Overall they are honest and fast. I had them replace my tire on a rim I brought in. They are very knowledgeable and courteous They were affordable as well. We will most likely upgrade our mower and this will be our go to place

These guys are awesome. We were on a cross country road trip and our tire pressure was low. This team helped us add air to our RV tires and made sure we were safe to continue. Thank you!

Came in with a flat tire off my car. Rick was fast to help and get me and my family back on the road!! Everyone was nice and polite. Fast and price appropriate. I would highly suggest this place to anyone who asked for a place in McPherson. Thank you Hometown Outdoor for all your help!

Truckers: overnight parking is available, plenty of turn around room in the back. There's a Love's about 7mins up the street. Quick and fast unloading (no dock)

Took my girlfriends used jeep that I just bought for her to have the suspension and front end looked over to make sure it was safe to drive. They replaced the tie rod ends and a u joint and told us that it needed brakes and rotors and rear shocks. I told them I would do that myself. About a month later the rear tire fell off while she was driving. That cost another $920 dollars to fix the bad rear axle. After that I changed the brakes and rotors on the front and noticed a giant hole in the cv boot. Not sure how anyone could miss that. After getting underneath the vehicle it was clear that only one tie rod end was replaced. The other side was so covered in old grease and grime that there's no way it was replaced. I have yet been able to get a hold of anyone but I'm not impressed or happy at all.

Awesome store good knowlage of equipment and friendly. They werent pushy or anything when I had 100s of questions about different grasshopper mowers. In the end they made the deal work and I left with my brand new grasshoper.

I was on my way back from Washington and they treated me like a friend very good service if I was gonna be stranded that's where it would be... Made a bad experience good for me there is still good people out there
