not been thoroughly cleaned on the inside. There was a lot of gunk in the cup holders, door pockets, seatbelt buckles etc. In the end, I got a great car at a fantastic price, which was the ultimate goal. I am a happy customer.
