Went here after being told by Tires Plus that I needed a new tire. Goodyear confirmed the screw wasn t close to sidewall and didn t even puncture the tire; was still in the tread it was so small. Guys were great, friendly and saved me from buying a new tire. Never going to Tires Plus again! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience here! Brittany was beyond helpful in terms of explaining things to me when I was having issues with my tires. I was stressed and she was kind and helped me understand what was going on. She was fantastic! I appreciate good customer service when I see it, so thank you so much!

My tire kept losing air even when I would fill it on my own. Goodyear was able to get me in for a next day appointment. They found I had a screw in the tire and quickly repaired it. Brittany with customer service was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Love their promptness and great customer service. I recommend Mission Goodyear to everyone.

Went in to ask more info about a service listed on their website, was told they don't do that and told to go to another store down the street. Went there and they were closed, if you are going to just refer people along make sure they are at least open.

Called in a panic right after a flat tire over the state line. They got me right in without question! Brittany was very kind and efficient! I had Good Year tires on and they fixed the problem quickly! I will continue to buy from Good Year!!! This location was extremely kind and helpful I may change my shop! Thanks again!

The first review I've ever left for any company. I searched online for a new tire, and believe it or not, Goodyear was the cheapest. I went in expecting to have to buy a brand new tire to replace the tire that only had 4000 miles on it. Brittany said, let my team take a look at it and we might be able to fix it without you having to buy a new tire. They repaired it for like $22 instead of me buying a new tire for $329 before tax. That's customer service!

I took my tire in to the Team and got an overnight patch. When I picked it up prepared to swap the spare on my own, recognizing I had a 4 year old in tow, they went out of their way to help, showing a value for kindness over profit and we were safely on our way in just minutes. The one extra step/ one extra rep speaks miles about their values and commitment to quality work and customer service. It s the little things and they did a lot of them fast, reasonably priced, and with care. Thanks Goodyear on Johnson drive!

I m inherently leery of auto repair shops, due to prior, negative experiences. Goodyear got me in, rotated my tires, and changed my oil in a very efficient manner. The tech even took time to compliment me on how fantastic the look/maintenance of my older vehicle was. Brittany at the front desk was similarly efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I learned that Goodyear has corporate locations, and also franchise locations. I purchased a battery from another corporate location roughly three years ago. The battery is going bad, or something else is up with my truck, so I went to this corporate location since it is closest to me asking for help. The woman behind the counter told me they were booked and could not get me in for a week instead of offering to help with a semi-urgent, yet easy-diagnosed issue. I had my kids in the car and this literal five minutes task to tell me if the battery were bad or not would have been easy. She could have done it herself if the mechanics were too busy, but nope, didn t even offer. So ask yourself, do I really want to spend money and trust my vehicle at a place that is unwilling to help in a simple situation? I won t ever go there again. Customer service sucks in Kansas and people are unwilling to go above and beyond to help people here. Seriously need to up their game. Lazy.

Brittany, customer advisor, was super awesome and sweet after a busy and Chris was great and helpful with getting my car done! This place is awesome and the prices are fair and reasonable. I've done business with these guys in the past and they were great than and great now!

Made an appointment to get a tire patched. Website stated 930am appointment and vehicle done by 1030, I was going out of town on a road trip and needed to get done before. Went to the store and the person at the counter stated I would have to leave my vehicle all day long for a 10 minute job (there was nobody else waiting in the store) she was very short and rude with me. Would not recommend.

I spoke with Keith in the morning as all I needed was my hubcap put back on my tire (thieves removed the lug nuts off one tire). That afternoon afternoon, following a wheel lock purchase, Keith put my hubcap back on for free, no charge! Britney at the main desk is great as well very nice and super professional. They both understood that I just needed a simple kindness and they delivered! I recommend this Good Year to everyone!!!!!

This crew is amazing! They have helped me out more than once; both with tires and with my battery. Such great attention to detail and they are always so thoughtful. Cannot recommend them enough!

I don t review a lot but the guys at Goodyear definitely deserve one. These guys always go out of there way to help. Chris helped me with a door gasket that was loose on my car, that I couldn t figure out. And they are always super fair with all the quotes they give you. Never try to up charge you on things, and when they do think you need something else they always go in depth to explain it. Great place and definitely recommend.

We ended up here midway through an overheating breakdown 5 hours away from our home. Even though we were panicking the staff reassured us everything would be okay and they swiftly identified the problem and fixed it within the next 24 hours. Thank you Goodyear for getting us back on the road and home safe!

I used Openbay to schedule my appointment and it was a great experience! Chris was very friendly and fun to work with. They got my car done in a timely fashion and even helped me out with a few extra things!

I needed an emergency repair (battery suddenly not charging). They assured me the repair would be done that day, which it was. The customer service area was clean and the people helpful and efficient. They kept in communication with me. I was very pleased overall and recommend them.

Saved myself about $500 coming here for a axel replacement ! Went to tires plus and they were gonna charge me about $400 for installation and $400 for extra labor because it was too hard to get to ! Christopher was great at explaining and letting know what was gonna be needed to get my car fixed and Brittany was very kind . 10/10 would recommend !!

These gentlemen saved our trip to the pool!Over the HOT summer, I noticed a scraping sound from the bottom of my Honda Fit. Turns out the plastic that protects the undercarriage had come loose and was bouncing on the road. Goodyear on Johnson drive was the closest location so I called ahead to ask if they could help me out. He said sure come on in. So my mom, my son, and I arrived and they set us up in the comfortable, spacious waiting room while their service professional took a look. He had that plastic fixed in 15 minutes -- and they surprised me by not charging anything! I was so appreciative. I live in Waldo but this is going to be my place from now on, based on this excellent and quick customer service!

I got a tire repaired and break light fixed back in July and the service was great. The employees were willing to work with my schedule to allow for reasonable car drop off and pick up times. My receipt says I was dealing with Christopher and Christian, props to them!

Great experience! Same-day fix on a flat tire. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about different tire options for the future. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Fred and I have been going to the Goodyear on Johnson Drive for many years. We are always happy with the mechanical and technical service we receive and everyone that works here is excellent, but Chris seems to be the x factor that keeps this auto service at the top of the game. Chris has proven to be an extremely knowledgable professional with a winning personality. We always know we are going to to receive excellent service when we see him at the desk or when he answers the phone. Quite frankly, Chris has always gone above and beyond for his customers and we all are the better for it.

Goodyear was able to help us when a piece metal got in the tire. We are visiting from out of town and they were able to help us and have us on our way the same day. Brittany was very nice and helpful!

These folks are A-mazing! I had been all over town trying to get my tire looked at and fixed! Some folks were busy for weeks, others say they only sell and don't repair. Goodyear got me in that day and patches up before closing. Really friendly and awesome service!

I was looking forward to a weekend with friends to do some Kansas sightseeing (required a lot of driving). The night before the trip, my low tire pressure light came on and the next morning the tire was flat. I was able, with a friend's help, to refill it, and drive to the Goodyear on Johnson Drive in Mission. I thought I had made an online appointment the night before, but when I arrived, the appointment was not on the list. Regardless, they were able, on a busy morning, to look at my tire right away and get it patched. I was able to get on the road to meet my friends. Thank you so much, Goodyear Guys, for helping me!!
