The motor failed on our truck and we literally rolled into the dealership. Wonderful and competent people. Within an hour, our truck was in the shop and a new motor ordered. We were back on the road in 3 business days. Special thanks to Darin the mechanic. Kris in sales who used his personal truck to tow our fifth wheel to an RV park. And to Melanie in service who kept us informed. An awesome performance and personal care. If you are local, buy your vehicle there.

George in sales, and Jacob in finance were both a great assist in my search for a good reliable vehicle at a good price. I've never bought a car from a dealership before and they made the experience wonderful and were able to answer any questions i had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or a newer used vehicle.

Midway came through for me. I had my check engine light come on while on a trip to Wichita. When I came back into town I stopped to see if it could be checked out , they did right then. After diagnosing, they were able to replace the faulty part on the spot. Thank you for not just prompting checking the code but then also fixing the problem.

I recently visited Midway Motors in McPherson and was so impressed with my experience. I was greeted by each staff member with a smile and polite greeting. I love how they kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. Kris Hanschu and all the staff were super helpful, accommodating, and went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. The staff I worked with were excellent. And they are up front with the charges/fees there was only 1! They didn t try to put down BS fees (premium nitrogen air for example) and then charges hundreds for it. James was the salesman I worked with and he s great, friendly w/o being pushy, answered all my questions honestly and my purchase was a used one but the gas tank was full when I went to leave. This dealership was worth the 108 miles I drove to their lot to see the truck. They were great to work with and not once were they pushy about a purchase, (That s HUGE w/me) or any with any add ons. I would and will recommend these guys to family and friends!

This was the most efficient and the least expensive oil change I have ever had on my F-150. They took the truck in exactly on time and within 5 minutes of our arrival. They kept us informed of the progress, while we sat in a very comfortable waiting area. (Loved their choices of tea!). The restrooms were clean and great quality. When we went to check out, the guy was friendly and casually chatting for a couple of minutes. That customer service technique still goes a long way, even in the technology driven world. The trick being washed when we went to pick it up was just another great perk. No wonder this dealer is so busy. They do a great job!

I have brought multiple vehicles here for repairs. As a woman it is often expected that you will be taken advantage of. However, I have always been treated with respect here. I ve always found the prices to be fairly comparable, maybe a bit on the higher end however, I always know if something needs done now or a time frame I can wait to have it done. I also know that I can rely on having my car back on the day I am told (if it has to be in waiting on a part). The staff is friendly and honest.

I stopped in to look at a 2016 F150 platinum and had an experience that was rewarding. We were greeted as we walked in by Jeff Feil. Accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable: answered every question in detail. I really don't like the stereotypical "Car Salesman" - Jeff was not that person. He was low key, careful and encouraging through the whole process.The dealership was first class, and everyone we came in contact with was there to help. Jeff took us carefully through the process step by step. We purchased a beautiful truck, sold and serviced by the dealership. I felt like I could trust the vehicle, trust the chain of ownership and trust the care with which the vehicle had been serviced. Jeff made my wife and I comfortable and I would not hesitate to recommend Midway Motors to others.UPDATE: At purchase I opted for the finishing touch complete vehicle appearance protection since my vehicle will be outside. We had to drive the vehicle 30 miles to Midway Motors and leave it for 24 hours. The results were outstanding! it is as though it came off the assembly line. Exterior and interior protections are extensive for 5 years. My spotless vehicle was delivered to my home 30 miles from the dealership by Dave and Phil. When I thanked them, they replied that that was their job and servicing the customers was what they enjoyed. I really appreciated Jeff Feil making the arrangements for the delivery to my home. Great support after the sale!

Everything right out front with sincerity and friendliness.Mark the used car assessment guy knowledgeable on trades.Jacob the young man in financing newhow to find a good lender to keep the interest rate low.Hands down most stress free, an awesome buying experience. We are extremely pleased with our newly acquired vehicle.

Had a regular oil change and an air filter replacement. The service man did a diagnostic test on computer. We paid and left. This was around your closing time. Got about two miles down the road and check engine light comes on. We live in another town. We call the next morning and have to drive back over to McPherson from Lyons and miss another 3 hours of work. Frustrating to say the least. A simple oil change should not take two appointments and two trips.

Took my vehicle in for it's first oil change and service. The technician came out and talked to me directly. Which I greatly appreciated that. The gentlemen that helped me check were professional and friendly. They answered my questions and help with questions about my warranty. Technician was knowledgeable and direct. The technician and the service department followed the saying"Do what say and say what you do".

Service Department desk personnel are above and beyond helpful. The technicians however need to be more thorough in communicating their assessment of the vehicle and what was actually performed! If they are checking off on service done, then they actually need to do it! (This is a latter posting now in 11/21. The service department is more professional now , and the waiting room is all new. Definitely an improvement! )

Excellent Jeff Feil made us very comfortable. He explained the features of the vehicle we purchased in an understandable way. With all the technology it can be intimidating but Jeff gave us confidence by explaining the whistles and bells. He transitioned us into the purchase and we really enjoyed working with him

Pulled into Midway Ford very close to closing on a Friday evening with a broken break line and was greeted with a very helpful staff. Cory Potter was more than helpful with this issue. He spoke with the service team and was able to get me right in and fix the problem. I was over 1000 miles from home and couldn t have ask for a better experience. These guys are top notch in my book!
