I really appreciated the new Jeep buying experience from beginning to end! The initial contact was via the internet with David. He was professional and helpful. Then I was connected with a salesman, Jon, who was also professional, helpful and followed through with getting information and a video to me. Lastly, Jacob, in finance was a very pleasant, thorough and straight forward without being pushy. Thank you Midway Motors for doing car sales the right way!

Ok first off, I would like to keep my same opinion on what happened after I mentioned there was a thermostat problem during my test drive. Which got ignored from me to be mentioned to service. However service did what should've been done before I got it and fixed the thermostat. So whatever happened was something that should be thought about in the future to every customer from sales, just do the right thing. Still not very happy from that stand point. However service gets my appreciation, thank you for doing what was right and thank you for helping me. I really do appreciate it. I will still give an honest review of the whole situation, there were flaws throughout so take it with a grain of salt and learn in the future.

I thought that some of the pricing was high but I agreed to some of the work they offered so I can t complain about that. But I don t believe they actually look into the car all that well. I was told my front brakes were a 6/10 and back were 8/10. The back are well over a year old and the front are 1 month old in much better shape. They also suggested they should clean my headers. Because of how many miles are on the engine. The engine has under 2,000 just replaced. I understand they probably just look at the odometer and see the mileage on the car and just push it on people. But I just don t like the thought of suggesting something that someone doesn t actually need it. No one was rude or unpleasant but I just think I wouldn t trust them and bring my car back.

I hit a deer last week and had to solve the problem of having no car to get to work. Bill Kennedy took care of everything detail and found the right car for me! I will return to Midway when the loan ends and start the painless process over again. Thanks to Bill and Midway, I'm a very happy customer!!

Jesse demonstrated utmost professionalism, exceeding expectations in customer service in the purchase of our new Explorer ST. He even allowed me to rent the vehicle for the day, despite me residing in Wichita to show the wife first hand. I will highly recommend him and Midway Motors to everyone I know. Also, his recommendation for BBQ in town was spot on as well. Shout out to Woodies Smokehouse.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service department at Midway motors. I first met with the weekday service manager, super friendly and competent. He set me up with an 8 a.m. Saturday appointment to remove a part of the undercarriage housing on my 2013 Cadillac CTS which had torn loose. He said the weekend crew would take good care of me. They certainly did take good care of me. Friendly and quick. The job was quickly done, and here's the kicker, no charge! The waiting room has been upgraded and is super comfortable, not to mention the ultra-trick coffee maker.

Late on a hot evening, our Cadillac blew a tire somewhere in Kansas on I-135. Okay, not a problem, changed it. Starting the car was now a different story - battery completely dead! It was getting dark and we had no idea of anywhere around we could take it to...We called our insurance and got a tow truck, and asked to go to the dealership which was Midway Motors Chev in McPherson!Only a few miles down the road and across from a hotel! Stroke of luck!Even the Sheriff's deputy said that is where they take their cars and was assuring us they were good.The next morning, right away they called, and worked hard to get us back on the road by 3:00 that same day!Thanks to Midway, we were on our way back home. FIVE STARS

I was treated very well. Was offered something to drink a couple of times. Our salesman was very engaging in conversation. They made sure to ask if I had any questions and spoke to me not at me.All in all what short time I was there was a very comfortable and pleasant experience

Great people and customer service.I blew the motor in my truck and they were close to where I was working. Also they had 5 stars and that s something I never see on a dealership. I can see why it has the ratings that it does. Highly recommend this dealer to everyone reading this. I just wish I lived near this dealership so I wouldn t have to deal with my local dealers.

Run a little behind on Saturdays but those of us that can only have service done on Saturday it is appreciated. Took very good care of me this time. Last time not so much. Had not entered my appointment in system so were not expecting me. They changed oil anyway but regular service did not hhappen.Last time I called with an issue Mike in GMC service told me I should call Conklin since I work in Salina. I was not impressed with that "solution".As a general rule they have treated me well.

We were very happy with the service we received when we had an overheating problem with the transmission on our 2021 GMC SEARIA.I called and spoke with Mike Mugica , a service advisor and he told me to bring it in and they would try to look at it. When we finally arrived at the dealership, they got it as soon as we got there.They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. We were traveling home to Colorado, they allowed us to setup our camper in the parking lot and stay the night and gave us a truck to drive. The best service we have ever had.

Highly recommend! We were passing through town after suffering some misfires on our truck and we called 5+ auto shops that were too busy for us. They were busy too but they squeezed us in and got us out so quickly and back on our road trip. Thank you so much!!!

I sincerely hope that my recent experience at Midway Motors in McPherson isn't representative of the kind of service they usually provide (though a search of low-rating reviews would seem to indicate that there are others who have been motivated to detail their experiences as well). On two recent occasions I have been there for service. The first time was for an oil change, at which time they offered to replace for $50 a cabin filter I could and did easily change myself in 15 minutes for $20. The second time was to have new tires put on my vehicle ... an experience which left me beyond frustrated. I hadn't made it 20 miles down the road toward home when I noticed that my tire sensor was indicating that one of the new tires had lost quite a bit of pressure, so I pulled over to air it up and decided to return to the dealership. Before I could make it back, I had another tire going flat ... both had lost 10-15lbs each and triggered an OnStar Diagnostic Alert. Thank goodness I had a portable air pump with me or I might have been stranded. I then waited another hour and a half to have the tires pulled off the car and checked, which made for a very long, exhausting day. It was determined that the problem was with the valve stems. Also, on both occasions I had to have them rework the billing, and there were other things that I'm not taking time and space here to mention. Positives? There were a few ... A quiet, comfortable, well-appointed waiting area, the vehicle inspection video, and Mike, one of their service advisors, who was consistently kind and professional. To their credit, I did receive apologies from the service manager, etc as well as a coupon for a free oil change. While I really wanted to believe I had found a reliable place to take my vehicle, I am afraid that they made an unfortunately negative impression.

My experience with Midway Motors over the past 8 years with buying two vehicles, has been nothing but a great experience. Tom Ruxlow does a great job communicating and is fair and trustworthy. Wouldn t go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

With a $2500 repair bill on a vehicle with 55,000 miles on it, I would think the dealership would at least have a helpful hint for the customer on what he can do to prevent this from reoccurring in another 50,000 miles. At that rate I am going to have $10,000 in repairs in 200,000 miles. Don t think this GM product is going to be for me in the long term.
