Buying my car from Kia of Manhattan was a lovely experience! As an out of state buyer, they made me feel like I was there in person. Thomas and Isaac sent me videos and photos of the car, worked with a pre-purchase inspector I hired, and was consistently available for questions or concerns I had. They were never pushy or demanding. Purchasing was seamless, and they handed my car off to the shipping carrier with ease. It was just a great experience. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use them for my car needs again! Thanks again Thomas and Isaac!

I had a great experience here. Kelsey, Thomas and Don were just a pleasure to work with. I received a great tutorial of the Soul from Kelsey and I feel confident that I can reach out to them if I have any questions. I got this car on my birthday, and the team put together a gift bag for me! It was a wonderful day and I just my Soul! Thanks guys!

This is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Josh was super, he helped me hook up my phone and showed us all of the great features on our new car. Don, the manager, hires mostly ex-military and that dealership runs like a well oiled tank. Couldn't ask for nicer people! Thanks Josh and Don!

I absolutely loved my experience buying a car at Kia of Manhattan! This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and they made it such a fun experience. Everyone was super friendly and personable from the very beginning. They were very honest and never tried to keep secrets but were very upfront about everything and also offered amazing warranties. I definitely recommend them and I would buy from them again for sure!

Kia of Manhattan service department has been amazing! Got me in within the same week for an oil change, quick and friendly service plus keeping me updated with how my vehicle is doing maintenance wise! Been getting my oil change done at this location since I got my Kia a year ago! Your staff is amazing!!

I had seen the truck I was interested in on Marketplace and got a hold of them through there. I went on over later that day and test drove the truck and ended up buying it. They fixed all the little things that I found on the truck that needed to be adjusted. They were so open, and easy to work with. I would advise anyone to go there for their car needs. I worked with sales lady Sandra and the GM Don. They were friendly and helpful.

Best car buying experience I could imagine having. Sandra helped us buy my car but you can t go wrong with anyone there. The supervisors are awesome as well and you can tell the whole dealership really cares. Everyone there has military ties which I thought was really cool too. Highly recommend. This place didn t have that scary dealership feel, I 100% trust everyone there and they stand by what they sell. My car had brand new brakes, tires, oil change, air filter, etc. put on by them. You can t get this kind of service at the dealerships in Wichita where we live. I will definitely be back.

Kia Of Manhattan has been excellent and the service team is amazing to work with. They are very responsive and always so helpful. Kia Manhattan was very helpful in my purchase of my new vehicle. Sandra and Don were amazing very kind people and willing to go above and beyond to help my mother and I understand everything. I didn t feel pressured to get something I didn t want or pay a price I didn t want to. I recommend Kia manhattan and Sandra especially if you re looking for a place to purchase a new or used vehicle. This is the place to go. Sandra even made sure to check on me and see how I was doing with my new Kia and if I was still liking it on more than one occasion She s great. These people are very open and friendly. Great place.

My sales rep was Loveleen and she was great! I was really nervous walking into a dealership to purchase a new car (I've always had used). Loveleen listened to what our likes and dislikes were for a car and found us a perfect fit. My husband and I were able to take it for a test drive and discuss the features of the car. At the end we really loved the car and appreciated that we weren't pressured into purchasing on the spot. We were doing a trade in and felt we got a good deal and proceeded with the trade for the new vehicle. There was another sales rep named Josh that also helped us in the end who's was extremely helpful as well. Since we had such a great experience we will be returning hopefully soon to trade in my husband's vehicle.

From my first phone call to Sandra of Kia of Manhattan through the day (one week ago) that my husband and I drove off the lot with our bright red Kia Soul, the process was as smooth as we could hope for. We live 150 miles from Manhattan but Sandra made every effort to acquaint us with the vehicle of interest-including making a video of the interior and exterior to send to us. Days later, we arrived at the dealership and she as well as Tom assisted us in the process in an unpressured, calm manner. All questions and concerns were addressed and we were familiarized with all aspects of the vehicle before we left. Afterwards I had some questions re: paperwork needed for registration and Sandra responded to my text very quickly with the info needed.We would certainly recommend Sandra and Kia of Manhattan for anyone searching for a vehicle.

Went here for recall work. Was very happy with the service I received. Was told that I needed rear brakes. I declined them doing the work for the time being. Got back home and talked to a very professional guy that works on cars here. Ordered the brakes that I needed and they guy that was going to work on my car discovered that none of the lugnuts was on tight. He was able to unscrew the lugnuts by hand on all four tires. I am scared to return to this kia service if they can tighten the lugnuts. I have drove on those tires while like going 70 plus miles per hour.

Wouldn't you think they'd take me not answering or responding to messages as an indication that I'm no longer interested in the vehicle I had inquired about. I've even blocked their numbers but they call off of new ones. Will NEVER get my business. Worst form of sales tactics in my opinion, if I want to do business with you I will answer the phone, respond to voicemails, emails, etc. It's just pathetic. Having formerly worked at a dealership myself, I can tell you the whole process is complete and utter bull. Salespeople are forced to hound potential customers to get sales and provide for their families. Worst form of capitalism. Leave people alone.

Loveleen, Don, and Thomas were all extremely nice and willing to do whatever it took to help me be happy with my purchase. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I will not only be recommending Manhattan to anyone I know looking at a Kia, any Kia I get in the future will have to be from them.

