I drove 10hrs just to spend 10min to see a rust bucket. I asked a lot of questions before making the drive to assure I wasn't wasting my time and was prepared with cash in hand to drive the truck back home. There was also a lot of other things they could have done to fix to make the truck more presentable, but they just left things broken. I would never visit again!

In the last 18 years we ve purchased 7 vehicles from Fritzsons. The customer service is top notch, prices are more than fair and they stand by the vehicles they sell. Buying reliable and affordable vehicles for myself and my kids was important. I knew I could trust them and they have never failed to provide quality transportation for my family. I recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. They are good people.

Friendly sales team. Purchased 06 impala few weeks ago and discussed issues prior to purchase and they came through on fixing it with no questions or additional costs. Even took time to remove haze from old headlights which I completely forgot about. Will be back.

Bought a 2012 car with under 90k miles on it expecting it to last me awhile. Not even 4 months later and it s breaking down. I ve had to replace tires that had patches in them(before I bought it), and my A/C, battery, and Alternator are all shot. I ve had to put almost 2000$ worth of work into a car that I JUST bought!I have no trust for this place anymore. There are things that he should ve told me about before buying.

I've bought and sold vehicles now at fritzon's and I couldn't say enough good things. They make it quick, easy, and to the point, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or trade. 10/10.

Can't believe how I was treated here , I left with a couple good friends at Fritzons .Bought a Platinum 08 Chrysler 300 . Bought that one for my Mom , she didn't drive but she loved how easy it was to get in and out of it was quite and she felt like Royalty riding in i , the next was my 13 GMC 4X4 SIERRA CREWCAB. THOUGHT IT WAS BLACK , turned out to be the most awesome green . Was like new in and out .Back to the point ,Erick and his crew took care of not just our vehicles but made sure we were not inconvenienced.Thanks guys

Very nice cars. Very fair. Bought a truck a few months ago from them and it was very clean, ran great, and still runs great. Trust them more than any other small dealer around.

I bought a used Kia Sportage in July of 2017. When I went to see and drive the vehicle we were very pleased with the customer service we received and felt confident that we were getting a vehicle from an honest dealer. Not even a year after having the vehicle I have had to spend over $2000 replacing parts including the motor, water pump, timing belt, and battery. On top of all of this when I went to my mechanic to have all of this done he discovered that my car had been in an accident because everything in the front end was shifted back a few inches. Not something the average person would notice but definitely something a dealership would not be able to miss. We were told while purchasing this vehicle that it had not been in any accidents. Very unfortunate and disappointing because before all of this came to light I was recommending this dealership to anyone I knew looking for a used vehicle. Not anymore. GO ELSEWHERE.

Just purchased a "cherry" low mileage vehicle from them. Friendly and easy to deal with. Car was washed and cleaned up when I came to pick it up. Shop/support local businesses!

Have not bought a vehicle there yet but when looking sales staff is friendly, helpful, and will answer questions with out pushing for a sale. I will consider buying from them if they have a vehicle I am interested in.

Snarky and will take advantage of anyone who allows it. Example tried to charge 2K over what a car was worth. Whatever happened to honest business
