This is the second time I ve used RC Auto and could not be more pleased! They were kind and personable at drop off, we were given a rough estimate for when the work would be done (it was on time with that estimate!), and the quality is fantastic. What started as a real bummer situation ended with us feeling great and back on the road as quick as possible. Would strongly recommend using them for your auto body needs and should we need body work again, RC Auto will be our first choice.

I had to write a review right away because of how excellent the service was.I brought my 2013 Avalanche with a significantly damage bumper/grill, and RC Auto Body fixed it for a very reasonable price with a very quick turn around time. Getting quote was also an easy and stress-free process. My truck looks brand new. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks again!

RC Auto Body takes care of their customers, treats their customers well, and they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. First of all, everyone you talk to is very friendly and you can tell that each person is willing to help and do their best. Secondly, my car has a unique paint color (in certain light it looks blue, other light it is green). They replaced my driver side door, and matched the color perfectly. Top notch work! I had a slight issue where a sensor on my car thought that the car door was open and the transmission threw an error that the transmission was not in park while I was driving. They brought it to Ford at their expense, Ford reprogrammed the transmission and fixed the issue....again not at my expense like anyone else would have done..... Stopped by to see if they replace windshields. Answer yes. Russ said he would check with his windshield supplier and let me know price. Didn't call me. No call had to call to see if he had answer. Gave me the price and said he could do it the next day. I explained I would need ride home as I am a widow so don't have someone to help me drop car off. Russ said he could work with that and would get back with me on a time the windshield would be delivered so I could bring vehicle in close to that time. No call. Waited to hear the next day until after noon. Called Russ was at lunch and the employee took my number to have Russ call me. No call. Called again after 4:00 Russ ask if it could be done the next day. Ask me to just drop it off again I explained my situation. He seemed irritated with me. I told him do you just not want my business? After a pause he said yes he didn't want my business. Now after 3 days I have to find someone else. Interstate glass company in Manhattan set me up an appointment for early the next day no problems with them. Will not recommend RC

Russ and his team did an awesome job! I took my GMC Sierra Denali to them for a new front bumper. I have a keen eye for detail, so naturally worried I would be able to notice a difference in paint color or anything for that matter. Let me tell you I tried for days to notice any difference and I can t! Just for a cherry on top they even washed it before I picked it up.Thanks again for your professional work and next level customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just drop my truck off and let me tell you my customer service experience since I have been in Kansas has been trash but at RC s it was a breath of fresh air. They really care about you and your business. Their turn around time is amazing I was prepared to not have my truck for two weeks to a month but they told me a week max. 10/10 will recommend this place in the future to friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came in with a 2016 VW Jetta with some pretty heavy damage to my rear driver door and quarter panel. They told me exactly what they were going to do, and how. All I had to do was come it, drop off my car and keys, and then come back once it was done.They do great work.

RC Auto Body had to put up with my out of country insurance being incredibly frustrating, but did it all really well and I m really grateful for their assistance! They had any opportunity to turn me away because of the hassle and didn t. Russ was super amazing to talk to, and even buffed out some scratches that were old but I didn t notice until after my service, on the house. If you need work done, go here!! Highly recommend.

We were recommended RC Auto by or Insurance agency. Our communication with them was awesome. They explained how long the parts would take to get there and how long the work would take and the they came with their promise on both. The customer service was great and when we received our vehicle back it looked like new and we didn t have to have them look at it again. They actually went above and beyond and did an extra step which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

I can not tell you how happy I am with the work that this shop did to my car. After dealing with another shop that could not replace my rear quarter panel RC Auto stepped right in and had my car repaired in no time. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you guys again for everything!

Wow. I am so glad my insurance company sent me to RC Auto. They were professional, friendly, and most importantly did a fantastic job. Besides the repairs they did, my car was washed and also cleaned. I highly recommend their services. If I ever need to use their services again, I will have no qualms in putting my vehicle in their hands. Thank you RC Auto and crew.

I cannot say enough good about RC Auto. It already was my go-to body shop in Manhattan, but this last time was maybe the most memorable. Long story short, Russ made a mistake and ended up eating it at substantial cost to him/ the business. The way he explained why he would do that and how he runs his business was pure gold. A five star review is the least I can do!Oh and the actual body work was top-notch. Probably ought to mention that too.

