Amazing customer service and very honest people. I brought my car in to get my AC checked out. When I went to another business they quoted me 800+ stating I would HAVE to replace the entire ac hose line. When I took it to supreme Maria and her husband told me they'd take a look and call with an estimate turns out I only had one plug that needed replaced. They saved me over $600 dollars in repairs. They were extremely friendly and honest and I cannot recommend a place more than this one.Service: Air conditioning

John and his wife are really kind people. I took my car for servicing and John discovered something I needed to replace in my car, usually other mechanics would charge for diagnosis but John did not. It would be my go-to henceforth, their customer service is too notch

Prices are fair and reasonable for the area. Got my ac/ heater fixed and worked great for about a week but now the ac doesn't blow as hard. Will take it back for them to look at. Found a better place that actually fixed the problem. Wanted him to look over everything for a long trip and he didn't do anything and then said he couldn't check spark plugs because they break.....need a real mechanic in area

This is possibly the best mechanic I've ever visited. The owners and workers are very kind and take a lot of pride in the their work. The quality of work is very high, the job got done quickly at a fair cost.They went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family could safely return to the road after a break down.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure everyone knew this is a great place to have your car worked on in Manhattan. Honest, reliable, fair pricing and they will get you in quickly. I was in a jam and needed a water pump and they took my car in the next day after I called. Knowledgeable. Reliable. Practical. Honest.We have had several cars in the ten years since moving to Manhattan. John has always provided superb care at reasonable prices. He works hard to keep a car in reliable working condition and has never pushed unnecessary work. Everyone at Supreme is friendly and has gone the extra mile to be helpful. More than once they have stayed a few minutes late just so I can get my vehicle picked up at the end of the day. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I had a friend recommend their wonderful service and it was the most pleasant experience I ve had at a repair shop. I've brought multiple vehicles in multiple times over the last year. The last time, I took my car in to have the A/C repaired since it was blowing only hot air. They got it fixed for $550 and told me if I had any problems to let them know. 2 days later it stops blowing cold air. Due to my busy schedule I wasn't able to bring it in until a couple weeks later. I drop it off, it gets repaired and they tell me it's going to cost another $410. John claims that the issue does not have to do with what he fixed before and couldn't have been fixed or noticed when he was paid to fix the A/C the first time. So now I'm paying for labor twice on an issue that should have been fixed the first time. What are the odds that a separate issue would arise with the A/C 2 days after he fixed it? Astronomical I'd think. Rather than try to understand my problem with this they tell me that they don't work for free. I have lost all trust in supreme automotive. I feel betrayed and will be taking all of my vehicles to another shop from now on. Looking back, it does seem strange that I had to have my truck repaired so often after taking it to him the first time. 3 times in less than a year with 2 of those expensive repairs when I had needed only 3 repairs in the 5 years prior. Thought it was just bad luck, but maybe supreme automotive was my bad luck.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

John quoted me a price for a service, and finished the install quicker than anticipated so he charged me less than quoted. I have never had that happen before! He is an extremely nice man and everyone in the shop was pleasant to talk with. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it a hidden gem on the inside! I have found my new mechanic in Manhattan and have already referred 3 people in the last 24 hours.

John and his wife are the consummate professionals. John is soft spoken, but his skill is big! He is as honest a person, let alone as honest a mechanic as you'll find. He treats everyone with great respect and fairness. Some people are not ready for the kind of upfront and honest working with a mechanic and his shop. Observed some new clients who just don't understand John is gonna take care of you. Supreme Automotive is the best and I believe there are 2, maybe 3 other really good honest shops in Manhattan. Supreme Automotive is tops for price, plus service, plus skill.

We had a tire about to separate and the owner didn t hesitate to jump in and help us get the spare on even though it was a muddy, nasty wintery day! Very appreciative of his kind deed and willingness to help a stranger. He even offered his services for free! 100% recommend!

Honest, hardworking, dependable. It's a small shop, and he can be very busy, but the owner is extremely trustworthy. My vehicle had an issue with the head gasket and it turned into a need for a whole new engine, but the owner was extremely fair in the pricing and didn't charge me for trying to fix the head gasket after it became clear the problem was bigger. So I didn't have to pay for something that didn't get fixed. He worked very hard to get our vehicle ready for a family trip. I never thought replacing an engine would be a great experience, but it was.

John and Maria are the nicest people you could trust with your car. John took a look at my car and told me it was only a small issue and fixed it for me free of charge. Done in the same day and he was even willing to show me exactly what caused my problem. Will definitely be bringing back any car I have problems with.

John is one of the best mechanics around. On multiple occasions, I've taken my car to Midas or other mechanics and was told I needed to spend well over $500 on fixes that weren't necessary. I've never felt like John or anyone working there has ever tried to scam me or get me to pay more for something that isn't needed. I wouldn't trust my car with any other mechanic in town!

John and his crew have always done good work at fair prices on our cars. Everyone needs an honest mechanic like John. Never an unnecessary upcharge here, just great honest work on your vehicle you can depend on - and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you where to go!

Traveling from Arkansas to Colorado in my 96 Blazer. I was leaking fluid and pulled in to have it checked. The manager checked it out and realized nothing was wrong. He let me leave free of charge. I have brought my vehicle to Supreme two times since being in college. Both times the work has been finished quickly and the price (both times) was lower than any other place in Manhattan I could find. I recommend this place to everyone, especially college students.

Although the case is still in the process of appeal, my anger and painful experience make me feel it is necessary to warn all consumers, even if the family owned business has a good attitude when you go to them and I see many of admiration here. But be sure to collect good evidence in time, so that when there is a problem, you can protect yourself In addition, I would also remind John and Maria that first, the most important thing is honesty or dishonesty, rather than the quality of technology, or the price. Second, no matter what we do or say, others may not know, but God knows!

Bought a van from John. He stated it was in good working order. I got 260 miles out of van and it broke down. They repaired per John, with jb weld this time so i hope it holds. I got another 5 miles before repair failed. Now they say i need a new engine or head which is thousands of dollars. I gave him the opportunity to make it right, but they refused. Stay away from this place.

Efficient, honest, and reliable. John knows his cars and if he can't fix it he will refer you. If the repair is more expensive than your car, he'll tell you. Can't say enough good things about Supreme Automotive.

Awesome. We were on our way home from CO, been driving 8 hours through the night, 3 kids under 4. Idler pulley went bad. They got us in immediately and with in under an hour and only $75 later we were on the road. Thank you!!!

When the AC Compressor failed on my 2004 Saturn Vue, the price Supreme Auto quoted me was almost half the price of Bud's Automotive's quote. I had John do the work and one year later the compressor went out again. Once again I had Supreme Auto replace the compressor and once again it lasted just over a year before it failed.I purchased all new AC components myself this time (compressor, condenser, expansion valve, accumulator), and did the work myself. When I removed the accumulator I found it was the original part and had never been replaced (the manual says to replace it any time the compressor is replaced). John's failure to install a $30 part cost me over $1,300 in compressors.When I calmly called John to talk about it, he stated "compressors fail all the time" and hung up on me. Until recently I had a high regard for this shop, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere.

Very friendly, odd waiting room where they were not able to hear me come in and so I waited a long time. They were eager to check out my car right away each time I came in, but they were unable to figure out the problem each time.
