I bought a brand new 2009 Ford Focus from Midway Motors back in March 2008. Since then I have taken my vehicle to Midway Motors for service. They do a great job at keeping me informed about the condition of my vehicle and the service it needs. Everyone is friendly and seems to love their job. I recently parted with that car. Thanks to Midway Motors' great service I put 234k miles on that car! And it still has a lot of life left. If you're looking for a great vehicle, pay them a visit.

We appreciate your service. However, we felt we should have been given an estimate of the cost along with the explanation of work being done. We were a little shocked when we saw the bill! The process took 5 hours! As we are from out of town, it would have been nice to be offered a loaner vehicle. Although we were given a ride to our restaurant of choice, we waited a half hour to be picked up after we called to be picked up, six blocks away. We learned a lesson to bring a second vehicle as you courtesy services leave a little to be desired.

There are both bouquets and brickbats to be thrown with this review. The good is that the service advisor was easy to work with and was quite accommodating by giving me a loaner car when my service took much longer than expected. I arrived 5-10 minutes late because a dental appointment did not get started on time. Normally it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get an oil change and be on my way home. This time it took around an hour and 45 minutes just for the oil change and they yet had to work on the second reason I brought the car in. I had lost one of the original key fobs to my Camaro and had purchased an aftermarket replacement. The replacement had given me quite a bit of problem and eventually it was reprogrammed so many times that the vehicle now thought that it had the maximum number of keys assigned to it. Where I bought the replacement fob advised me to take it to the dealer who should be able to remove some of those additional keys that the vehicle thought were there. By this time the buttons on the original key fob had stopped working although the car would still start with either the replacement or the original. I had asked to have some of the supposedly extra keys removed from the fobs and then reprogram them both so all functions of the fobs would work. When I finally got back to the service center there was a charge on my invoice for what I thought was this service but also a note that they were not able to remove someof the additional keys. I tried the key fobs before I left town and other than starting the vehicle, none of the buttons worked on either car. In fact the new battery that I took along for the replacement fob was still loose in the Ziploc bag that I had it in when bringing in the car. There was nothing said to me that the fobs were not fully functional. I question whether the person working on them ever even tried to lock or unlock the door with either fob. I have learned from another dealer since that all keys supposedly assigned to the fobs must be removed before the fobs can successfully be reprogrammed and then to make the fobs fully functional. The service advisor was quite gracious in removing the charge for the work(?) on the key fobs and making amends to the charge for the oil change in light of how long it took altogether and for the fact that one of my main reasons for coming in was not accomplished.

Great customer service. I went in looking to get tiers and an oil change scheduled for next week and I left within hours with better tiers than I wanted, at a lower price. Now I have free time next week.

I don't recommend this place,1 they charge you very expensive and do nothing to the car.2 you take your car only to have it scanned and they deliver it to you more damaged than it is.This dealer had been recommended to me and he was very good, but I don't recommend him to anyone.

We had a appointment for service on our 21 GMC Sierra Denali. As always we had a great experience. The Midway service department was quick to complete the oil change and tire rotation and even compted us with a wash job. During our wait I enjoyed talking with Rob, our salesman about the new 24' models just now coming out. A very good experience.

Our car was serviced and other things done that were explained before work was done. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We weren t planning on spending as much money as we did but it was our choice to go ahead and have things done. We were not pressured at all.

Key FOB and key cut for a purchased vehicle. Took 2 hours. I think that is excessive, they spilled some type of light weight oil in my console and did not clean it up. On the bright side they washed the vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took longer than expected, Gary said on the video that the air filter was dirty but could possibly wait till the next oil change. Someone came in and said it needed to be changed, today. So I agreed, but I feel like $50. Was pretty steep. Work completed was exactly as expected. Called 2 weeks earlier to price tires. Took down name wrong, never called, never scheduled. Had to wait until tire blew and spare wasn't holding air. Son's school truck, frustrating start but good finish.