Best service in town. Courteous, communicative, and efficient. Russ even touched up a scratch for me (for free), on top of everything else my insurance covered. RC Auto Body will forever be my first choice should I ever need body work again.

Wonderful service. I dropped my Cadillac XTS of on a Sunday and put the keys in the key drop which was easy to find. Called on Monday morning to verify they had received my keys and car. Friendly staff answered all my questions and had my Cadillac back to me earlier then what was expected. The paint was amazing. Body lines were spot on . No problems or redo work. I would like to mention absolutely no overspray any ware and the interior of the car remanded spotless. My Fusion was hit in the passenger front end and damaged both fenders, hood, and bumper among other front end components. Body work turned out fantastic and paint looks incredible. I highly recommend this body shop for all collision repairs. Owner is absolutely incredible and workers are extremely professional. Made this an easy problem to deal with. Took my vehicle in because someone did a hit and run, the gentleman who helped me was very nice and honest (which is a huge plus for me!) Come to find out the damage was next to nothing, he did help me out by cleaning my headlight housings for me! Very grateful and will return here if I ever need body work done!!!! Highly recommend RC auto body!!!!

This company has exceptional customer service! I called with a special request and they were so happy to help me out. They went out of their way to help me when I dropped off the car and did it with a smile on their face. They spoke to me with respect and kindness, which I can't say about some businesses today. I would take my business here again!

I would recommend RC Auto Body to all my friends and family. 10/10. Very friendly, very professional. I had to leave on deployment (U.S. Army) shortly after my vehicle was damaged. RC Auto was able take care of my vehicle in my absence and even fixed issues that my vehicle didn t go into the shop for. Very trustworthy company that I will continue to do business with

I brought my truck in after a recent fender bender from the snow. The guys quickly assessed my situation, came up with a solution and gave me a quote. The work was completed in a very timely manner and done very professionally. I would highly recommend RC Auto Body to any of my friends and family.

I'm a perfectionist, and RC Auto Body has completed a perfect repair on a dented fender on my 2015 truck. The damage was caused by another person and their insurance, Geico, recommended RC. I was impressed by their knowledge, cordiality, and willingness to work hard to make the repair perfect. The paint match and blending is flawless, and there is no hint of any of the previous dent. And everything they had to remove to fix the fender, they re-installed perfectly. They got my truck in promptly and finished the work when promised. Russ was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I priced three body shops in town before choosing RC.Even though the other person's insurance paid for the work, it was interesting to see that RC's prices were about 25% lower than the other two shops. I was a little nervous beforehand when I saw some negative reviews on Google, but I have absolutely no hesitation in saying that I will go back to RC.

We called yesterday to set up a time to get an estimate done for an insurance claim. We took the vehicle in today, and the owner told us he didn't have time anymore and we should come back. We told him this was the time we agreed on. Owner has poor customer service, using foul language with customers, and slamming doors. Not the kind of establishment we want to do business with, nor anyone would want to for that matter. If he doesn't have time for new customers, then he shouldn't make appointments with them in the first place.

We took our vehicle to RC Auto Body for hail damage and to fix a door from a basketball goal hitting it. The owner is excellent to work with, worked on our vehicle in a timely manner and kept us up to date. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic and I barely used their services!I was there to meet with Progressive and I had a headlight problem, so I asked them about it. They aligned my headlights, politely told me what I did wrong (as the original installer) and found the little cover that I had not quite got on correctly!This place totally rocks!

Russ and all the guys at work at RC Auto body have to be the best place I've ever used for body repair. I have taken my cars, a 2011 camaro, 06 Mazda 6, and two VW beetles and the damage has been from hail level to almost totalled. They haven't repaired one that I wasn't happy with.Russ is an upstanding business owner and operator and I completely trust him and the shop that when my car is finished, its done right. An example is after ordering a part for my beetle, and it kept showing up broken, Russ went straight to Volkswagen themselves to get a better part, and has used strictly oem no matter what. As a car lover that means the world to me.Give them a call, stop by, you will not be unhappy, Russ wouldn't have it. Lol they have a good reputation and stay busy but an extra day is well well worth it!
