Fantastic customer service, excellent quality of work. I had these guys install a driver's seat heater and also a new head unit. The head unit ended up having issues with Android Auto connectivity (through no fault of Film at Eleven) due to a problem with the unit that was received. Film at Eleven got my car back in the same week to install a new head unit at no charge to me. The guys were pleasant to deal with in person as well, and I will gladly take my car back to them again if I ever need more work done.

I have brought a couple vehicles here over the years for a few different things. Most recently being a full tint on my new vehicle. They did an amazing job and had the car done and ready to go in less than 2 hours. Quality, fast, and friendly service as usual!

I dropped my truck off to have the cruise control looked at. I was told that they didn't have the right equipment to determine what was wrong with it and still charged 50 bucks for labor and time. I understand that knowledge, and expertise are valuable but it was frustrating to be told this after conversations with them prior to dropping off and being charged on top of that.

Just had the windows of my wife s 21 Avalon TRD tinted and they look great. This is the 3rd vehicle we ve had Ron and crew do. Never had an issue. Quality of work and customer service has always been amazing. As soon as my new truck arrives I m off to Film at Eleven for tint and a tonneau cover. Great local business. We wouldn t go anywhere else.

Brian knew what my idea was and with the help of his crew turned an idea into reality. Quality design, work and installation all within a very short time. I would definitly go here again... as a matter of fact, I will. I have two vehicles that need window tinting done.

These guys are great. I ordered my second topper from them a little less than 2 years ago. After about 18 months the hinges started to fail. I was very disappointed because it cost a lot of money. I contacted the manufacturer who didn t even respond. After several months the back window was nearly falling off. I brought it in to Film at Eleven to see what I could do. Brian took some photos and contacted the manufacturer and got them to agree to send replacement parts even though the warranty had expired. I was so pleased. Legally they didn t have to do anything for me but they did the right thing to take care of the customer. I will most definitely come back to these guys for future needs. Thanks for taking great care of your customers.

We went to Film at Eleven for a tonneau cover and their customer service is excellent. They took time to answer all our questions and even showed us an example of a cover we asked about on their personal truck. We made an appt and they did a great job installing it and the price was reasonable. They provide a waiting area while they install. Highly recommend.

Great shop. I had a sub woofer package added to my stock stereo system. I drove in from out of town, so I couldn't really drop my car off. So I waited on their super comfortable couch thinking I was going to be there most of the morning. My appointment was for 9 a.m. I was out by 10:45 a.m. They have a very professional staff, a clean waiting area including the restroom and it sounds great. I will definitely recommend them to people I know that are in the market for a car stereo upgrade or a complete system.

This shop worked with me to correct a design flaw in the truck cap I ordered, bringing my truck into the shop multiple time. The owner solved the problem with no additional cost. Excellent service and integrity!!!

10/10 superior service and fair prices. We needed our bumper modified to accommodate our oversized tires and they were able to schedule us at my most convenient time. They did not waste any time and the final product looks awesome! Thank you!

Excellent costumer service. The staff took the time to answer all of the questions my son and I asked and trust me we asked a lot of them. We are upgrading my sons stereo and speakers in his jeep. The staff let us turn the systems up as loud as we wanted so that christian was able to make a good discussion on quality speakers that will last. We took our time and looked over the selection they had . We were never rushed or badgered in to purchasing anything we didn t want. They went the extra mile in my opinion. Absolutely no up selling. Which was nice. They didn t treat him like he was just a kid they treated him like a legitimate customer. was very nice. The staff was extremely knowledgeable not only on the process but the equipment they sold as well. We will purchase our products from them for all of our vehicles I will not go anywhere else. We have 5 jeeps in the family so far. And plan s for three of them. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of their products is through the roof excellent. These guys are the best. I was late too my appointment and they were willing to stay after hours in order to get it done. The store is also huge and has everything and anything you could think of for your truck and the staff are super helpful. Thank you, I will be back for sure.

Needed to have a repair done of rear window tinting that had been done back in 2008. The owner looked up the original order and honored the warranty even though all I could find was the original invoice. The repair was done quickly and looks fantastic. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Film At Eleven is a fantastic place! The owner is a stand up individual and the people he hires are as good as they come. Customer service is first rate and the quality of the work is second to none with fair pricing. I had my lift installed and when a scheduling issue arose I was promptly notified and the owner Ronny took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. If you need or want work done I urge you to consider this establishment, you won t be disappointed. Thank You Film At Eleven!

Bad customer service! You'll be charged a service fee for using your debit card. If someone would have told me this sooner I would have just brought my checkbook. I give them three stars because at least they completed the service I requested.

Great service, great price. Was told my level kit was a 4hour job, they got it done in under 2 hours. Very impressed, great job!! Would recommend this company to anyone.

We have had window tinting and recently had a Dashcam installed. On both occasions, they were an exceptional company to work with. I dealt with Michelle, Brian and briefly spoke to Rocky, the Dashcam installer. Rocky did an absolutely amazing job of hiding the wiring that to untrained eye appears to be a factory installed job. Went in to inquire about some new wheels for my SUV, I knew nothing about what I needed or where to start... they answered all my questions, showed me my options and were very patient with me. Not to mention the pricing was so much more reasonable than the dealership. Will be going back to get the work done soon.

Very happy with the service I got. It was the lowest price I could find between Junction city and Manhattan for window tint. They told me it would take three hours but ended up taking less than two. The work is phenomenal and exactly what I wanted. the owner even hung out with me while I waited. I don't usually give 5 stars but they definitely earned it!!! Great job, guys!!!

Great place! Recently had my front passenger window replaced. So it needed to get new tint. They took care of me and did a great job! It was way more affordable than any other place in the Ft Riley area. I'll be recommending this place to friends and coworkers.

I contacted them about a broken remote start on my vehicle. They were extremely busy, but the man I talked to was very courteous and found a way to fit my appointment in regardless. I showed up and one of the managers came from the back to ask me about the problems I was experiencing. I explained everything wrong with the vehicle and he replied, "We can't help you. The vehicle is too new. I recommend you take it to the dealership."I am giving them five stars because it is very rare that you get that kind of honesty, especially when it comes to mechanics. I was truly impressed with their customer service and integrity.

Easily the best place for car audio in the area. I went to 3 local places for quotes and got work done at another shop. They couldn't get my system to work properly and used cheap equipment. After 6 different returns to try and fix my radio I gave up and went to Film at Eleven to replace equipment and fix the issues. It only took one visit, 6 months later now and I still couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended, and I will be taking my other cars there

Have used these guys for a couple things now and where to begin. Had running boards put on my truck about 7 months ago now, something went wrong during install and when I went back in no questions asked they fixed them right then and there. About 6 months after they were installed my running boards started to develop rust spots and when I called again no questions asked they were still under warranty and had another pair shipped out for me. Today I went in to have some window tint installed on my new truck and the young man that did the tint was fairly new, but he did a fantastic job. Hope they keep him around I have other vehicles that need tint work. All in all pretty happy with the work and the way they take care of their customers if they do have an issue.

Nice environment with nice couches to wait on. Got two 12 inch subs installed and it took them just around 2 hours. Was a really clean install for just $140.
