I'll never shop here again. The manager's laziness is absurd. Online shows some parts for my mother's truck I'm working on. They're on a pallet. The rep helping was very helpful. Tells me they'd be getting to that pallet within the hour. The manager, while I was about to pay, came up and said, "naw, we're not doing that today." Then DON'T SHOW THEM IN INVENTORY. They also sold me an undersized Optima battery for my truck. Avoid this store. Maybe Autozone all together. There's friendlier places in town like Advanced Auto. More people should share their experiences places who do not care do not belong in your community.

This is another perfect example of a company that has ZERO, and I mean ZERO interest in the well being of the employee. While working for this terrible company you are under compensated for tasks complete and reprimanded for being unable to complete tasks assigned to other people. I'm not going to claim that no one should work for AutoZone, but if the rest of the company is a bad as this region, then I wouldn't recommend working here for anyone. Not until livable work conditions are met. The consumer side of the company has its issues as well. High prices, limited quality. What a terrible way to do business. Why did you have to hurt me, mentally and physically for what felt like no money. You even want to take the money I make away from me for "benefits" when even if I could afford your benefits, I wouldn't be able to go to the doctors.Thanks for the miserable experience!-The one who got away

Worst place to go I took my car to get the battery check the rep came out say he can t check because the metal bar, I took the metal bar off he came back and tell me his car service check didn t work on my car and the other got stolen so he didn t do anything went to the competition and they were amazing took Great care and fix my car.

Austin at autozone is a dog!! I am absolutely clueless about cars and autozone was unable to replace my battery due to the placement of a fuse on it? I m not sure how it all works. Austin was generous enough to take the time and get my battery installed at Firestone with the right equipment! Very great service and super duper fast.

Great location for your automotive repair needs. Go in there with a part number you need and your experience will be better rather than trying to explain it to the cashier.

All the employees seem like they regret working there. No friendly attitude on the phone or in person. Ordered a simple exhaust gasket and the employee told me it would arrive later that day. After returning back to the store to pick up the part, I was told the employee never put in the order and they would go ahead and put in a new order. Which was promised that it would arrive that following morning. A bit frustrating, but not a huge deal. I then came back that following morning only to find out that the part still hadn't arrived and it was not properly ordered by the previous employee once again. Afterwards, I was ensured that the part would arrive after another order had been placed. However this time the employee couldn't tell me when it would arrive. I'm not sure how many Autozone employees at this location it takes to order one $10 part. Either their employees are not trained properly with the system or they are simply incompetent. At this point, I've probably spend atleast $20 in gas for the multiple trips to this location and can't wait to be told once more that the part has still not arrived, as well as that the order was probably not properly placed through the system again.I understand that these employees and managers do not get paid well, as well as don't care too much about the company. But atleast do the job you're paid for with an approachable attitude.

Very helpful employees this is one of the best auto zones that I have been to in the country. Thus far I prefer to shop at Autozone and I have been to a lot of different cities, but this is Autozone in particular has given me some of the best assistance. Thanks to the wonderful employees and the manager Charles.

Never have I been so disrespectful when I've called in to get a price for a part. The young man (which he never said his name) was laughing at me because I didn't know the guys name I spoke to two minutes before I called back. I will be looking to another auto parts store to shop at for now on. I will not let a guy think he can laugh and talk to me like he did.

Very helpful crew here. I only needed some bulb grease, which they had of course, but I asked if they would be willing to help me install the bulbs on my taillights, as I didn't have the correct tool set for it. They were very willing to help me and thanks to these guys I was able to complete the install I'd been waiting to do for a while. I can't remember the guy's name or I'd give him credit. But I appreciated them going above and beyond like that.

I always get the best service and the employees always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. The manager, Felix is the most professional person that I have encountered. He's knowledgeable and highly proficient in his position. Great manager, great staff, awesome store.

