I took my truck to Donny 6 years ago and he took good care of me i gave him money upfront for parts got it back in less than 48 hrs I had him do a diagnostic test on my wife s mini van before we took to Texas thank goodness I did cause in would ve broke down He has saved me a many times I pay him every time and I dont make him wait on his money so he makes sure he gets my work done quickly especially for being a solo guy doing most of the work while make the quick cash to keep the doors open

Never visit this place! Very rude and unprofessional. The guy there treats you as if he is doing some mercy to you. First I went there to diagnose check engine and for AC repair. The old guy inspected the car superficially for 10-15 minutes but couldn t find anything. Then he started saying that he makes money through racing cars and not by repairing such street cars and told me to come next week at the same time. I went there in time given by him but he told that he was not yet done with two cars that he was supposed to complete weeks ago. He also did not have the computer and suggested me to come 2 or 3 days later. I contacted him after 2 days to let him know that I was planning to go there again that day but he never replied. Very disappointing!Reply to the question: I did appear in time there around 9 am. What do you mean by 3 hours late? I still have that text sent to that person, it is in my cell phone! I also had my seat belt replaced there 2 years ago. Now, another auto repair center in the town has figured out that there is short circuit related to seat belt in my car. Why did SSR tell me nothing about that 2 years ago??

I took my Honda to him and he had it for 5 months. He had to rebuild motor and kept coming up with excuses as to why it wasn t done yet such as I have to get this truck done first and then I have to get this one car done or they sent the wrong size and wrong part. I don t see how people send the wrong size and the wrong part for 5 months in a row. I have a WHOLE bunch of other stuff that was NOT done to Honda that he said was done to it, therefore I have had to do some work myself. Not to mention he tried charging me full price as well. Feel free to email me in regards to the Honda. I ll feel free to share! Definetely one star rating.

I ve had good experiences here before but overall it seems like shotty work, recently my truck stopped running (after a week of coming out of this shop) so we set a date for him to come get it. He shows up with a tiny trailer knowing my truck is pretty big. Looks at it for a while and decided he needed to come back the following day, fine. So I call the next day and he says he can t make it he is trying to sell one of his cars, okay he was gonna make more money off that than my job, understandable. The next day I call him and he says I m on my way in an hour. Hang up and never hear from him again, even ignored the fact that I called back later

He had my truck for a total of almost four months for what he told me he could do in two weeks. Then I found out he never replaced all the seals like he was supposed to along with a lot of other questionable things. Well after overcharging me he said he would have my money back to me, well three months later and nothing. Also, the truck doesn't run currently so have to pay another shop to fix his mistakes.

They are a one off and do jobs alot of others won't do. I have have great experience with them working on my racecars. And most recently due to shoulder injury they changed my plugs and wires on my truck.
