My daughter has a Bronco Sport purchased in September of 2023. Has the factory bumper to bumper warranty and the extra insurance coverage. The lower shield blew off going down the highway. Midway Motors first tried to charge her $300 to put it back on. They ended up charging her $16 for fasteners. There was absolutely no damage to the lower shield so it seems obvious that the fasteners were defective or not properly installed at the factory.

Kevin and the service team did an amazing job getting my truck in for repairs. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and worked to get the bill as low as possible. They even delivered my truck when it was done. Will definitely come back.

This place is the BEST! l was met at the front door by swarms of beautiful women. They showered me with hugs, kisses and affection. I was escorted directly to a private room and given an amazing lap dance followed by a full body massage. By the time they were finished rejuvenating me my vehicle was finished. What a wonderful place. Can't wait to come back for my next oil change. See you soon ladies! XOXO!

Traveling through Kansas and encountered a brake issue. Although their service schedule was full, they had us back on the road in no time. VERY pleasant service staff. So impressed. We highly recommend them.

The job was a bit pricey but it was a big issue They did exactly what was needed and returned my vehicle cleaned and washed. Everything works great now.It was well worth the drive out of town to have them service my truck.Happy with the results

Another excellent service experience at Midway Ford in McPherson, KS. I've really come to appreciate the video status updates the technicians put together during the service. It allows me to see what they see as they evaluate different components and associated wear and tear. Took about an hour. Everyone was friendly and nice. Very satisfied.

I think the service department is great. They offer you a ride home and will bring you back to get it when it's done. They are good at communicating with you if there are issues so I would recommend the Ford service department in McPherson.

I made an appointment for service. The repairs were rather time consuming so they scheduled 3 days; they ended up keeping my truck for 12 days. Every time I would call they kept telling me it would be done in 2 more days. After demanding to know what the problem was, the service department admitted they kept scheduling other work ahead of my truck, despite me having an appointment. Once I finally got my truck, the repairs do seem to be completed correctly and my problems fixed.

Everything about the warranty work and Ford recall work was done to satisfaction. I appreciated the loaner vehicle and the delivery of our vehicle. The only disappointment with the experience was that at some point either during a test drive or vehicle return, someone smoked in the vehicle. We are non smokers and this left a smoke smell.

They kept me well-informed while changing my oil and rotating the tires. They send a video while I was waiting of what they observed about the condition of various components. Someone came out in person to explain options about possible repairs needed.

Reported issues the truck had , Midway scheduled a time to pick it up so I didn't miss any work ! They picked the truck up at my job , made repairs and delivered it back before I got off work !All is GOOD !

Everyone at the store was helpful and pleasant to interact with, the staff went above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns, the waiting room was clean and well kept, and the service was fast.

Vehicle has been there three times in 12 months2 out of 3 times it has had to go back for something not repaired. And then it's my responsibility to get it back there to have the work finished that should have been fixed when it was there. Replacement costs are outrageous and you would think something that costs $80000 would last 100000 plus miles.

Great experience. Throw out your stereotypes of car salesmen when you walk in the door at Midway. Jon was a pleasure to do business with as was Jacob in the business office. Great selection of vehicles to choose from and if you're in the market for a new pickup you can't go wrong at Midway Motors!!

I was traveling alone and in the 3rd hour of an 8 hr drive when my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a station and used the air station on each tire. The tire pressure light was still on. I Googled a "tire place". As I drove towards the "tire place", I saw the Midway Ford sign. I walked in and the salesman took me to the service dept. A wonderful young woman(sign on her computer read "Axe Master") listened to my story and got me in right away to check my tires.Not only did the tech add air to my tires, they washed my car!! NO CHARGE for any of the services! Wow!!I give Midway an A+. ( I'm a retired teacher.)Service: Tires

Tail lights out but brake lights worked. I checked all fuses, viewed F 150 group page, After 2 days I tried and could not find the issue.Called Midway McPherson, arrived at the dealerahip and inside of 2 hours they found the problem was was under the bed of the truck.They repaired and I drove home with ALL lights working.Thank you Don and your team!!!Service: Electrical repair

Midway Motors (Ford dealership), has done an excellent job taking care of my vehicle since I arrived in town. They have done their best when unplanned repairs brought my car into their shop to get me back on the road again in as timely a manner as possible. My water pump went out and they were able to get the parts, installed and get my car back to me in just over a week. Thank you!

Tires were replaced and valet service is great, however it took way to long and I don t appreciate the fact that my ambience color and dash cluster was changed. There is no reason for this to be changed when only tires were replaced.Service: TiresService: Tires

We got our truck serviced here for the first time. All went well except for getting our tires rotated. That was supposed to be done, but they said the tires were chopping and couldn t do it. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to look at getting news tires and they just happened to be having a sale coming up. This was frustrating because the truck doesn t need new tires yet, but they did need rotated. My husband rotated the tires himself when he replaced my brake pads. I don t appreciate someone trying to sell me something that s not a needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance
