Excellent towing company. I was in a bind out on a unmaintained country road delivering Amazon packages with barely enough service to search for a tow. Luckily, I was able to contact Dacus, and Kevin & Brandon were able to help get my car loaded and towed from a situation I couldn t get myself out of. I'd highly recommend if ever in a spot where you need this service, call these guys!

The team at Dacus, especially Grace, we're polite, helpful and friendly. From making sure I was fine physically after my "mishap", to towing/storing my vehicle to helping with paperwork to making allowances for me to retrieve my belongs, Dacus moved like a well oiled machine and were kind to boot. We had to replace our windshield and they were so quick! It was ordered and installed in less than a week! I also had great customer service (friendliest staff in town!) and my car was clean (inside and out!) which made me feel very appreciated as a customer. I HIGHLY recommend Dacus to everyone!!!

Amazing 5 star customer service. The reaction falling the arrival to my accident was superbly incredible. I was comforted immediately by Shawn who received my call and when Brandon the wrecker show up on the seen I was utterly impressed and floor by his working knowledge and expertise and take car of my vehicle like wad precious gold during the loading operation. Chris the owner personally showed back at the shop where we off loaded my vehicle vehicle and provided additional superb service and concern. Thank you all my my rescue angels beyond words of gratitude.

I have been in trucking for 40 years. I have to say Brandon did a great job. Professionally it was almost a treat to lock my keys in my truck. :) I say almost . The lady who answered the phone was also very kind and professional. The office manager was thoughtful and expedient. Thank you have a great weekend.

Definitely great people to work with! Was broke down along the side of i-135 north of McPherson. The driver was literally to me within 20 minutes, and loaded and hauled into town to the dealer in no time. Definitely recommend!!!

The driver, Brandon, was very friendly and easy to work with. Seems like they have a good system: they take a couple pictures of your car sitting there before they move it. Then after it s on the tow truck, they take a couple more of it strapped in. Then when they take it off the truck, they take a couple more. The photos are uploaded and you get the link to see them. This seems to help the owner of the car and also Dacus good system.

Dacus Towing showed up quickly and provided reliable service. My husband I were surprised to be greeted by a clean cut, well spoken and polite man. Had I been alone as a woman, I still would have felt safe. A huge exception, compared to other tow companies that I have used in the past! Any parent who has a daughter, especially, who is in need of a tow - call Dacus!

Ben was my tow tech and he did a great job on my rig. He came an allowed me sit inside his warm truck when it was freezing outside to warm up while he got it hooked up. Took my truck to a repair shop and then took me to a hotel and made sure I got checked in and didn't need to find another hotel. Thanks guys for the rapid response during my time of need.

You know they take pride in their family owned business by the cleanliness of their establishment and the job they do. Always quick to respond and are passionate about doing their best for the client.They are also a fixture in our community. You see their business involved in a lot of events throughout McPherson.5 star service, for sure!

We had to wait a little while due to the late hour and the heavy fog, but Ben worked carefully and quickly to get our car unlocked. We are so grateful and will certainly call Dacus next time we need anything.

Got stuck in the median after sliding on some ice. There were several people off, so I know they were busy, but they got to me quickly and got me out without any troubles! Definitely recommend.

We have a fairly long driveway. We got two vehicle stuck in the middle. I've learned something today. The prius does have an towing hook that you can attach. Its a a steel rod with a closed loop that you screw in after you pop out a little plastic from the front or back of the prius(you need a tiny flathead to pop it out). I always wondered what that was since I personally was like.... This doesn't look like it would help me change tires, good thing i left it in the trunk all this time.It was on the coldest day so far we had to do a few back and forth around some ideas. Very minor scuffs on the body of both vehicles all in all, Those vehicles were definitely stuck, I was expecting more damage. Great experience, he gave me choices to consider, the consequences that might happen. I always take expert advice, especially if they give me options and it turned out very well.

Kevin came out and pulled our very stuck work truck out of a pastor. Kevin had us out in under an hour and absolutely no damage. Definitely recommend!

I will continue using this company for towing and winch outs, any other company around me has denied to come multiple times, but dacus towing and recovery have went through the roof for me and my company. Glad to be in buisness with you guys, and will continue