Kia of Manhattan has done it again!! Kia has always been near and dear to my heart! I ve been driving Kia s for about 6 years now and have never had any issues. This was my second time visiting Kia of Manhattan and I m always impressed with how honest and transparent they are. I never feel pressured or wronged by them. Their staff of experts always seem to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Today we had the privilege of being helped by Joshua BeanBlossom, he walked us through every single step and never hesitated on informing us of our options or answering any questions we had. Plus he was a family man and was very patient with the fact we had 2 kids there! Even offered to pull up YouTube for children videos on his laptop. From beginning to end of process he was there and for that we are 100% grateful. We love Kia of Manhattan!!!

My credit is in the high 500 s low 600 s. My trade in was upside down in value. It was worthy of only being mashed into a metal cube at the dump or set on ! I had no hopes of getting out of my old loan or repairing my old car. I was worried every day I would break down. And with no family close by I would have been stranded. On a whim I contacted Kia of Manhattan. Not thinking anything would work. I reluctantly went in. Ready to have thousands of inquiries on my credit and a big fat NO. Instead I came home with a 2021 Kia Rio that is adorable! If you are employed. Have a trade, don t have a trade. Go in there!!! Even if you re credit is bad or your trade is junk!!!! They really work with you. Now I m paying about $150 more than my old car for something new. Reliable!!! Joe was my salesman. He was great! Don, the math man of the finance department will twist and crunch those numbers until they work!!! I can t thank them enough!!! Safety when you are away from family is priceless!!! Just check them out!! It s not a promotional scam.

I have a 2015 optima. I've only needed a few things fixed on this car since I got it. I live my Kia. This is the only place I've let work on my car. They are super quick, clean, and literally have a open door to what needs fixed with no hidden costs. The service reps are incredibly friendly and usually go above and beyond helping me. 110% recommend. Maybe one of these days I'll venture over to the sales side.

We are honesty very happy and impressed with Kia of Manhattan. From the moment we walked in, our sales rep Mr.KJ was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. From the start, we knew what we wanted .Mr.KJ didn t know that up front. However, without knowing if we were potential buyers or not, he did not hesitate to show us the car we wanted, give us some basic info and let us test drive it. Not only did he Help transfer the car seats, he was great with our kiddos who from time to time, would cry or try to use the restroom. This is very important to us, because no parent wants to feel like their child isn t welcomed. We all know dealerships can be a little too business oriented.Once we decide to proceed, we met Mr.Don, the sales manager. He was full of energy and willing to work with us. He was great to negotiate with and never gave us the take it or leave it offer. Everytime we offered a number, he would say let me see what I can do. After sometime, He was able to work a deal, and we walked away with a brand new 2022 Kia Carnival with only 10 miles on it within our budget.Mr. Haden, the finance rep was also great to work with. He answered all our questions and didn t rush us at all while signing our paperwork.Lastly, Mr. Joe, another sales rep was kind and willing to take photos of my family. He celebrated with us and it just sealed the deal for me.I truly felt great leaving with my new car. No regrets and I feel like they were all happy that I was able to get our family into something bigger. It s been about 4 hours now and still no buyers regret hahaha. Everyone was just so kind and celebrated with us, that it felt more like a sale. I would definitely buy here again and refer my soldiers and friends.

Izac and Don were wonderful, they looked for every way they could help me leave with my dream van. They were so nice and respectful and Izac was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove and the one I needed up with, showing me all the features. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car needs. If you are looking to upgrade, ask for Izac, he will take good care of you!! Not to mention how nice everyone else is!

I went there to buy a new Kia, I found one online that I was going to buy, I showed it to the person I was dealing with and they got the car. Test drove it and did the paperwork. The car I wanted and the car I was shown were two different cars, and the one I drove was about $10,000 more than the one on the internet. The communication was horrible, and they did a hard credit pull for the wrong car. Management was like well there were two different cars and did not absolutely nothing to even attempt to fix the problem. I only say this for everyone to watch this place so you don't get multiple hits on your credit, which, by the way, makes it harder to buy a new car anywhere else.

This was the best experience buying a vehicle and helping us get the best value for my daughter. Sandra is very knowledgeable and Don and the finance person were very helpful. If I'm looking to buy another vehicle this is the place where I'm going.

Best service in town I went to every dealership and none of them could give me a car for the price I wanted and Kia of Manhattan came through. And Everyone was so great such as Donni, Josh B and Hayden and everyone else even gotta meet Tim once and that was cool. They all were super easy to work with and I ll definitely be working with them for a long time.

I called the service center to book an appointment for recall work. The staff on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude he didn't even introduce himself. He abruptly hanged up the phone so I couldn't even book the appointment. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Maybe you have better luck calling their service center.

I cannot explain the joy I was feeling while leaving KIA Manhattan in my brand new car! The whole team was so helpful, and Chelsey in particular was SO fun to work with! She has such a positive attitude and did absolutely everything in her power to make ME happy!! The atmosphere was just so wonderful there, and by far the best experience I ve ever had while shopping for a car. I had been to a couple other dealerships previously while searching, and as a very young woman, I was clearly pictured as naive and gullible, but that was not the case at KIA of Manhattan. Wonderful people, and I will most likely be a life-time customer!
