Bought what I thought was a great deal of a car! Drove two hours to get it. Two months later we found out that they sold us the car with all four cracked wheels. Which turned into two tires popping.(how we found out all wheels are cracked). Had to replace all new wheels and tires. Also said that it was new under the hood, had to replace over 1300 dollars of parts to run safely. AC had broke twice. Nice guys, and I know they are a growing business. But sucks we had to go through it!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Crownover's and had some MAJOR issues with the vehicle after only 10 days. We had our entire family, 6 total, about 1.5 hours away from Marysville headed to an appointment, when the head gasket blew. I called Ethan and told him what happened but he was working a different job at the time and called Andrew. Andrew dropped what he was doing and got a large van and drove over to get us on a Saturday! On a SATURDAY!Ethan and Andrew took GREAT care of us through-out the processes of getting the vehicle fixed while allowing us to borrow a different vehicle to use while ours was being fixed! These two boys have stayed busy and bent over backwards to help us. If they treated us with this much respect and patience through a highly stressful situation, I can only imagine how well they take care or the others who don't have issues. I wonder how many other dealers would have done such a thing?!As they have said previously, they have moved a LOT of cars this past year and sometimes a bad one will slip through. When it did, they took care of us the best they could and didn't complain once about it! When we need another vehicle, we will most defiantly be coming back to see them!

These guys a are great. Sent them on a wild goose chase with some fairly strict vehicle criteria and the searched for nearly a month straight and found me what I was looking for at a great price.

These young gentlemen are so respectful and go out of their way to make sure you're getting what you want for great prices. You'd be hard pressed to find a harder working group of people. I will always head to them when I'm needing a vehicle. They sold me my Minnion Machine and I love it!!!

Flaked out repeatedly. Didn t keep appointments then when I called to check what happened gave lame excuses - well they weren t expecting to be so busy. I kept asking for honest answer so I could take my car elsewhere and after months of getting the run around i finally did. My opinion they aren t trustworthy.

Locally owned by two younger gentleman who are friendly understanding cooperative they have a variety of cheaper vehicles to more expensive vehicles they work with you to give you top dollar of your trade in! They work hard honest and caring to give you the best experience while keeping it local!

Awesome guy's and staff helped send my wife and I to the right place to be able to get a loan for a vehicle all went down smoothly in less then 48hrs and with being new to town thats big help thanks again guys

They have kept me up to date on what work is going on with my four wheeler and unlike a lot of other shops they went and found the cheaper route to get my four wheeler fixed instead of gouging me for money
