The worst experience Went in for an oil change Stripping the oil plug in the process. Monkeys could do better. Left leaking oil. . Had to go across the street to to the dealership Unqualified shade tree mechs Good thing I checked. Never again

Took them an hour to change a simple valve stem and then took another 45 mins to balance the tire like it was all their first time seeing a pu$$y. I would not recommend you taking your vehicle here. Poor customer service.

4 out of the 5 times I have come here I could not be helped for various reasons. Today at 11 it was we are not taking anymore until we get caught up. Sounds fine except it's going to be really hard to get caught up when you have no cars actually in the bay. I waited in line 15 minutes to be told this. Whole time not one car was in the tire bay. I personally will not be using this place again because I don't want to go somewhere that clearly has a lack of motivation to do their job. Tires are important and one not being installed properly can have huge consequences. Clearly this business is short on employees or lacks competent ones. They probably did me a favor by turning me away but if they see this you'll get caught up faster if you have cars actively being worked on. You have two tire bays and 0 cars in them for 15 minutes. Unacceptable.

Said they would change my air filter and they didnt. Did however crack the intake hose though. Good work otherwise, i think it was a fluke and they made it right.

They were able to get me in quickly and are fairly priced. The employee at the counter was knowledgeable and helped me make decisions.

The Mcpherson auto care is a better ran facility than the one in Hutchinson. I come here to get my tires installed and rotated. These people seem to actually care. Plus they have a waiting room with coffee and TV. It's worth the drive to Mcpherson from Hutch.

Hmm. Well after a not so great experience over the phone I went in and met James who provided me 2 new tires, eliminated additional fees related to balancing and offered to dispose of my old tires. I walked out the door after taxes $144.38 so.. not bad for Douglas tires and 50,000 mile guarantee.

Great prices. Nice people working there. Long wait time for service. They never seem to have enough people working. Seems to be a serious shortage of workers. Today I waited 20 minutes to get a key made. Then when it didn't work I went back in. There were 3 people waiting and no one around. After 8 minutes I gave up and left. I think I'll throw the key they made away and go to Napa auto parts and try again. Probably pay more, but if I don't have to wait so long it'll be worth it.

To put it shortly, very incompetent service.... Brought car in for a battery change and after a 3 hour wait (3 cars ahead of me), then they tell me they can't do the "free battery" installation because it would require disassembling some parts of the car and that they are not actual mechanics there so they couldn't do it... that's fine, but they should have known when I brought it in and told that they wouldn't be able to do it, instead of 3 hours later.... Then i asked if i could at least get a discount to buy the battery there and find somewhere else to get it installed, and the service manager gave me the run around until finally saying they couldn't because the installation is a "free service".... a free service that they couldn't do ---- and wasted half my day.also --- at least a couple of other people ahead of me in line were also there complaining about how they bungled up the tire rotation that they were suppose to be doing.

Longest wait for an oil change in my life. Almost 2 hours longer than told. I would Gabe left if there was anyone at the service desk and I could get my keys. All day event for an oil change. Go else ware if you feel your time is valuable.

It depends on the day and time for how long you wait they never had done me wrong it always been pleasant experience. They could use another working for the check in but oil change and tires always on parServices: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Shouldn t take 2 hours for an oil change. The customer ahead of me told me he was waiting for 3 hours.Grossly understaffed - even though management came back a few times to override some issues when checking others out, no one ever offered to help pitch in when the one woman working the register was visibly struggling.

Had them mount and balance 2 trailer tires. Was able to get in 1 day early. Got me taken care of on the same day.

Literally took 2 hours to change ONE tire and they weren t even busy. They were just standing there talking to one another. Should really consider hiring more efficient people.

Customer service on a person level was very good and the service itself was fast but some small details eluded them and I had to go back a couple of times. This is the first time it's ever happened in the years I've used Walmart Tire and Service Center so they've done very well

In and out super fast.. Was a little surprised with the price of an oil change.. Thought it was a little high but the quickness made it nicer.. This Wal Mart has multiple awards for customer service and with the service I received it totally makes sense.. Great ppl working there!!

Talk about in and out! Top notch service by highly qualified technicians.. The price for a regular car oil change I thought was a little high but when I got the service I got it quickly left my mind!!

My oil light came on when I got to McPherson. It was Saturday late afternoon and was afraid to drive it home with the light on so I took a chance and stopped at Walmart. They got me right in, changed oil, replaced air filter and filled windshield wiper fluid, and checked all around. It cost me less than Jiffy Lube.

Had a tire loosing air so I stopped to have it looked at, they found two nails so needed to replace the tire. They had me in and out within 45 minutes.

It'll be 3 and 1/2 hrs till they start. Only 2 tire Tech's. Walmart needs to improve in the tire shop

The long time mechanics do a good job but they don't have nearly enough mechanics/techs and are nearly always hours behind.

5 employees looking at a tire possible problem and there are 5-6 customers waiting at the register. Very disappointing. I left.
