A person at the counter was very knowledgeable Auto parts looked up my part and it took not even 10 seconds and I had the part right there on the counter for purchase

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to order my parts but they came in fast and gave me call to let me know they were in. Great place to go and are open late!

Worst customer service ever. Called looking for a part and "Jeremiah" stated "I would need to cross reference and I don't have time for you" and hung up the phone. So if you're looking for any assistance, I suggest you go straight yo Autozone where they appreciate their customers.

The crew are getting more knowledgeable as time goes by. I have always hot goof info about my own vehicle when going here. Pricing is ok. Buy could be better. However I'm glad they joined our community!

I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. They always gives us the wrong part. Derek is very unprofessional and has no idea what he is doing.

I think the prices are a little high here O'Reilly's. But the customer service is really good.
