Taking my Audi to F&M automotive was truly a wonderful experience. From the very first phone call with Frankie, to the end! The team was friendly & kind & took great care of my car and diagnosed the issue and even set me up with a car to use in the meantime! They were quick and efficient. So thankful in more ways than one!! Thank you again. We will be back if need be!

Honesty and integrity - I called this shop for a price quote for repair work on my vehicle. Frankie completed a search on my vehicle s VIN number. He determined my requested repairs would be covered under warranty from work completed by another auto shop. Character like this is rare and priceless in this day and age.

The folks at F&M Motorsports were an absolute pleasure to do business with. The owner, Frankie was more than accomodating of my physical disability and pushed me to the front of the line so I wouldn't have to wait too long in the cold. Jesse gave my Escape a splash-and-dash, and he went above and beyond to make sure my mobility scooter lift (bolted in the trailer hitch) was cleaned properly. He takes a lot of pride in his craft, and the end product really shows that. Every cent of my $20 was well spent, and I will be back again. These guys totally understand the value of high-quality customer service. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed.

I had a timing chain issue on my vehicle and needed a quote and Frankie did a honest over the phone quote. Frankie went extensively over my vehicles issue and even provided some recommendations and options to take, he is a reputable business owner!

We were passing through Manhattan on our way to Colorado on a Saturday morning, when we noticed a coolant leak. While all other repair shops said they couldn t get us in until the following week, F&M got us in immediately and installed a new radiator and we were back on the road. They come highly recommended from us.

I highly recommend F&M Automotive. Their service is fast and they are exellent at communicating. My ol Ford pickup is my baby and they have helped me keep it around; one heck of a task!! They have also worked on several vehicles that are in my family and have never disappointed!! Between my family and I, we have also bought 3 cars from their dealership (good deals and reliable cars). Their employees are very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. I have never been to a shop with better customer service! We know we will be taken care of there and not charged up the @ss! Frankie is flexible, communicates well, and clearly values his customers. WOW. I am BLOWN away! This was the best car service - and repairs I have EVER HAD! First of all as a female calling on behalf of my husband or myself I always feel like I do not know enough for the service tech or front desk to tell me what actually needs to be done. The relief I felt when Emily answered and was so kind my goodness it was amazing. She was SO helpful and walked me through every step and every scenario that was possibility. I have already told ALL of my friends and family that this is where I will be taking my vehicle from now on. During the service, and pricing Emily, and I am sure the team went above and beyond to make sure that the service was prompt and that everything, even the unexpected was fixed before we picked up our vehicle. When I got there I met Frankie and many of the mechanics and they were just as pleasant as Emily, truly they make every customer feel welcomed and appreciated. F&M was recommended to me when I moved to town by a long time resident. They are awesome! Emily is an excellent communicator it can be stressful to walk into an auto shop when you don t have a ton of car knowledge, but she takes the time to explain recommendations and inspections. She s even pulled parts out of the box or looked stuff up online to make sure I understood the benefit of a repair. I truly feel respected by her and the shop by extension.

The owner of this place (Frankie) is extremely helpful. I had 2 shops tell me they could not figure out my car but he and his team were able to figure out my issue in a matter of a week while also being extremely busy. Will not be taking my car anywhere else and I'm moving 6 hours away but this place has shown more experience and knowledge than anywhere I have been. Huge thankyou to these guys don't think I can say it enough. I had my brand new Supra in for a ceramic coating a few months back. I have to say the experience working with Frankie from start to finish was top notch. I had called around to other places to get estimates and all the pricing was generally the same. The difference was Frankie wanted to see my vehicle and talk me through his process, in fact he spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me talking me through his process, describing the products he used and nothing was left out. Knowing how passionate Frankie was about the coating process made the decision to use F&M easy for me. As far as the quality of work they did on my car, that was top notch as well. My Supra is black, the paint work was trashed (for a new car) from port, transport and the dealership. Frankie got 99.9% of not only the light scratches out but also the deep scratches as well. Frankie told me when I took the car back that if anything came up during the curing process to let him know and he would fix it no questions asked because he wanted me happy with end result. Frankie and F&M will take care of you and they care about the quality of work they do. I'm so thankful I found this place! After taking my Suzuki to several different local shops and getting screwed over multiple times, I took my vehicle to KCMO to the only Suzuki service center in the midwest. They replaced my gas tank and passenger seat on a recall. When I picked up my vehicle the check engine light was on and I noticed a strong smell of gas. When spoke to the service advisor about this they said the mechanic was gone for the day but that I could just take my car to auto zone and delete the code. They said replacing the gas tank must of triggered the check engine light but assured me nothing was wrong. After several months this issue was still occurring, even after I deleted the code. As a small business owner my time is limited. Thankfully F&M had a last minute cancelation and worked me in! Trey found a couple of hoses not correctly hooked up to my gas tank. He also switched out my struts and looked over my entire vehicle finding a few issues that I will have them complete qt my next appointment. This business will not screw you over! They will complete the job as they say they will and are fair priced! My vehicle is pricey to fix but they came out on top with the cheapest quote! I seriously can not thank F & M Automotive Repair enough for all their hard work! You guys rock!

