Brett Barker, (The General Sales Manager) & Michael Sanchez, (The Senior Sales Representative) took the time to show me all of the available options on the 2024 Nissan Titan and even assured me that the Titan would come with a 5 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Briggs Auto in Manhattan, Kansas & Brett Barker's team of very experienced sales representatives have always made me feel as if I am a part of the Brigg's family. The guys and girls there are always very friendly and definitely make you feel like you re appreciated! I left with a cleaner car than when I got there and that was amazing! Washing my windows and vacuuming my front seats and floorboards was so helpful to me so thank you!

Dylan Cantu was an excellent salesmen and was able to fit my budget easily for my wife and I. Dylan could sell air to a tire. Everyone else was very friendly and blunt with there explanation on pricing and made life very easy.

Horrible. Will never go again. Wouldn t let me look at any of the vehicles I wanted to because they were out of my price range . It s a proven fact that when you touch something when shopping you are more likely to buy it. THEY selected TWO vehicles for me to look at. I did purchase one of them. To which I traded it off 13 days later for a different vehicle. Would not recommend my pet rat to go there. Now I have called TWICE to cancel gap, service contract and key replacement. They said they would email me the papers to sign and I have yet to receive any. So looks like I ll have to go to the dealership to actually get things done. WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND.

I had a great, genuine experience with the Briggs parts/service team! They were able to get my Nissan in quick and turns out what I thought was the problem (which was more expensive) was not the problem, and it saved me over $100! Briggs Auto Group Nissan staff was extremely helpful in helping me purchase a car from out of state. They have coordinated the delivery and all the paperwork over over the internet. If you were to think about purchasing a vehicle especially from out of sdate , I would recommend the these people because they are very professional.

I bought an awesome truck here! Timmy and the rest of the team were great. I had a list of things I wanted in a vehicle and Timmy just took me straight to the perfect one. I was prepared to spend a few days car shopping, but I was sold after test driving just one vehicle. It's been a week and the truck is doing great!

My overall experience was great on buying my new car until we had to go to do the financing. Our salesman took us down to the Buick GMC store to do that and that s where the experience went downhill. Christian Yager was the name of the manager who did our paperwork. He didn t explain one piece of paperwork we signed and just kept telling us how he was in a hurry to get home cause his wife was mad he had to stay late. He stated he couldn t print us a temporary license plate because we bought from the Nissan Store. So we drove and hour all they way home with no kind of license plate and had to drive an hour back Saturday to find out he could have printed one the whole time. My experience at Nissan was great until we had met Christian which ruined my whole experience.

My car broke down. Briggs serviced it and took it as a trade in. CJ at Briggs helped me out and made the whole experience effortless and found me a car that met my wants and my needs. They came and picked me up from work when I didn t have a ride and got me all situated with patience and genuine helpfulness.

I had a major issue on my Titan on my way from Colorado to Indiana. Briggs Nissan was the closest Nissan dealer to me at the time. The issues were covered by warranty.Patrick in the service department the utmost professionalism. He would keep me informed every step of the way. His communication is much appreciated! Service is very fast! Express service delivered my vehicle back to me quicker than expected. The multi-point inspection is disappointing. They dont check things often checked at other routine service shops, like brake wear. Not sure I would their express service again.

The team that showed me my car was awesome and helpful and showed me how to drive manual, only thing which I think it s the service department s fault is that the car didn t have any coolant when I checked it at home after 2 days of owning it, which I blame myself as well for not checking it before I left

I am always very happy with your service department! However, this time they recommended $800 of maintenance that I wasn't planning on. It would be helpful if upcoming extra maintenance could be mentioned the visit before it is due so that people can plan for the extra expense.
