I recently had my car fixed at Dacus and I m blown away by the quality and service. I had high standards based on what I d heard, but they didn t just meet my expectations, they exceeded them by far.The workmanship is top-notch. It s clear they take pride in their work, providing a thorough breakdown of everything they did before and after the repairs, alongside all the paperwork, photos, and explanations you could need. It really felt like they set a new standard in professionalism.Every person working there is a class act. Everyone I spoke with was attentive, quick to respond, genuinely kind, and super helpful. It s rare to find a place where you can tell that everyone actually cares about what they re doing and the people they re helping. They were always clear about the repair process, making sure I understood everything that was happening.They also kept me updated every major step of the way, and fully completed the repairs faster than I expected. My mother, my granddaughter and myself were driving home from Salina when we had a blow out. Of course, no spare!! The absolute professional and friendly attitude from Shawn in dispatch let me know I called the right place. A tow truck was dispatched and it showed up with Shawn driving behind him to load us all up and take us into McPherson. I'm sorry I didn't get the tow drivers name, but my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loved him. The kindness shown by both men will not be forgotten!! Thank you very much!!

Dacus did a really good rebuild on my car. The only problem we had was a airbag that they couldn't get. After three weeks of searching they finally did a recalibration on the airbag system. I have a Porsche 911 that got backed into and I trusted Dacus with the repair. They did a stellar job! The paint matched perfectly and the attention to detail was spectacular. When something like this happens it is always a bummer but it is good to know someone like Dacus will fix it like it never happened! The people were also great. Dacus Auto Body has worked on a couple of my vehicles now and they continue to impress me. They work directly with my insurance company so my deductible portion is the only thing I have to worry about. They communicate well throughout the process so there are no surprises. And the quality of their work is outstanding. Everything always looks perfect when they are done. They are consistently kind, courteous, professional, and thorough. Professional friendly and clean environment. Had several minor issues with our Ford Explorer. We were given an estimate before work was done. Work was done within the estimate cost and completed in a timely manner. They even washed the car for us.

I've gone to Dacus multiple times now, and they always provide TOP NOTCH service! My door had been blown back so hard by the wind, that it was knocked off alignment. Dacus worked amazingly well with my insurance company so that I didn t have to worry about anything. They had great communication through email, which is the easiest way to me to communicate because of my job. The staff was always very professional and friendly. Our car was in an accident in McPherson and was not driveable home. Since we live about an hour away and needed help there, I called a friend who lives there and asked him where to go. Without hesitation he said go to Dacus. That tells me that Dacus has a good reputation in the community. Word of mouth carries a lot of weight. We could not be more pleased with our experience there. Every person we dealt with treated us like family. They worked with us to keep the cost down and called us multiple times to keep us updated as to how the repairs were progressing. 5-STAR EXPERIENCE!My wife and I are from Georgia, it s our first time in Kansas, and we literally had a tornado form beside us last night just outside of Strong City! Our RV/shuttle bus conversion came THIS CLOSE to taking flight! What a nightmare. #WelcomeToKansas lolNeedless to say, after all the wind and debris our bus was a MESS! Fleeing south to avoid another line of expected storms, we found Dacus this morning and their self-service car wash facilities are OUTSTANDING!They have multiple bays for cars and trucks and two bays for big RV s and semis. The facility is clean and EVERYTHING WORKS!! The change machine and the control panel were like new, and the spray wand and foaming brush worked perfectly! Endless, thick, foamy suds poured from the brush, just as it should. Amazing, considering how rare it is to find a fully functional self-service car wash these days.After the traumatic events the night before, it was a great blessing to find such outstanding customer service and hospitality! Thanks, y all!!

After my car was rear ended, Dacus Auto Body did an amazing job repairing a completely crushed rear bumper and wheel well. I can t even tell there was a collision anymore!Some people might downvote them on the amount of time it took, however the current shipping situation means that replacement parts will take longer than usual to arrive. This is something that Dacus has no control over.What Dacus CAN control is the following:- Everyone I dealt with provided amazing customer service.- Once replacement parts arrived, repairs were completed promptly.- The repair work was pristine.Thanks to all of you at Dacus Auto Body for taking great care of me and my car! Best body shop in town!! They do amazing work!! They've done work for us a couple different times, and I can't ever complain!! My truck was fixed like new and spotless when I got it back, they were even done with it 3 days before they originally told me. Highly recommended Dacus for any body work your needing done!! The Staff is so friendly!!
