They understand that time is money and the two ladies got my work van in and out in about 10 mins. I d challenge anyone between Salina Wichita hutch and Marion to find anyone who could get it done that quickly.

Seemed a bit pricey, but full synthetic and 8 qts is probably the reason.Quick service, we'll be back.

Got an oil change there no problem. Time came up to get another one. And the tech at another oil center said the plug was stripped. I call this place back and explained to them what was going on and I was told I don t know what to tell you . So now my truck is going to a dealership to have an oil pan put in it. I will be requesting money for this from quick lube. I have all the receipts And the sticker. I would avoid this place for all costs.Service: Oil change

I used to come here for oil changes in high school. Granted that was a bit ago.. but I was always pleased with the customer service. I was in town for a day trip and decided to get an oil change here again and I was not pleased. The guy I dealt with was rude. The service was quick and they did a good job. But treat your customers with some respect.

They didn't replace the oil filter gasket. I had time to do the next oil change and it wasn't even there. I don't even think they changed the oil filter. What they did do is tightened the filter so tight that it took all my strength to get it loosened. These guys have no idea what they are doing. I would expect this from Walmart but even Walmart managed to screwed it up last time I went there.Good grief. It's just a simple oil change but somehow they managed to mess it up. 0 stars.Service: Oil change

This place is terrible. A good friend took her car to McPherson quick lube for a simple oil change. She got the car back and it was suddenly leaving oil spots on the floor. I crawled under the car just to find out they didn't even get the oil plug bolt back in FINGER TIGHT. I got 3/4 of a turn on the oil plug with my fingers. Apparently they don't know how to use a 14mm wrench... And it cost her $50. Good thing the plug didn't vibrate out while she was on the road.

Employee was nice, but by the conversation I was hearing between the guy in the pit and the guy up top. I was not sure if the guy in the pit knew what he was doing. I left.

Just went and got the oil changed in my daughters car, kept smelling oil all the way home, well when I got home I opened the hood to find oil everywhere!!! Guess I'll go elsewhere.