Needed an emergency brake job. No appt made. Called just about every place in JC and Manhattan with no luck. Came across F&M gave them a call and was told to bring my truck in this morning and within hours they got me in between services and fixed my truck. Incredibly grateful for you team. This is the first review I've written but I had to say something as they basically rescued us. We were visiting colleges and our Subaru broke down in Manhattan. Every place was booked solid and we were told it was going to be hugely expensive and no one could get to it for at least a week. And we were 9 hours from home. F&M snuck us in even though were booked solid, they finished off the work on our Subaru with overtime that night and got us back on the road. We didn't even miss one college visit appointment. And they did for much less than what every place else had quoted. Pretty incredible. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

I bought a truck from this company and had my vehicles worked on at their service shop.I am more than happy with the owner Frankie and the sales representative Zeke. They have made my buying experience the best I have ever had. I have bought several cars before and have not been pleased with the salesmen at all.If you want honesty buy a car from them. If you want your car serviced or ceramic coating...they are the company!If you want to be lied to there are plenty of dealers and car shops for that but not these guys from my experience.

I went in for a routine oil change, after having to find another mechanic (previous retired). I was a little weary after having the same mechanic perform all of the repairs and maintenance on my current and previous vehicles. They went above and beyond, they found a couple minor issues and explained the severity, which repairs they recommended at the time and what repairs could wait! The price comparison to the little home town mechanic I had been used to for so long really surprised me too. Very nice people, I highly recommend them and I will return!Service: Oil change

F&M Motorsports did a great job detailing my car. I ve also come here for my oil changes and tire rotations as well. There s never been an issue and everyone I ve referred have never had any issues! Frankie and the guys are great!

Wow!! Frankie is outstanding. Excellent customer service and quality. A very experienced and trustworthy mechanic. He worked on our 2013 BMW. Highly recommend.

Best detailing shop in the area and great customer service. I have been to all detailing shops in the area and I have to say these guys made my truck look better than when I brought it brand new. Did such a good job I brought my second car to get detailed the very next day. Prices are very reasonable... I will defiantly be going back to get my veh ceramic wrapped and for all detailing work... highly recommend!!!

Let me start off by saying that everyone at F&M has been nice and willing to answer any questions I may have had regarding my car. That being said, I don't recommend using their garage. The first time I took my car to their garage, it was for a simple oil change and spark plug swap. The next time I opened the hood, there was a dirty shop rag and an oil bottle cap sitting on the battery cover. Careless. The next time I went in was to have them replace an exhaust gasket. I was told it wouldn't take long and planned to wait while the service was done. Long story short... One of the "mechanics" couldn't get the bolts loosened (and stripped them in the process). I was told they would need to do be cut off and they were going to order replacement parts and call me when they came in. No one ever called, as expected. This was a few months back. Since then, I found a new garage and the mechanic there was able to get the (stripped) bolts off, along with a makeshift clamp that F&M had installed, perform regular maintenance, all in a couple hours.Maybe search around before using this shop.

Did an excellent job detailing my car! Really went the extra mile trying to clear out the toughest, most gnarly stains and spots! Staff was very pleasant and friendly and price was fairly reasonable! Would recommend!

The only place I trust to work on my car. Pricing is good. The quality of the work is excellent. If they can t do it they will refer you to someone trusted. They are an all around shop. Me and my girlfriend just got back from a long road trip. My car was filthy, my seats were stained, and there were bugs all over the hood and grill. F&M were able to make my car look better than the day I bought it. Emily was very kind and helpful. Although there were just a few little things I wish would have been touched up, my expectations were met and experience was very good. And it took less than five hours. Highly recommend the gold package detail.

I so badly wanted to use these guys as AutoZone highly recommended them. Not their fault things went south. I went in and discussed the situation with a guy and he made a tentative appointment with me but said someone would have to call me to confirm it. They never did. Called the next day, left a message, they never returned the call. Called the next day, left a message, they never returned the call. This went on for a week so I just said screw it. They must not need the business if a $3,000 repair job doesn't catch their eye.

While I didn't have a car repaired I did call to ask to use a real jack, not a small twisty one. A friend in a SUV had a flat and they were more than gracious in letting me borrow a jack to use and of course it was returned. Clean shop, employees in uniforms and very few cars waiting to be serviced.

Prices are reasonable for their amazing job for everything including washing the car inside and outside. Ask for the Ceramic Coating... "Speechless on how it turned on" Friendly owners and really professional on their jobs. Fast work and you can wait for your car to be done.I would recommend this shop to everyone.
