If there was 10 stars I would. Let me tell you!!! These two people helped me more than anything right now. I am homeless and had $22 dollars to my name. I came in for a battery replacement, and the warranty expired June 21!!! These amazing people paid what was left for me to get a new battery!!! I fully intend to reimburse them against their wishes, but not the point. These two are amazing. Thank you so much, Jackie and Greg!! Greg also went above and beyond on trying to help me make it back home. Turns out it's still the alternator, that I replaced the day before. Love these people for real!!

I want to share how amazing the staff is at McPherson's AutoZone. I was helping a family get a new battery, Greg Rivera and his staff were able to help match what we had raised and help get the family going again. A huge shout out and Thank you to McPherson's AutoZone for all your generosity and great customer service today.

My wife bought a new brake light bulb from AutoZone on a Sunday. Neither of us could figure out how to install it. That Thursday, I came to AutoZone and asked if I could pay to have someone there install it. An extremely helpful employee came out to my car and installed it. When I asked how much I owed him, he said I didn't owe him anything. This is outstanding service, going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks so much to AutoZone!

I went in to the store in the morning to buy a new battery. I purchased one my old battery tested and was bad. They looked up on the computer if they could install and said no it takes too long.......I actually ended up getting a refund to wear my old battery completely out and I did. I was back at the same store at 8pm repurchased the battery. Cameron had my battery out and replaced in 25 minutes. Exceptional customer service is a understatement. I wish I could give this 6 stars. Thank you Cameron I appreciate it.

Had our water pump on our 2015 ford f-150 give out on us on the highway we were able to get over to AutoZone were we had a very good experience with Cameron Carty he was very professional was able to look up the parts i needed right away, assisted to help me get tools gather to do the job which we have never had this type of help before, he went out of his way when i could see he was busy to make sure we had everything we needed to get the job done took me a hour and half to get back on the road and he made sure everything was okay, i definitely recommend this store due to his professional service.

I applied at this store for partime and was told mac 12 and hour with full time position.The add said partime was 20-26k a year but max pay full time is 12 an hourWith over 30 years expeience 12???an hour seriously.I see why young folks here leave kansas. Im retired Army dont care about money but thats sick low.. looking for slave labor..

I know this is a very late post but kindness cannot be forgotten. Back in March 2015, I was stranded at the I-135 rest area because my car's fuel pump died. I had no food with me and no service on my phone. There was a traveler who was kind enough to give me a ride to the town. The employees at that time was extremely helpul getting my car back on the road when I'm trying to get to Houston. One guy, I wish I can remember his name, even helped me getting the fuel pump connection fixed.

Very nice staff.. We brokedown at the fuel center across the highway. Needed a new fuel pump. Called the store and confirmed they had the correct part. The guy working said they were not busy and he would bring the new fuel pump and some tools to replace it over to our location. Thanks to their great employee we we're back on the road in no time. Thank You

A big thank you going out to Ed B. in McPherson. I was traveling and didn't know until I got to McPherson that my headlight was out. After a bit of a false start due to a packaging issue with the head lamp, Ed endured freezing temperatures for almost an hour to install my lights. I ended up replacing both after we realized the bright lamp was soon to go out as well. This was after Ed had been helping another customer outside. My lights aren't the easiest to install but Ed was a trooper. He remained calm when some may have shown irritation. I cannot thank Ed enough. His type of service is what brings me to AutoZone. I went clear across town to get there and will every time needed.

Jarrod was fantastic!!!! Sergio was very helpful and hilarious... glad he came up with a solution that didnt give him a headache!!!! Definitely will go back as long as we are in town or traveling thru with our Detroit diesel ....

Matt Nutting is amazing! The AC in our vehicle needed to be recharged; not only did he help us find the right product, he showed us how to recharge the coolant, and explained to us what to do if we needed to do it again on our journey. Highly recommend!

I bought new headlamps here, but I had no idea what I was doing when I came in. I'm not a car person. The guy who helped me was very very helpful both in telling me all about what my choices were, and he even stepped outside in the cold weather to help change the headlights! I will definitely come back here for any auto supplies I need!

Did a great job replacing my battery in the pouring rain and were friendly and helpful about it! Shout out to Sergio for replacing a battery that was particularly tedious due to a whole electrical distribution plate on top of the battery (Chevy - what were you thinking?)

Employees are always polite and very quick to assist you with what you're looking for. They also are very good at extrapolating what you're trying to ask for even though the terminology is usually butchered completely by people like me who pay someone to do the repairs most of the time.

Very professional, knowledgable and amazing customer service!! After driving several hours, we had car trouble and the employee, Ed helped get us fixed up and back on the road. After 5 on a saturday, and this man was so kind to help us out!!

Amazing service! Called Derrick from the road saying our check engine light was on. He said bring it in for a FREE diagnostic. He was literally waiting for us at the door. So sweet. Helped us above and beyond service. We needed a spark plug change and we were out the door. Derrick was a pleasure to work with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cars. Would drive here from Wichita or Salina just because of service alone! Thank you Derrick!Edit: I forgot to mention this was all in the cold weather that he helped us!

The employee are really rude there. I understand the covid is going on, but that doesn't give people a reason to almost yell at the customers. Just because they don't make themselves clear as to their instructions. I wont be going back.

My granddaughter goes to college in McPherson. I stopped in to visit her along with my mother. While chatting my granddaughter informed me that she had been pulled over due to no tail light on right side of her Chevy Cobalt. Autozone automatically came to mind . Ed the employee promptly looked up the proper bulbs and did not hesitate to remove and replace the bad bulb which was done with care and speed. Highly recommended autozone great staff.

Spose they got what ya need. Last time i went there. I solely went there to score some help installing my mirror w adhesive. Not great w my hands. Usually Autozone has always helped me installed the part that i purchase there. So off to O o O O'Reilly's Auto Parts for me in the future

I was in a real crunch for time to get my car fixed. I called everywhere else but this store was the only place that could get my part in time. Next day when i called they had no record of anything being ordered. Told me it was some dumbass new guy that i talked to. Total piss poor service. I am totally disgusted with this and will not go thru any autozone again unless absolutely necessary. Definitely not the McPherson store.
