I had previously given a poor rating regarding my GM service experience for an oil change and the need for seat belt repair. My extended warranty couldn't be found in my record and there was no immediate answer. After calling to report the issue, research began and when I received a call due to my rating, I shared the issue and within 2 hours it was resolved. Midway truly cares about their customers and and want them to be happy. Thank you Midway.

I went in to get my 2018 gmc Yukon xl diagnosed for a ticking sound before my warranty expires. They were all so kind and nice. At first they didn t hear anything so Ryan said he wanted to keep it over night and start it in the morning. That is when they heard the ticking sound we have been hearing. Thankfully it wasn t the lifters. They are professional and very friendly there in the service department. Thanks for a positive experience!!

Sold me a car which I liked, but with a broken wheel which they fixed after a week and a half of going in every other day for air and a lot of asking on my part. It also had a broken seat which they tried to hide. Called them on the seat and they denied it and refused to help. The seat still works, but all the wires are exposed due to the broken brackets. Tried for a year to get them to replace it since it was broken from the start, but that was a no. Be wary and take the car to a known mechanic before you buy. Buyers beware! There was no benefit from buying a car here rather than buying a car from someone in my neighborhood. Probably will never buy a car here again.

Would not recommend. Very bad communication. We had been working with a dealer in Newton when we found a great deal on a van in McPherson. The dealer told us to meet him up there and we could look at it. We drove all the way up to the dealership in McPherson and we weren't able to look at the vehicle because it was being worked on. He apologized and told us he wouldnt sell it with out us looking at it first. We didn't hear from him at all after that. We called up to the McPherson store and they told us they haven't even worked on the vehicle yet. It turned out the Newton dealer had no clued and was lying to us about what was going on. The McPherson dealership tried to set us up with a new dealer but this dealer told us he couldn't guarantee we could look at when it was convenient for us, unless we put $500 to reserve it and in the end we went some where else. We don't want it deal with these people. I hope they do a better job for you if you decide to look at a vehicle from them.

I reserved my bronco through Midway in McPherson in July 2020. Placed my order February 2021. Took delivery December 2021. Bill (sales), Tim(management) and Austin (finance) was great to work with. They were professional and straight forward. They treated me great. If anyone is thinking about or wanting to order a vehicle or buy. I would highly recommend Midway McPherson. Their customer service is second to none.Thank you for your time and effort Bill, Tim and Austin !!!

They were easy to work with and they were up front on the pricing no hidden fees! The salesman that I worked with James N.go see him, he ll take care of you,And my truck was listed at a great price. I m glad I drove the 110 miles from my house to work with them, it was worth it. Will definitely be buying from them again.

We were traveling through here and stopped for the night! My car went in to limp mode with the engine power reduced light on! We had to stay an extra night because it was July 4th and no shops were open! The morning of the 5th I took the car right in and Lee was so helpful he made sure we got right in! Discovered our issue was the high pressure fuel pump that I had just gotten replaced a couple of weeks ago, still had the receipt in my car! He did a warranty on it and everything was 0 cost to me! He also let us take a rental car for the day and suggested we go to Wichita for the day as he had to wait for the part and we had a great time! I highly recommend the guys here! So kind and did absolutely everything to help us! Thanks to Lee and his mechanics we are back on the road and making it through our vacation!!

I sold my used car to Midway Motors - the salesman was very professional and responsive throughout the process, and the price I was offered was within the range KBB listed for a private party sale. The only reasons I'm rating 4/5 stars is that there was some confusion over what documentation was needed during the sale and they were about 45 mins late when we met for the sale, but otherwise a good experience.

I bought a 2022 ford f-150 from this dealership. Had a spray in bed liner put in the truck from the dealership. Had overspray all over the truck after. They said they would fix that and detail the truck. Came back and still has over spray and they didn't detail it like they said. Then yesterday they come to get my truck for the free service I talked them into when buying the truck. I get a call today from the dealership saying they lost my key. What dealership has ever lost a customer's key? They want me to bring my other key so they can program a new key. So someone can come steal my truck with the old key? This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership

Had service performed on a Ford F-250 I purchased used in 2020. I also picked up the extended warranty at that time. First time in since purchased. Everyone was good to work with. Service took care of some warranty work. My only suggestion would be when asking for a transmission oil change they ask what kind would you prefer because there are three different kind. They go out of their way to work with you and I will be a returning customer again.

These guys are AWESOME! Everyone from sales to service is helpful, caring and ready to make you feel part of their family. Bryce got me a great car. George & Lee take care of all of my service. Straight forward and hard working. Austin doesn't hesitate to assist with any situation. Tiffany in rentals is all about the best service she can provide. I appreciate all they do to make my life easier. I'll be a customer for life!

Our experience was, phenomenal. Trevor Daniels was the easiest salesman my wife and I ever worked with. We were in and out in around 2 hours. We knew what we were trading in and what we wanted. They stuck within our firm budget and got us an extended warranty included. I am very happy with Midway Motors. After walking out angry from the last 3 dealerships we worked with, we are enjoying our new vehicle with no buyers remorse.

James Nakrob in sales has been absolutely fantastic to work with! Back in July, I was in the market for a new minivan. I had my heart set on the options I wanted, just wasn t sure between a Pacifica or an Odyssey. He sent me tons of detailed videos, pictures and lots of helpful information on a Pacifica they had, because I live 2 hours from his location. Unfortunately, I ended up purchasing an Odyssey from a different dealership. He was so understanding and kind when I let him know. He checked on me several weeks after my purchase to make sure everything was going well, and just wished us a very personable Happy Thanksgiving to our family! I truly feel that he will go far in this career!

