My whole family uses Burnett and it s for a reason! Everyone is so friendly from making an appointment and getting a quote with Jamie, being greeted at the door, to the shuttle with Brandon. AND they got my car done a day earlier than expected. Such great prices too compared to where I had been. A wonderful wonderful experience all around and as a woman, I didn t feel intimidated once and was treated with respect when I didn t understand something. 10/10 will be coming back (but I probably won t have to anytime soon because they took care of everything so well!!)A

This place is great for what it is. Premium price, premium service. Excellent hours. With that comes high cost. Their lobby looks better than most dealerships. They have a shuttle they know what they re doing.

Took my car in on Thursday morning with the check engine light on. Was met with a smile and how can I help you. Explained my cars issue and was told they would be able to check it out. Give me a ride to work and called back with issue and I told them to go ahead with the service. I picked it up on Saturday. I met with the same kindness.Grade A service from them

We made the switch to Burnett s about 5 years ago! Best decision I ever made for my vehicle and my bank account! I absolutely recommend everyone taking their vehicle to Burnett s! Their communication and customer service is exceptional! They do not push services on you and give you a heads up if there is anything that may need fixed or changed in the future. Again, I highly recommend taking your vehicle there! They re the best!!!

They work really fast, even when having to order specialty parts. I love how Dave explains everything in terms that normal people can understand. Overall, I am very happy with my services here and would recommend them highly!

So where should I start. Got this car late last year . I took it in to get it road ready . Little to say its been back in their shop every month!! And every time I leave with another problem and every time they try to tell me another place caused it. . I asked for oil change left with an oil leak took it back to figure out why my driveway Now has drips everywhere. Oh what do you know, It's still leaking / they said fixed!!!. Oh and what do you know. I now have no ac like I didn't know what my heater or ac was doing ND this wasn't an issue. I did nothing to these ppl but ask for my vehicle all 8 times to be fixed. 2 shops in town one says your belt tension is lose I said idk why i just had water pump and belt fixed. Take it back over to mcall shop as advised by other store they said, "What noise, nothing is lose who said this was issue?" Are you serious !! Mcall Calls other store . They fixed it but I left with oil dripping and no ac after all this . . Yal are liars yal are tampering with my car!! Mcall Said Yeah we need the business!! Actually I shouldn't be in here over and over again. And I hope you like that on your conscious of taking advantage and how cruel and malicious your ac have been. Thanks for helping to ruin a vehicle that was supposed to be for a high-school student to drive to and from school and work.

Have taken my vehicles to Burnett s Automotive for years and they always do a wonderful job. My trip this time was just for an oil change and tire rotation - completed quickly. The staff are always friendly and informative!

I was on my way to work when I had a flat. I managed to make it over to to Burnett's. I ended up getting a new tire because the slice in the flat was too long to fix. New tire on and off to work I went. Service was very nice and informative. Thanks to all the employees.

I own a 2014 BMW and it's not always easy to find a good shop. Burnett was able to diagnose my brake problems and get the parts within 24hrs. Great Job Thanks

I forgot the man name that I was talking to on the phone but he was the same one that checked me out when my service was done. He has did a great job on letting me know that my tire maybe able to be repair, instead of buying a new tire. I appreciate his advice. Once I brought it in he said he can repair it. Just by him taking the extra step to finding out the problem and trying different way to solve it other than getting a new tire. I will be doing all of my auto business with this company in the future. Customer service was a great experience & a good impact on my Saturday afternoon. I hope he keeps up the good work

We had taken my fianc�s suv in Monday for quite a few things. They were very honest and upfront about everything wrong and pricing. They went over all pricing before starting anything on the vehicle. Wednesday, the car was making the same/similar movements again. They got us in Thursday morning and worked with us and fixed the problem. Thursday we picked up the vehicle, the movements were gone but there was a loud noise that hadn t been there before. We took it back this morning and they spent all day working on it trying to figure out what was going on. As of now, everything is finally fixed and working properly.As much of an inconvenience this was with work schedules, finances, etc everyone we encountered was always polite, honest, calm, and so so helpful. They worked with us without any questions asked. This was our first experience here and although we were here multiple times (we do not believe these were problems arising after being worked on more so it s an older vehicle), the customer service made us loyal customers.

Made the appt online and they were professional and courteous as soon as I walked through the door, there was no waiting for them to start the job unlike other places regardless of if you had an appointment or not. They kept me informed of its progress when they were done with the first task before starting the second one and was done within the timeframe they said it would be.

Burnett's had a record of my purchase of tires, though I had nor been back there for several years because I had moved. They finished rotating my tires in the time they promised. They gave me a verbal as well as a written report as to condition of my brakes and tires. I know I will get good service there for my vehicle.

I took my car in because it was acting up. I had talked to Firestone but my friend said Burnett is where she has always taken her car and they are very caring. It showed from the time I walked in and was greeted right away till when they gave me a ride home and showed honest concern about my well being till when they called to give me all the details. Definitely will go back if anything is wrong again

They were able to get me in and told me what was wrong. Nothing could be done the same day (20 minutes before closing AND right before a holiday), but they were able get me taken care of so quickly! They explained everything to me, and made sure I understood and didn't have any questions. I greatly appreciate their help!!

The staff are kind and very helpful with their explanations. They call through the process to let you know the needs and costs. They also let you know what things can be delayed for a future repair and what repairs are immediately needed. For financial planning this is truly appreciated.

Burnett's,The store on Mcall moved mountains for this out of towner and Iam beyond grateful.Service and repair work was excellent. The amazing part is they got the car ready in 4 hours. Great service and attention given by the staff. The mechanic thoroughly explained what went wrong with my HVAC problem, and quickly fixed the problem in less than two hours. It was a lot better than going to Firestone, where they refused to even look at the cause of the problem... and would have taken a lot longer if they did.

The price was actually the same as other tire shops in town, decided to give Burnett a try. They ordered and got the tire the next day. Good experience.

Where can you have so much fun spending your time and money? Yeah, I got a new set of tires, big deal. The fun was not only did I get to haggle, arm wrestle and argue with them, I made them go higher and higher till the boss got involved. Finally, I think they just wanted me out of there. So, they said they would agree with my price and could put the tires on right then. However, they took me to the local lumbar yard so I wouldn't be hanging around the showroom telling others how I got this deal!So, if you need tires, this is the place to arm wrestle with old sales guys and get your deal.

I called in the other morning to get prices on getting my ac vacuumed and recharged. Well Jeremy picked up the phone I told him what I was looking for Well i guess I said it wrong because he blantly said " are you ret**ded or just speaking ret**ded" Which, in my opinion, is very unprofessional

A great Saturday afternoon and then you catch a bolt in your tire. It s never an opportune time for these things to happen and would most likely have ended the day for most. But we stopped in at Burnett s and they had us fit in a half hour and out the door in another forty five minutes. Great staff all around with a great attitude and even with a hungry toddler the atmosphere was welcoming with a waiting area that is most definitely better than most. I would recommend Burnett s to anyone looking for quality service.

I was having issues getting my car to the shop and I missed my appointment but they were able to squeeze me in when I got my car there. Overall very nice people will be brining my car back to them!
