This store is honestly a really poor example of O Reillys had an interview with them, and I have a few months past experience, working for the parts industry and extensive knowledge of parts, I was told that a position was open that they hadn t even really been scouting for hires for but they had really needed help in that department for coverages for vacations and holidays full time ect interview seemed great other than they blatantly disrespected me with lower pay then i was making prior when i had disclosed my previous pay and she seemed to just want to milk the pay sale , even sent my references to them because i was willing to still work their after that kinda personal felt disrespect because i realize they werent intentionally being disrespectful by offering that pay or maybe they were theirs no real way to tell other then it felt like they were And then I get told they are in a hiring freeze about a week later when i called back, the manager really had no words when i had called, just kinda fumbled with what she was saying and redirected the subject immediately just kind of sad thats how orileys shows their business after going through the processes they had asked and low balling on their pay offer personally wouldnt shop or work their kind of sad. Oh well me and everyone i shop with is gonna go back to doing business with autozone after that blatant disrespect. Why do an interview and give a relative pay offer ect then say your in a hiring freeze for 2 weeks the next week kinda unethicalEspecially if the manager had had prior knowledge of this hiring freeze at the beginning of the month that s extremely unethical and unprofessional to waste peoples time when they could be out looking for a legitimate job offer I can see that she may not have But the blatant, disrespect with the pay was just kind of messed up seemed as if they were tryna milk me for work and my expirence when i have customer service awards in this industry and an extended knowledge of parts and the industry itself.It s also kind of sad that, instead of actually figuring out the candidates knowldege of parts and parts systems for vehicles, etc. they administer a medical dyslexia test for their ability to read part numbers and base an improperly. Administer dyslexia test as part of their hiring routine kinda a personal approach to hiring somone and pretty personally invasive if you ask me oh and i passed that test even though i have issues with dyslexia kinda sad they took no time at all to grasp my understanding for the parts industry they just wanted to make sure i understand the scopes of the duty s id be doing so they could then offer me 10$ an hr to be a closer and see if id accept it none of the interview was about my i or knowledge of anything they just wanted to milk me for low pay When i had expressed i have past expiration in the industry and had awards from my previous job youd thing an employer like orileys would have some ethics to their hiring process

Update 12.30.23 - again, O'Reilly's seems to have the parts that AutoZone lacks. This time it was some nylon mounting rods. Not a huge deal but still preventing me from having to wait multiple days to fix my problem.O'Reilly's has proved itself to be superior over AutoZone numerous times. I've gone looking for parts. My most recent venture was trying to find a set of replacement lug nuts for an older vehicle. All the new lug nuts seem to be made with far less material and are outrageous when bought on an individual level because most of them are packaged in packs of four for some reason. After heading to O'Reilly's in search of the same lug nuts, I found a different brand that was better made on top of that to their individual ones where half the cost

Ok price and phenomenal customer service. The young Lady who helped me was super knowledgeable and kind. Definitely customer service was #1 in her book The Other staff helping other customers were professional and kind as well. Great job picking out your team O'Reilly's! These young folks are doing a great job.

I am a regular customer at this store on an almost daily basis. For the last 5+ years they ve delivered reliable service and quality. I ve had an average number of warranty issues that were handled promptly and professionally. The store s staff sometimes turns over quickly which can be a challenge, but the managers typically do well at training and getting people up to speed as quickly as they can. A good solid parts store, all in all.

Clean facility...friendly staff.. the store manager was very friendly...and she had a vast knowledge.. she answered my questions with great accuracy and solved my issue quickly.. I will definitely be back ... A +++++

Always give good parts, but here lately been getting screwed from them. Yesterday I called for a radiator for my truck and the employee told me it would be in store at around 2:30pm the next day. So thinking that my new radiator would be ready for me at 2:30, I took my old radiator out of my truck and called O'reilly's after it was out. Then the best part was that I was told that it wasn't going to arrive till the 18th of this month. I'm I'm regular customer and I love your store but fr

Always a good experience. They've got some great folks here and seem to be getting more knowledgeable behind the counter. The new manager is a guy I knew years ago; heck of a great dude, and Brian and Kim are hard to beat with their knowledge of the business and helpful attitudes! Everyone in this store currently is very personable and willing to go the extra mile to find the info you need

They tried giving me the part I didn't need even when I had the old one with me. The weekend crew members acted like I was bothering them. One that help me didn't know where parts were . I've delt with him before. Acted like they just wanted to chat with each other than help customers

Always wonderfully helpful. They will price match parts so if you do your research they can save you more money.Got a new battery. The guy at the counter, jesse i think, was very helpful and even swapped them for me.

If they didn't consistently hand you the wrong parts I would give them 5 stars, but unfortunately I have had to drive to McPherson to exchange their mistake numerous times. Sometimes when returning the wrong parts they hand me the wrong parts a second time. McPherson is 18 miles from my home, which has caused me to have to put more gas in my car than I ever should have had to and wasted so such of my time as well.

These guys are Allright!.. my vehicle limped into the parking lot and they helped me to diagnose the issue and find the closest available part. They loaned me tools and advice and even offered to help bandage my car up. Thx to the BA guys at this location I made it to my destinations!

The tattooed gentleman with the wierd man bun behind the counter belittled a client in front of several other associates and a line of customers. The customer was embarrassed and there was no need for that treatment. He lacks professional demeanor and honestly should be terminated. Shame on Susie for tolerating such inappropriate language and behavior in her store. I have always shopped O Reilly s in the past, we use them for our business accounts as well. After today we will definitely be moving elsewhere for parts.