I'll give these guys credit on the punctuality of requests and ability to complete tasks considering they were the only ones who could get me in within a couple of days; however, they overcharged me by about a factor of 4 on a refurbished part. If you want work done, I'd recommend it, but buy your own parts and just get them to install them, otherwise the price becomes ridiculous really quick.

I would never recommend midway to anyone. I have had multiple bad experiences with them over the years. They offered me $5,000 under what 3 other dealerships had offered me on trade in and were 3-5k higher for comparable vehicles than other dealerships. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else.

When I purchased the vehicle the staff was very helpful and friendly. I live about 1 1/2 hrs away and it was worth the trip. I was pleased with that experience.I went in about 3 weeks ago to have them take care of a recall notice on my brakes, 2011 Chevy Cruze, and Kyle in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Again I was pleased with the service.About a week after they took care of the recall notice on my brakes, I starting having issues with the brakes being very stiff whenever the car had been sitting for 9+ hours. This has happened almost on a daily basis ever since. I called today and spoke to a man named Kenny and he was far less helpful than anyone else I had ever spoken with at the dealership. I guess 2 out of 3 experiences isn't too bad but I'm not sure 67% rates any higher than 3 stars. Kenny was not helpful, in fact he was a little rude (maybe a bad day in the shop). But the experience was one that I doubt I will make much of an effort to deal with them again.

We were traveling up I-135 to a family reunion and developed a problem with our rear wheel. These folks got us right in and had us back on the road in about 45 minutes at a fair price. I wish they were closer because they would become my regular mechanic!

Took in truck for AC service. Our evaporator went out. Cost almost $2000. WOW! When we got our truck back they had broke our dash! Now waiting to get that fixed. They left the truck dirty on inside and grease on outside. We are not too Happy with the overall service. Reba was nice but everything else sucked! Not a happy customer.

Ever since I have purchased my Ford F250 it has been the biggest joke to get work done on the truck. An oil change takes an entire day. The CS rep that schedules the appointments doesn't know the difference between a radiator and a fuel pump so by the time I am off the phone I am so frustrated I want to cut off a finger. Today I called to schedule an oil change, fix the death Wobble, and touch screen for the radio/heat/ac controls and get told they can get my truck in on Aug. 29th or 30th (2 weeks) I promise I have spent my last 80k on a vehicle at Midway Motors. One Star is really to much to give them, but a half star wasn't an option.

My wife & I were looking for her next vehicle. We had searched multiple sites on the internet, we have dealt with many other dealers, & have had a wide range of experiences while purchasing. Prior to this experience we didn't know what first class customer service felt like & in many cases I would've rather visited the dentist. The experience we had with Midway Motors was second to none. Everyone we met at the dealership was professional, enthusiastic, & fun to work with. My wife found the truck she has always wanted & we were treated like friends or family. This was an amazing car buying experience & we are proud to do business with Midway Motors. They have earned our future business & from now on I will make only one stop when purchasing a car. I highly recommend the experience to anyone. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Kevin was incredible. This was the first time I've bought anything big and he was so comfortable and accommodating. I live in Newton and he drove the car to the Midway in Newton TWICE so my mom and I could drive it and my dad could look at it. He didn't make me feel pressured but was so friendly and laid back that he MADE me want to buy a car from him. I hope everyone can have him or someone like him as a salesman. I felt like he could relate to me and he used his personal life and sense of humor to make me feel calm and at ease. So a joy to work with and I will always be thankful for his service. Any dealership and customer would be lucky to work with him.Nathan did our paperwork and talked to the bank. We told him we were in a hurry and he made it happen in no time for us. He was rushed but didn't miss a beat as far as laughing and joking with us. I know we were probably difficult customers but he truely was a great sport and was such a nice guy. I felt so lucky to deal with him as well.

I had an awesome experience with buying my wife a car and myself a new truck about a month ago we had Trevor Daniels and he was an awesome salesman! I would recommend him to anyone who needed a new vehicle!! The reason for my 1 star is because I did buy a truck and i fell in love the moment I saw it and then I got in to test drive it and I knew it was the one. took it home the next day it started having issues they took it to the shop to fix it brought it back two days later and same issue happened again they took it back to the shop for a week got it back same issue, same night it broke down and left me stranded at a restaurant they towed it back to the shop for another week got it back for 2 days same issue again almost left me and my family stranded in Kansas city after they assured us it was fixed. The owner Gabe had previously told our Salesman they would buy the truck back since they could not figure out the issue and when I asked to do that a couple days later, they changed their minds and said now that was not an option. I am super disappointed after having such an awesome experience finding my truck to then turn around and they cant keep to their word. This company's motto is "come join the family" but I would never treat my family this way. I would love to keep my business here and continue recommending them to anyone who is searching for a new vehicle but the experience i am having now is not something I would want someone else to go through.

Looking for a "good" used car for our college student 4 hours away. It needed to be dependable and economical. John called me before this one had been through the shop. I liked what I heard. Not only did they completely go through it by servicing, they also turned the rotors, installed 4 new tires, and did an alignment. They got us as best as possible what we were looking for at a very good price. They went with our budget we gave them and made this car work--- 2004 Concorde. We definitely will recommend.

We just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service and making the new car purchase easy. My daughter loves her new car! It was worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to make sure she got exactly what she wanted and keep my budget the same. A BIG Thank you to the entire Midway Motors team!

The service center diagnosed the problemn with my truck and told me it would be around $1000 to fix. I called another dodge dealer and asked them how much it would cost to fix the same problemn. I did not tell them I had already talked to mid way and they quotes me the price of $509. When I called and asked Mid way why they charged so much more they said the made a small mistake in the cost of labor. Needless to say I will never go there for service and I was looking at buying a truck but refuse to buy anything from that company. I do not recommend them unless you like to be screwed.
