They are quick and do a good job. I have been there about 5 different time and they have always charged me $25 to mount and balance a tire. I was there today and had two tires mounted and balanced and they charged me $30 a tire. When I asked why it was more they guy said we charge by the tire size. I was in there two weeks ago same car same tire size and it was $25 a tire. The guy checking me out said we charge by the tire size but would not give me any reason this time was more. It's only ten bucks but I don't do inconsistent prices without answers about it. So I will find me a different tire store to go to from now on. It sucks because other than the issue I had today they do good work. I feel that it was odd they didn't let me pay before service like always before.

I had an amazing experience here! First I called while at Autozone and I was told to come by and they could change my trailer tire and have me out in 45 minutes. I got to the store and the assistant manager, Steven Bartel, greeted me. After verifying that he had the tire I needed, he inspected all 4 trailer tires and recommended replacing both rear-end tires. I was towing a truck at the time. I was able to have both tires replaced without downloading the vehicle. The tires were very reasonably priced and he was able to get me on my way within 45 minutes. Not once did I feel pressured to do anything. I made it to my destination safely thanks to the professionals at Discount Tire.

Outstanding customer service and labor service on my car. Had a last minute emergency and they were able to adapt to my needs and get my car back on the road with a fresh set of tires.Steven was a highly personable guy and definitely deserves a raise along with his team, managed to get my car inspected, in, and out in under 30 minutesThank you!

The men were very helpful. I was surely in shock to be in a business work place full of men with Spiritual music playing. I was truly blessed by the Spirit in the building. It most definitely took my mind off the amount of work needed to be done to my car. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience.

This team creates a great atmosphere! Answer questions without thinking you feel like you should already know wvwrything. Staff is super friendly, they get it done right and quickly. Definitely found my local tire shop from now on!! **Update: 2/3/2024 - another kick a$$ visit with the team here @ Discount Tire in Manhattan, KS! Fixed a flat, great atmosphere! Thank you!

Other tire places couldn't find the size of tires for my Jeep. I like 10 plys cause of living in the country, gravel roads & travel to work. Discount Tire found the size in 8 ply cause 4 ply wouldn't last. They had them in the next day & put them on. My appt was at 10:30 but my Jeep sat there for an hour & 45mins without being touched. They replaced the windshield wipers for free. Will go back for sure

The wife s car had a flat tire. I sent her to go get it patched and they insisted on her needing to buy four new tires. Not only did they not want to patch her flat, they were trying to rip her off. Attempting to take advantage of a woman is disgusting. I also want to go ahead and add that her tires only had about 21k miles.

Three things I love about Discount Tire. Number one, they bend over backwards to make spending money on tires as painless as possible. Number two, they are very very courteous and the work is completed early nine times out of 10. Number three, they now have a screen that faces you so you can see what records and choices and billing and information the surface representative is looking at. I love that, there are no surprises.

Tried to sell me tires for my truck, when i found them online for cheaper, i took them there and magically the same exact tire was "too big" for the machine. Then tells me they take them down to the road to another shop to get 35s mounted. went to that shop and the owner said no one from discount ever comes down to them. Thanks guys

After spending 30 years of my life turning wrenches I was always scared letting someone else do any work on my truck but after getting 4 new tires today at Discount tire i watched 4 guys that definitely knew what they were doing in their shop and itgave me hope that there is people still out there that care and Dalton took care of everything making sure I was on the road today true customer service so thank you to the whole team at the Manhattan Discount tire store

I highly recommend the Manhattan Discount Tire. I needed tires and I mean NEEDED tires. I don t claim to be a tire expert by any means. If it has a good price and good reviews I m in. However, in this situation I had 0 time for any research. Went in told the guy that helped me what I needed and what I was looking for in terms of price. He didn t try to oversell me at all. Took care of everything fast and I mean fast. They weren t super slammed but there were other people being helped. As soon as one car left my truck was pulled in. They replaced my tires, put my spare back for me and had me done and ready to drive away in less than 40 mins. They were professional, courteous and quick. I will definitely shop here and recommend to others.

Was traveling thru the area and picked up a screw in my tire. They got me in and out in under 45 minutes and didn t charge me for the repair. Great experience.

I bought new tires here last year. On Monday one of my tires had a blowout on a gravel road. My husband called down to discount and they had a new tire on my car by Wednesday. They also had to order it. Every time I'm in there they're friendly and they act happy to be in business.I would 100% recommend this place. They're fast and efficient. They even put my spare tire back into the trunk and locked it into place. Above and beyond for sure.

Service was friendly enough, went home and detail my wheels a few days later. 3 out of 4 of my center caps have impact rub 2 have multiple drag marks the one that only has 1 drag ends with a ding, asked for a rebalance and rotation, only got a rotation, they sold me lugs as I was aware I had atleast one bad lug before I went in so glad that was noticed, BUT I was only charged for lugs, I was kind of wondering why and found out as soon as I left my back was shaking (no balance).... I wasn't going to leave a review but my scuffed up caps where enough, I felt obligated to give the wheel guys and gals fair warning.

Got a flat tire while driving thru Kansas and did not had a spare one that will help me reach my destination therefore I called a Towing company that took me to Discount Tires. Upon my arrival David immediately stopped what was doing to assist on my needs. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. David not only replaced the tire almost immediately, but also checked the rest of my tires and tighten the bolts on 1 of my existing tires that I was not aware has that issue. Prices are affordable and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you David.

Honestly some of the best service I ve experienced, and not just in auto services!The crew at discount tire have always been super respectful and helpful to me. They clearly value quality in their products as well as service. I ve been in a few times to buy tires and then to get them rotated routinely and have always has amazing service, comfortable and clean waiting experiences, as well as some great chats!I will highly recommend!

Guys are awesome.... I bought 2 tires in March 2022 and now by January they were all worn-out... Came back for the warranty and they told me that my SUV needed a wheel alignment bc warranty dont cover worn tires because vwhile is out of alignment...They still honored the warranty even kf it was my fault and I only paid a fraction of what it should be....Kudos for the team, that is what I call REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...EDIT: Its 2024 and I still ho there for all my tire needs... Highly recommended !!!

Staff if awesome and helpful. I bought my new set of tires and had them delivered to there store (via their website). I made an appointment at the time of purchase and was in and out in about an hour or so.

Went above and beyond to help us while we have tire issues on a Roadtrip across the country. Our car really gave them some trouble with the wheel locks and they remained gracious and kind to us, while exploring all options to get us home safely. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I purposely ordered online tires with a tiny bit higher aspect ratio from somewhere else, but that seller refused to install them. Nobody else wanted to install them at a fair price. I visited Discount Tire, I normally get free air check there, and they agreed to install my new 4 tires at a reasonable price after advising of the possible issues. They bailed me out of a mess and were so nice about it. My car looks and drives great now.

Best service in town!!! Staff is always super friendly and great at what they do. Customer service can t be matched. They re speedy and efficient at completing whatever task you may need and go above and beyond to provide a great overall experience. Even when having no appointment set, they have always gotten me in and out and I ve left 100% satisfied with the great work done.

The best tire shop in town! Great customer service, the showroom is always clean, and great tire and wheel options. They even have wiper blades, too! Definitely my go to place in town.

The guys in side the store were very polite. Dressed nice. Good smiles. Got my tires rotated pretty quickly after I walked in. Oh, and some new windshield wipes.Thanks, guys.
