Great customer experience; it's refreshing in this day and age to find a business and business owner with this much integrity and a real desire to take care of the customer; not just to make a quick buck.The quality and service are outstanding. There is a long list of reasons that they are so busy, but you should really see for yourself. If you need body work; this is the place to go if you want things done right, the first time.

I recommend Bruce's Body Shop, slid off a icy driveway and got my left steer tire stuck in mud, I didn't get the guy that came name, but he was friendly and helpful and didn't charge too much, thanks again.

Amazing!! My mom was visiting from out of town when her car stalled out. Called State Farm and AAA and even the Chevy dealer and no one could be there to help for at least an hour and a half. But Bruce came thru...we called him and he was with us within 2 minutes. He was also covered by my AAA. He had helped me in the past tow my car 150miles ..accepted payment upon arrival instead of beforehand. Bruce gets an A+ in my book. I'll call him again. Thanks Bruce!!

So it has been over a year ago, but I ran into that stupid new school crossing light by the city park....and it absolutely blew my tire right out! I do not live here so I was unaware that it existed....anyway...was a Sunday and I absolutely could not get anyone...I tried my cell phone insurance co....too far from anyplace, tried my auto insurance....too far as well. Tried a few places in Marysville, no luck. So I looked at the Marysville Advocate that I had purchased and found this tiny ad for "Bruce's". This man was so kind and got my teeny donut tire put on and assured me it would get me home...to No. Platte, Ne. He did not want anything either...and I so appreciate he helped me. Made it home safely. Glad to post this. Good man!

This place did exactly what they said in less time than was estimated. They handled everything with the insurance company. The quality of their work is beyond anything I expected. Can't tell the car was ever even scratched. Bruce's 10 deer 0!!

I m an out-of-towner: a young 23 year old woman traveling alone. I called on a Sunday for wrecker services as I d gotten my car stuck in mud. I called and was eventually put in contact with Chad who was on call at that time. Chad was professional, kind, and very helpful. Not only did he get my car unstuck quickly, he never made me feel unsafe on a muddy backroad. He made sure I had bug spray to defend against pesky mosquitos and told me how to get my insurance company to refund me for his services. Overall, very impressed and glad I crossed paths with Chad on my little adventure!

Excellent customer service, picked up vehicles from work place, they do first rate work, and Jim Keller knows how to take care of his customers. His employees are all friendly and represent the business in a professional manner.

Wow!! Couldn't have gotten someone better to help me. I was stranded far from home and they came out, and took care of my car. They went above and beyond! I seldom write reviews but when I receive exceptional service and work like I did at Bruce's Body Shop, then I bother to go out of my way to comment. Unfortunately, the tailgate on my 2017 Ford F-150 got accidentally scratched when the garage door descended unexpectedly. I talked to Jim Keller about repainting it and getting it back to look like new. BOY, did they ever!! It came out PERFECTLY!!! They did a superb job of matching the paint and blending it in so you couldn't tell it was repainted or where the new paint started and original paint began. I have a very critical eye and expected it would look okay, but didn't expect it to look gorgeous. I was totally impressed and more than very pleased. You could not tell it has been repainted from any angle of under any different light source. Believe me, they did a superbly professional job on this repair. They deserve the 5-star plus rating. I highly recommend their shop! They were professional, timely, and cost-competive. Many thanks to them for a job well done!!! I've shown before and after pictures to several of my friends and relatives; and they, too, couldn't believe how nicely it turned out. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to them for repair. After all, I Iive 120 miles away from their shop, and their work is well worth the drive. This is the second time I've needed their services, and both times I was thoroughly impressed. Somehow made totaling my car (deer) on a road trip a nice experience. Was on the scene in no time and looked out for my family while we waited for our ride. Went above and beyond through the whole process. Thank you guys!

Hey are awful busy there but they are worth the wait along if you want your auto to look better then new Bruce's is the place with a little patience comes pheonimal outcome this place is will with the wait
