To sum up I was overcharged, poor quality of work, and negligent.Let me explain why.I took my car to them due to it dying when I put it into gear and turn the wheel. They had it from June 30th-july 10th. I had to call them myself twice to get an update. No attempt to even call me. I called them the 6th and the guy said that he cleaned the battery cables and throttle body but hasn't started it yet and asked me to remind him what is going on. I told him thinking it is odd he doesn't remember and went straight to cleaning instead of turning it on. He then says he will start it up and see whats going on and call me back. Didn't get a call so I called him again the 10th to get an update he says to me that he drove it around the block a couple times and seems to be fine now. I made sure to ask if he did anything else to it other then the battery cables and throttle body cleaning he said no. So I went to pick it up and got charged $168. When I got home I popped the hood and those battery cables did not look clean to me and my mom said they where worse underneath(I couldn't see myself due to being 8 months pregnant). I went back after calling multiple times to get some of my money back cause I definitely got over charged and all he could do for me is give me a free oil change when I need another. But if he can't even properly clean battery cables why would I have him change my oil. Well yesterday my car once again died when I put it into gear and turned the wheel hasn't even been a month. I am definitely not happy with them and do not recommend going to them for anything.

The didn't send in sales tax information correctly. Had to bug them about it. They also didn't fill out the title transfer correctly, now we have to send them an affidavit of Correction. Also, we bought the van knowing it had 2 minor problems and were okay with that, but then there turned out to be like 7 problems, not 2.

Called about a car to see if it was still available. Explained that I'd be coming from fort riley and asked if it was okay to bring my kids. (1&2) Dave was very nice about it. When we got there he had the car ready for me to check out. Even asked to help me put the car seats in. Once the kids were in, he handed me the keys and allowed me to take it on the road alone. There was no pressure in buying it nor did I feel I couldn't check anything out because someone else was in the car. He told me the best route to take and I took it out. We talked about price, I told him what my max was and he went above and beyond to get the price lower. I had been looking for a jeep for a long time and I'm glad I made the drive out there. The car was very clean and works as expected. I would do business here again. Thank you.

I was passing through Kansas while returning to Illinois from Colorado. My vehicle started acting up on the way into Marysville and I barely made it to a motel, which just happened to be right across the street from Pony Express Auto. I had to stay a couple of days before they opened on Monday because basically, everything shuts down there on weekends. I called them on Monday morning to see about getting it repaired. they said they were swamped (and they were) but they'd see if they could work me in. They called me at about 9:30 to bring my vehicle over and had it repaired by 1:30. They were very friendly and I feel like I got good value on the repair, especially considering the situation. I think that, if a business treats you well when they KNOW you will never be back, they are probably a pretty good business. Thanks for taking care of me guys!

Greg is awesome! He came to jumpstart my car for me on the snowy and cold day. Next day same problem so he once again came to get my car and was able to replace the battery for me in the same afternoon! He went out of his way to help me. Thank you!!

Extremely fair pricing and just great people to deal with. They have always went above and beyond on the service they have done for me. Highly recommend if you love your ride!
