I had a nice big touchscreen head unit installed in my 2008 Sequoia. My car had a pretty complicated sound system that s why I bought it to a professional for an install. Work was done in a timely manor, and he even made some adjustments I requested after the initial install. Very pleased with my service, professional communication and friendly.

They're running an interlock racket you can have it done 100$ cheaper in Junction City and the monthly check ins are half the price. They will try to convince you otherwise. Ignore them and save your money.

Was hesitant to call because of the behavior -based reviews on customer service/professionalism. I called anyway asking a few questions until the person on the other end came off very condescending, short and disinterested after only about fifteen seconds of talking. Can only imagine the experience of something went wrong and I already paid them money. Going to stay with my instincts and avoid. The complaints are just too consistent and specific with this place about their communications and behavior.

They did an amazing job on the tint for my can and installing the DVD player. They showed me how everything worked and Billy is a pleasure to work with! Great financing options too!

These guys did a great job for me. We talked about what kind of sound I was looking and they nailed it. Great installation and great sound. They went over everything with me before I left. This was a year ago and it still works and sounds brand new. I will be bringing my other vehicle here very soon.

Used them to tint the windows on my car when I was stationed in Kansas. First, the tinting was done poorly with multiple bubbles. Second, they left a huge water stain on my backseat. Overall I would go with someone else. When you go to a Pro, you expect Pro results, the result I got was more akin to a DIYer.

**DISCLAIMER**This review is for those of you who either: don't have a whole lot of experience when it comes to installing a sound system in your vehicle on your own, don't have enough time to learn how to do it yourself, or maybe you just know how to do it, but you don't have the time to (don't worry, I fell into each of those categories)! Anyway, if this is you (or even if it isn't) then keep reading this review! It'll be worth your time!I'll be honest! If you're anything like me prior to reading this review, then there's one important thing you value: money. I'm a college student, so I don't like to spend money on extra items if I don't have to. But when I was on my way home from class, my radio head unit when out. I needed to get it replaced, but I really didn't have the time or the knowledge to do it myself. By now you're probably thinking, "why - if I want to save as much money as I can - would I want to pay someone to install a radio when I could just learn it myself via a YouTube video, and then save myself the cost of labor?" I'll tell you why! Because the guys here at Performance Audio are real professionals when it comes to your car audio. I honestly thought about fighting through the frustration by just buying the parts myself and then figuring it out on my own in order to save a couple bucks, but with my current class schedule and life in general, I was willing to spend a little extra money in order to avoid more stress. To make things simple, here's what you need to know: these guys are professionals! They got the job done efficiently and effectively on the installation and they really went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience! I'm so pleased with my purchase! My car sounds better than ever before, and if I ever have any future audio needs, you can guarantee I'll be coming back to Performance Audio! Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Have spent over $3000 here.. The customer service is as good as a car salesman and the quality of the work was good. Had them install a JL W7 13 with a JL 1200HD amp 2 years ago in a ported custom box that looked good and you couldn't get the the sub or the amp. It blew once in 6 months which was covered under JLs warranty but blew again about a year ago but I work out of state and have been gone without the car or sub since when it started to go out and since I knew I was leaving for work didn't have time to go get it checked out until yesterday. When I went in they told me the guarantee it wasn't hooked up incorrectly without even looking and the person who hooked it up no longer works there. I had them humor me and test is which the reluctantly did (kind of) it was at 63.5 volts and should be 60.. (the remote gain which they hooked up was turned almost al the way down). I had to remove the back cover of the box to even get to the wires which I did there so they could see it wasn't removed. I tested it with the remote gain turned up and tested it again and it was 106.5. volts. They claim to know audio but with the max should be the max of the safe range of the amp, and when I was there they were more concerned about selling a used JLw7 12 for the same price as it would cost to get the JLw13 fix which JL now replaces the sub with a brand new sub so basically tried to make money to give me a worse sub for the same price it would cost me to replace the better one.. (There is more but wouldn't recommend them to hook up a system correctly and after the purchase is complete the service is gone.)

Awful service. Blatant ripoff. The guy who runs the place up charges for anything much worse than best buy. I priced out a new head unit and labor. He told me $1100 for a simple job the Film At Eleven did for $250.

If you're looking to have your house or car windows tinted, look no further. Randy and JP are the last of a dying breed of good, hard working and thorough workers. Would recommend any of their services. They ROCK!!!! Thank you, Mark and Rita

I went in to get new subs for my car and they hooked me up and installed it in under 2 hours! it looks great and sounds even better!highly recommended!

Worked with Ian on getting a GPS Immobilizer removed from our 2001 Pontiac. Price was excellent (less than 1/5 what the GM dealer quoted us) and Ian was very quick.

A bit pricy, but installations are warrantied for the life of the vehicle. Also, I mean it is a quality install. Can't see any wiring.

This place is a huge rip off. Prices are crazy, I bought a subwoofer box here for $350 and then I realized it was $100 online and at best buy
