The owner was friendly, helpful, and knew what he was talking about. Only concern was communication was a bit difficult. He never called to let me know the car was done. I called the afternoon before the day he was expecting to be done; I had to leave a voicemail and he called back the next morning and said "oh I thought I'd already called you." Then he kindly agreed to meet me outside of business hours, Saturday morning, but forgot. After waiting 20 minutes I was literally driving away and he pulled up and apologized for forgetting.Service: Engine repair

Repairs are done well, one of the cheapest mechanics around the area but also one of the most skilled. They will let you supply your own parts. No upselling, honest. Bill doesn't answer phone calls or return messages. He will also lie to you if he doesn't want to work on your vehicle.He's a good mechanic, but he was unprofessional in my dealings with him.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
