I ve taken my car here a few times and every time it does not disappoint me. They are friendly and willing to do anything to put me at ease with my car. I would recommend this to several people! Sometimes they are busy but he gets it done in a timely manner!

Zimmers is knowledgeable and straight forward. Got a tire and the wheel that was an exact match for the rims on my 2015 Sonic when nowhere else in town could match. They go the extra mile for you diagnosis the problem with no run around. If they don't know then that's what they will tell you.

This place is a joke, kept my car a week to change a hose. They kept lying it would be ready the next day or that afternoon. The desk lady would tell you she would call you back in an hour and then would not. Days after we took it in, and after calling once again to check on our car he stated he didn't have the part (he knew we had an appointment to get it fixed and they said they could fix it the day we had the appointment, but here it was a couple of days later and he didn't even have the part for it yet) and that he was getting it the next day....which was Thanksgiving. Didn't hear from them the rest of the weekend and there was no answer at the shop.We chose them after a heart felt response Mr Zimmer posted on a Facebook page on how he always tried to do his best to make the customer happy. So we tried them, big mistake BIG MISTAKE. We got such a run around until finally we retrieved our car and took it to JAR AUTO. The less than an hour job was fixed by the next day . I recommend JAR if you need a repair done. Mr Zimmer was even in his office when we retrieved our car that early evening, was not concerned one bit a car was being removed from his lot after dark. Never called to ask if we retrieved the car. Two days later my wife retrieved the extra keys from them. They never said anything just gave the keys back no apologies, nothing, but at this point we really didn't expect much of anything out of an unprofessional business. We even had an appointment when we took the car to them, but like I said we gave up and at the 7th day we took it to a professional.

I had a new tire put on my 2015 Subaru WRX. I had insurance on the tire and they worked well with the insurance company and completed the job in time. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Always take your business to local businesses!

The staff accommodated me coming in same day. Looked at my vehicle immediately, were great at explaining my issue and gave me a very fair price for service.Certainly will if back if necessary.
