I mean, it's Walmart, a little bit pricey, maybe, for being a little bit low quality.Also I had to wait there without even being in a line for like 10 minutes, while one of the workers from the auto center was just messing around the desk. And I understand that, being in customer service myself, he was probably already doing something. But he didn't check in wl. me, or even say 'hi' or look at me, and I'm pretty sure he knew I was right there. Again, it's Walmart. The guy who actually helped me though had great hospitality, and found ways to make a connection - Thanks!

Brought my car here for an oil change because I was in a pinch and didn't have access to my tools. I have done all previous maintenance on this car myself and have a lot of experience working in multiple auto/motorcycle shops so I do things the correct way. I recently went to change my oil and found that last time it was done, which was at this Walmart location, the drain plug was so overtightened that they rounded the drain bolt and slightly dented my oil pan. The oil filter is also extremely overtightened. This is basic stuff and they clearly weren't intelligent enough to do a simple job properly. Mistakes like this are grounds for termination at quality auto shops. These mistakes indicate either extreme negligence or ignorance, both of which have no place in the automotive industry. I sincerely wish them nothing but the worst. As many other reviews have said, do not bring your car here! Walmart needs to terminate them and start fresh with people who actually know what they're doing. Mistakes like this are unexcusable.

The Manhattan Walmart auto center is the worst auto care center I have gotten service. I went there yesterday to do tire balance. They broke my wheel lug nut and didn t say anything to me when I picked up. I noticed that because I found my steering wheel can t keep straight. I have to turn left a little to keep my car straight. When I went back, they told me they didn t do anything after they broke my wheel lug nut and they do not have responsibility for the broken because the lug nut was locked and the broken was from the last people who put it on. I can understand the nut broken. Man, how my steering wheel can t keep straight if you did not do anything???? I have to spend 2 more days to fix the problem: replace nut and tire alignment. The feeling is so bad and will not be there anymore.

3 damn hours for 4 tires and an oil change? I also had 4 tires reserved with an appointment, 2 hours into the appointment and they tell me they only have 3 ... and a more expensive one to round out the 4 .You should be closed down immediately for poor customer service and ignorance.If I could leave less than one star I would..

They got me in quickly with my flattening tire. I verified the road hazard coverage and left. When I returned 2 hours later, they informed me that a nail was to close to the sidewalk and the tire needed to be replaced. I asked why it had not been replaced over the last two hours. They had not even checked to see if they had a replacement. It was replaced quickly but I did receive a $13 charge for the replacement that had 5000 miles on it and then tax, and they charged me again for a $15 road hazard fee?? I didn't think that was correct?

If an auto center can t do basic things like replace a headlamp, I don t know that I trust them with tasks such as oil changes and tire replacement. I will never do business with this center again.

If you want to risk your life and possibly die. Go for it. I was in yesterday trying to get a couple new tires for my long drive home to be safe. And when I checked in the car. I was talked into buying a tire I didn't want for the sake of a free rotation with it.Well fast forward to picking up and paying. I get another associate who wouldn't even let me speak and just kept saying the same thing over and over again. Even though the girl who helped me was standing 10 feet away from her and completely ignoring me. Wouldn't even look our way. I finally caved, because I had a 6 hour drive. And the lady was so rude and unhelpful. Then to top it off. The two tires that were in the back that were just fine and now in the front ( rotation ) were so unbelievable flat that if I would have tried driving on the highway. I would have probably died. I'm not sure what their about there. But if you value your life. You won't get tires there.Service: Tires

I had my oil changed there & they didn't do it right & now my engine is locked & I need a whole new engine & they don't want to pay to fix it & after I notified them that all the oil just blew out under my car not even a week after they changed my oil the next day they had a employee drive all way to my house in Louisville to put a new oil filter & oil in my vehicle so that when the inspection was done it would look like they didn't do anything wrong but they did they messed up my vehicle they tampered with evidence I've lost 1 of my jobs & on the verge of losing my full time job & my place to live & not being able to make it to my doctors appointment therefore my health in jeopardy cuz I can't get my scripts I need the oil covered the undercarriage of my vehicle & went all the way up the back of my vehicle

The guys who work here are SUPER friendly and go above and beyond what you brought your car in for. I brought my car in for several things and was told it might take up to 2 hours. They were done in about 45 minutes. VERY happy with the service I received and will absolutely be coming back whenever I have car issues they can take care of.

The guy was super friendly and put air in my tires and made sure all the tires were at the right psi before I left. I was in a hurry for work and was in and out in plenty of time. Not many know they will put air in your tires with no charge and they are not annoyed when you request it. I was super happy to learn this.

