I am very grateful for Ekart Automotive in Manhattan, KS. I was visiting family for a short week, and while out and about my alternator went out. The kind & friendly guys at the shop got my vehicle in same day to replace the part. I admire their willingness to quickly get a brand new part and complete the work to perfection! It allowed me to get back to family and drive safely back home to Florida. Fair, honest & reasonable pricing as well. I appreciate the courteous customer service, and it was an added bonus that they offer a courtesy shuttle so I didn t pay extra in Uber costs. An absolute gem! I highly recommend! I will definitely use them again if I ever find myself in the area!Service: General repairs & maintenance

As an out of state buyer, I needed someone to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car, and Ekart delivered! They were prompt, communicated throughout the process, and worked with me and the dealer to make the experience seamless. I felt confident in their report. My only minor complaint is I didn't get a very detailed paper report back for my records, but I think had I requested one earlier in the process, they would have followed through. Would use them again if I ever buy another car in Manhattan, KS.

I will only go to Ekart. I know there are plenty of good mechanics in the area. But, the quality of care, the knowledge and experience, the making time for me effort they provide separates them and puts Ekart on top for me. How many other places care about your vehicle and safety to text periodically and make sure all is well? So if you appreciate that smaller town feel of common courtesy and expertise- you get it all here. Thanks Ekart!!

The shop and the mechanics are great. Reasonably priced, friendly, professional, and fast. We first brought one of our cars here after an a/c issue stumped another shop. They got us in right away and figured out the issue was.

Have taken out vehicles here several times and the mechanics are knowledgeable, reasonable, and kind. I used to take them out of town to another shop that I trust in my hometown, but I finally have a place that I can bring them to whenever a problem is beyond my time/ability to fix.

I was having issues with my car over heating. I brought my car here and they looked at it and let know what I needed and how much it was going to cost. They kept me updated on what was going on and got it fixed quickly. I will definitely be going back if I have any other car issues.

They have always been more than helpful for me. You get what you pay for when it comes to these guys. Terry and Ray go above and beyond to make sure that you're taken care of. They tell it to you straight. I've taken trucks needing injection pumps, oil pressure issues, regearing, and just about everything you can think of. I have always been pleased with the work they do.

The mechanics at Ekart s Automotive can handle not only older classics like my Corvette but my wife s newer Audi. Price comparing our last repair on the Audi I estimate I saved $250 over the KC dealership. Plus I know they stand behind their work always.

After a nightmare experience with a dealer service department a friend recommended Ekart. They were very communicative, personable and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to do business with and honored their warranty when needed and we were hours away and using a local shop. I highly recommend doing business with them and felt treated with respect. Thank you!

Got my car fixed quickly! Mechanics do not try to up sell you and things that aren t necessary. I do wish there was a little more communication/updates.

Ive been coming to this garage for years! They dont over charge you, wont lie to you to make more money, they will explain what is wrong with your car in terms you will understand and they will let you know if they can actually fix your car. They put up with my overprotective husband and even offer payment plans. I wont go anywhere else. 1 day appointment. Quick service. Identified electrical problem. Gave repair options and cost difference. Comfortable wait room ( I napped). Very pleasant and positive staff. I highly recommend and I plan to return as needed.

AVOID Ekart Automotive at all costs. We were a first-time customer in October 2022 for an oil change. Ekart Automotive forgot to replace the oil drip gasket during the oil change. So, Ekart's error caused $5,000+ in damages to our car and they have offered absolutely nothing for their negligence. We attempted to work with Ekart and their insurer over these months. Ekart never disputed that they forgot the gasket, instead, they hid behind their insurer, Goodville Mutual Insurance, to avoid any liability. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Ekart has yet to respond. We are planning to go to court to get compensation. Avoid Ekart Automotive at all costs. And also avoid Goodville Mutual Insurance.

I've been taking my vehicles to Ekart's for almost 10 years, and I'll keep going there for the next 10 years. Always straight shooting with what's wrong and the options they have to get it fixed. Great company with great people.

The a/c in my car stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and the dealership said they wouldn t be able to fix it for 2 weeks. I decided to bring it to Ekart since another mechanic in town (Lewis Automotive) recommended them for another issue I had a few years back. Even though they were busy, Ekart fit me in that week and had my car fixed in a day and a half. They explained all the repairs and the price was fair- definitely cheaper than what the dealership quoted me.
