I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Midway Motors, and the process could not have been any easier. Duke went out of his way to personally deliver my car a hour away from the dealership and made sure it was in pristine condition. All of the staff I encountered were extremely kind and very helpful. This was the first vehicle I ve ever purchased on my own and I could not have asked for a better experience.Not only did Midway Motors provide exceptional customer service, but their inventory of vehicles was top-notch. They had a wide variety of makes and models to choose from, all in excellent condition. It was evident that they take great pride in the quality of their cars.I cannot recommend Midway Motors enough. We went to look at a specific car, great car but wasn t quit what we were expecting. We asked Jon to find us something similar in the same price rang. Let me tell you he didn t disappoint! Mine was a return trip since parts had to be ordered. After about an hour I was told the part that was ordered did not include the dampener needed to replace the engine mount. An appointment was made for the next day. I asked if it was the 8 o clock time again and I was told yes. Since this was another 20 minute drive for me I requested a confirmation text that the part made it in before I drove the 20 minutes the next morning.When no text arrived the next morning, my husband called to check to see if the part made it in. He was told the person that made the appointment was not even working and no one knew about the text request or the oil change. They did go and check on the part which was in and so I went to get the work done. The service manager took care of the service and comped my oil change and got my vehicle washed, which was nice. Over all service good but some lack of communication. Talked to several waiting for vehicles who were long term customers and very loyal to Midway, although they were not Jeep customers.

I appreciate that they got my jeep in. Just wanted my alignment checked but they chose to do one, but hey, what's $150.00 to them? Warranty covered what I took it in for. Went to get in my jeep and the passenger side window was left down a little and it was pouring rain. Seat, door and all was soaked with water standing! Inside door handle full. Sure hope they aren't headed backwards to what they used to be. Sad deal.

Friendly service, but my son's car he just purchased had a check engine light come on on the way home from buying it. Hope Midway fixes it. Felt bad for my son's first time buying a car from a dealership and he has had to park it until situation is resolved!

Always a pleasure doing business with Midway Motors in McPherson. My oil change went great and I appreciate the video showing the inspection. Makes me aware of what may need a fix in the future. I like having a head's up, and the service team is very nice and explain things in everyday English, instead of acronyms and tech jargon.

Had issues with my A/C and I was able to get an appt in several days. I was kept informed on the day of the appointment and by the end of said day my vehicle was fixed and ready to go even tho they had several other vehicles that had other issues pop up. Appreciated the communication and good work. Thank you!!�

We were moving from out of state and needed to buy a car remotely ahead of our arrival. Jesse and the team were able to coordinate everything with our family in the area to do test drives and to pick the vehicle up. It was definitely more difficult buying that way but they worked hard to make it as smooth a process as possible for us. Doing a video call walkthrough of the vehicle put our minds at ease and we were able to see the major features that we were looking for. Would do this again, although I would still prefer to buy in person overall.

Had an alignment done June 1st, was told needed new front tires as a result.Just took it to the tire shop where purchased to buy 2 new tires and they checked the alignment and had to redo and pay for again with totally different results 4 days later. That s not okay6/13/23 updategot a call from the service manager to take a 2nd look at the Jeep, in result finding the tire installers misaligned it We are very please that they were so willing to provide a good customer experience for and make sure my car was properly fixed.Thankyou Don!!

Amazing service! Had the vehicle I wanted and I flew in from out of state. Arrived and had a driver to pick us up from our hotel. Incredibly smooth closing with knowledgeable staff. I continued to receive excellent service since arriving home. I can t recommend them enough!

Great experience so far, we got a great price and vehicle from John kohen who made the whole experience real painless for my wife and I. They are also very upfront about any damage/issues they have noticed and all warranties included and paid extra for. Will definitely be back for any future vehicles.

Working with Midway Motors was a breeze. From the sales contact to the finance department everything went quick and smooth. I also want to commend everyone involved with putting together the photos of the Wrangler I purchased. This dealership does a great job at representing their vehicle in photos. It is a pleasant surprise over other dealer websites where the detailer and photographer are clearly not paying attention to detail. Great work and thanks for everything. I had them take a hard look at my Chrysler town and country that I had worked on tirelessly. They identified the problem. They part was very expensive but they searched the part to find a way to make it more affordable. I really appreciate the effort they put in to helping me. It seams like a dealership that is there to really help, especially in the service department! They moved quickly and communicated extremely well. Thanks!!

Service was great. Not really happy about the detail Service rims were dirty and had water spots on the black plastic. Not sure why I spent a $1000 on the finishing touch.

Service was kind and respectful. I was a bit disappointed the 22pt inspection cost nearly $30 and told me nothing I didn t already know. Just seems like maybe it should be an option if a customer already knows about tires, wipers, and air filters

They completed work quickly and we re the only mechanics that could schedule window repair in a timely manner. Satisfied with results. Might be a tad more expensive than my preferred mechanic, but needed a functional window with the recent hot wave we re having to deal with.

Service advisor didn't listen to the problem I had with previous work.When I tried doing basic service work the previous person had tightened the drain plug so tight I couldn't get it out without damaging the oil pan or drain plug. I drove 30 miles to the dealership and was offered nothing for compensation.

I went in today to have keys made and to purchase a new key fob. I called ahead to get pricing and to schedule the appointment. I was told in advance that the key fob would be $185 and I needed a key to go inside it. I was told it would be $10 for the key, and I said that "for that price, I will get 2". I was then passed to the person to schedule. Today when they told me they were done, my bill was about $350. The keys were actually $31 a piece and they had charged me a $75 programming charge for the fob. Nothing was mentioned about the cost of programming it in advance and now the keys were 3 times what I was told.On a good note... the keys and fob work great, and the folks there were all super nice. I didn't have to wait long to make it happen. Just a little irritating when you are planning on about $250 and it is $100 more!! That is a pretty big surprise!

I had a great experience buying my truck from them. They were willing to drive it to us to let us take a look at it and a chance to test drive it. Jon was really helpful in answering any questions we had about the truck and getting some of the issues we had fixed. When we went to pick it up everybody was real helpful in getting done what we needed to and explained everything. I would definitely think about getting another vehicle from them in the future.