Cars been inside jacked up for an HR just for 2 tires? Been watching the guy work and he's hands down the slowest I've ever seen. 2 tires should only be 30 mins, 40 min tops if the tire didn't want to break free maybe. . I think it's time for a random UA. Total time, 1hr 45 min when there was only 1 person in front of me.

Went to change a new battery and new tires. Amazing services! Got them done within 30 minutes. I did not even finish my shopping tour inside. $10 labor for installing a battery. Excellent deal and great services.

Never had a problem with them. Longest wait time was 2 and a half hours but then again it was an oil change and new tires. For everyone claiming they are slow because you came in on a Saturday or Sunday, that's your problem right there. Don't go to a service when they are bombarded on the weekends.

Service department opend at 7am. We arrived at 7:05 am 3rd vehicle in the parking lot 1st customer requesting to purchase "IN STOCK " tire . Were told that it could be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours until the service would be completed. At 12:00 pm we left! Never ever again! You win Walmart! You finally taught me a lesson

Very nice service and reasonably priced. Except they only change the motor oil and nothing else. No break fluid check , no transmission fluid check etc...

I came in to get an oil change and a tire fixed. They told me it would be an hour. An hour late they told me they couldn't do the oil change because something on my car was broken, not there fault but I am irritated that it took them an hour to figure that out. Now I've been sitting here for an additional 45 minutes waiting on the tire fix. I wasn't planning on wasting my entire morning sitting on a bench in the Walmart. I came early so that I would be able to get this done early. I'm thoroughly pissed.

Two hour wait on a Tuesday at 9 am. Then I get a call an hour and a half later saying they canceled it because I parked in the wrong place when no one told me where to park. Then they say I have to wait again when the mess up was not my fault. I had to leave by 1130 on a 300 mile trip and desperately needed it done so I had to figure out how to do it myself and risk messing up my car. It s also 10 degrees outside and snowing and I have no garage so one can see why I was hoping they d do it right. They were polite at least but that doesn t make up for them not being willing to fix their mistake and causing me a lot of time trouble and money accordingly.

Service lady was very disrespectful. She initially told me she couldn't change a burned out tail light because she would have to disassemble the cars trim. When I offered to show her how to do it in under 3 minutes, she said no, I am fine and stormed off without listening to my concerns.

Wasn't as horrible as some places, but a lot of room for improvement. Called ahead said only a waiting line of 2, get there it's 5. Figure ok it happens, go about my business waiting which the mechanic said it would be 2 hrs to do the actual work to get 4 tires changed which is exceedingly long. Our local tire shops in Marshal county can have it done in half or less time than that. I ended up waiting 5 hrs and they tried to keep my old tires when I specified before they ever took my keys that I wanted them for spares, I had to show them my receipt that there was no tire disposal fee in order to get my tires back.

They told me I needed a new starter after they ran my battery down by leaving a dome light on when I was getting new tires installed. Jumped it in the parking lot and was on my way. Other than that the guy was friendly and it was pretty fast.

About one out of three times I go nothing goes wrong and I am completely satisfied. Others can take some time to figure out. You need to be vigilant about their work. I have had anywhere to flat tires after I went to the wrong amount of oil put in the car. Minor and correctable things mainly. They are by far the cheepest which is why I keep going back.

One is beyond generous!!! Four people standing around a line of cars needing repairs or new tires, its shift change do we aren't taking any new tire tickets. Are you kidding me???? Tire repairs on a single tire take 15 to 30 minutes depending on the tech!!!

Why isn't zero stars an option? Dropped off my car yesterday at 11:30am for a standard oil change and was quoted 2.5-3 hours. After 5 hours I called the store and no one had record of my order even though I got a paper slip receipt. I freaked out asking if they still had my keys (thinking someone maybe stole my car?) and she had to put me on hold for several minutes to finally locate my keys. It was about 7pm before they finally got my car in. All that headache and I got a whopping 10% off...yay. The lady who took my keys and my order acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for needing an oil change...WAKE UP THAT IS YOUR JOB. Do yourself the BIGGEST favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

We got there at 6:47pm needing a tire mounted & balanced and we was told they wasn't taking anymore tickets today @ 6:50pm. The tire & lube shop hours say it open till 9:00pm. We asked to speak to the manager, and we was then told by the manager he was short handed and too busy to take anymore tickets because he has a set of 4 tires & 3 lube & oil changes to do with only him and 2 other technicians to do so. That's 3 Tech's with over 2 hours to 3 lube & oil changes & mount 4 new tires purchased from Walmart and the don't have enough time to do all that & mount & balance my tire. I threw enough of a fit he finally said he would try to fit it in. It cost me $28.43 to get 1 tire put on a rim without a tire on it, and an almost 2 & 1/2 (2.5 hours) wait for 1 mount & balance. This is outrageous Walmart is an evil corporation, and in my opinion criminals cuz that's as bad as being mugged, robbed.