I bought a brand new alternator on September 5th and after driving it twice for three hours total the alternator gave out on September 18th and stranded me in the middle of nowhere. I ended up having to pay a ton to get my car towed AND missed a very important exam and work and now I have to buy another alternator! After speaking to multiple stores, including this store that sold me the junk part, and corporate all they wanted to do was give me another alternator! I want a refund not another alternator that s going to give out in a week and leave me stranded. I wish I could also get back the money I paid to have the part installed AND the tow truck bill! I will NEVER buy another part from Autozone and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know how awful their parts are and how unhelpful they have been.

Went in this morning needing a battery. Had no tools with me today and had heard they will replace a battery for you. Ha! What a joke, the guy behind the counter (who wasn't busy) heavily sighed several times said " I don't want to but I will". Definitely NOT what I consider good customer service. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and won't be back for anything.

Super helpful! Can't keep track of all the times we've gone there and been able to do small fixes ourselves or with their help. Today we picked up a solution to absorb oil from our driveway.

My favorite spot for things for my car! At first visit they treated me with respect, never speaking to me as if I were completely car illiterate and always patient if I do have questions. Their rewards program pays back pretty quickly too. Too bad your store credits aren't attached to your own rewards account.Good place to go, clean, the guys are smily and there are plenty of things you need for your car or truck.

Top notch had everything to fix my little truck except a cab with a title or without I can change VIN plates unless you're a cop then I wouldn't have a clue where to get the right rivets

I like AutoZone over the other 2 parts stores for some reason. Just always have. This trip in particular was great. Had both parts I needed, knew about my problems, knowledgeable about the different battery types, carried half of my stuff out for me. The clerk also helped a person who came in and needed a gas can. He lent his out for the person.

2020 Update: after having a roadside emergency half a block from here I walked over to the store looking for help. They were not concerned about helping, only that I was wearing a mask. These people are awful.Original Review:2 employees, one other customer, but I couldn't get anyone to help for over 10 minutes even though I was standing at the counter. No one cared when I walked out either. Previously i have gotten poor advice on products before, but I'm giving 2 stars because their selection of products is decent. I recommend going across the street to O'Reilly Auto.

Normally a great place, however today was odd in that they (young man) would not install a battery if I purchased it. Went across the street to O'Reilly and purchased the same battery and they installed it. Even got a Military discount.

Felix is awesome! Helped me run diagnostics on my car, replaced the part real quick. Also helped resolve an issue from earlier in the month I had at the store. Great store, super helpful!

We were experiencing electrical difficulties with our motorhome. The staff went overboard to provide as much assistance as they could to help us identify the problem, including charging our main batteries and loaning us a few tools and test equipment. Thanks guys, we needed that!

Had a problem with the connection of my battery. A younger man check my battery, assessed the problem and even gave me a small part for free. He was very helpful and kind as well as efficiently taking care of the problem. Was very pleased!

The over phone Customer Service is great when you order a part, but after that you're just a number. I thought after spending $122.88 for parts I'd at least get respect if they want my business again. Not very inviting.

BEST AUTO PARTS STORE EVER!! Scott S. was instrumental in solving my problem within minutes after several other places failed. Amazing customer service! Above and beyond. Great value. No pressure and knowledgeable assistance. He is a Manhattan gem and a valuable resource.A year later and after many, many purchases, my daughter buys a thermostat and asks to borrow and socket and wrench to address it in the lot and I was out of town with our set. Am older gentleman refused as it would get antifreeze on them so he would not loan them to her!!! I have run around Kansas touting this particular location and its service and mostly because of my first visit with Scott's fab customer service. All it takes is that one visit that you leave the store feeling ashamed for even asking to utilize a service advertised and that we have used in Manhattan in the recent past to taint our retail relationship. I wish she would have gotten the name of the angry older guy since I don't think we are rushing back there, maybe not ever. He was that bad. My daughter is a Chem Eng senior and we are capable chicks with minor repairs like belts, pumps, even thermostats. I hate to change my car parts store! I know where everything is, etc. Darn it.

This is the worst, most incompetent customer service I have experienced. My daughter has a Ford Taurus, and the cashier told her that GM DEXCOOL is compatible with what she already has in the vehicle. When I went back in tonight to try to get the correct product, the cashier insists that GM DEXCOOL is compatible with Ford products and then walks off and refuses to talk to me.
